I have to say, this has been the most amazing experience I've ever had! RIGHT PRICE AUTO TN (Dolly…read moreParton Pkwy) has truly earned my business and loyalty. Here's a little backstory: I've spent the last 4 years trying to buy a car from various dealerships, only to be brushed off--either because of how I was dressed or dealers assuming I couldn't afford it. Many places asked me to fill out a credit app before even talking to me, treating me like I wasn't worth their time. But at RIGHT PRICE AUTO TN, it was a completely different experience. Brandi was incredible. She sat with me for over an hour, listening to what I wanted and helping me explore options. Not once did she ask how I planned to pay or push for a credit check upfront. She treated me with respect and made me feel like my time and needs mattered. Once we found the perfect car, she kindly walked me through the payment process without any judgment. Then there's Bo--what a patient and thorough person! He took the time to go over my credit file in detail, explaining everything step by step. We discussed financing options for over an hour, and not once did I feel pressured or rushed. Their willingness to help and their genuine care blew me away. Initially, I was planning to wait until the new year to purchase, but the kindness and effort Brandi and Bo showed me changed my mind. After going home and discussing things with my sister, I decided to move forward. Two days later, I returned to finalize the pricing, test the car, and agree to the terms. What really stood out was their flexibility. On the day I picked up the car, I was running late and wouldn't make it until close to their closing time. But despite that, they reassured me and waited patiently, even though I was coming all the way from Georgia. I can't say enough about how wonderful this team is. From their professionalism to their kindness, they truly went above and beyond. I wish more car dealerships treated people like this. They made a stressful, intimidating process feel easy and comfortable. Thank you, RIGHT PRICE AUTO TN, for making me feel valued and for helping me find the perfect car. You've earned my business for life. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an honest and caring dealership. I'm truly blessed to have found you!

I truly hate having to leave a review like this, but after everything I have experienced with Right…read morePrice Auto, I feel other people deserve to know about my experience before purchasing a vehicle from them. I purchased a 2017 Nissan Altima from the Right Price Auto location on Dolly Parton Parkway. Within approximately six months, the vehicle needed a transmission. When I later attempted to trade the vehicle in, I discovered something extremely concerning: according to the records I found, the vehicle had reportedly been declared a total loss before I ever purchased it. When I brought this information to Right Price Auto, I was told they supposedly did not know about the vehicle's history. However, the records indicate that this occurred before I purchased the car. Despite the situation, they refused to take responsibility, take the vehicle back, assist with a trade-in, or offer any meaningful solution. I was essentially told there was nothing they could do and that I needed to contact the financing company myself. I feel completely taken advantage of. I was charged approximately $14,000 for a vehicle that, after everything I discovered and experienced, was worth only a fraction of that amount. I was left stuck making payments on a vehicle with serious mechanical problems and a history I was not aware of at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, my problems did not stop there. Before discovering the issues surrounding the Altima, I trusted this dealership enough to purchase another vehicle from them--a 2019 Subaru. Looking back, that was one of my biggest mistakes. At the time, I had no idea about the history of the first vehicle or the problems that would later come to light. Had I known then what I know now, I would have never purchased another vehicle from Right Price Auto. I have not even had the Subaru for a full year, and now the transmission has gone out as well. My car has been sitting at Right Price Auto's shop for over a month. They have reportedly installed two different transmissions, and neither one has properly resolved the problem. Meanwhile, I am a single mother with children who has to work and depend on reliable transportation. During this entire situation, I was not offered a loaner vehicle, rental assistance, or any meaningful help getting transportation while my car has been in their possession for over a month. I understand that vehicles can have mechanical issues, and I don't expect perfection. What I do expect is honesty, transparency, and for a dealership to stand behind the vehicles they sell--especially when a customer experiences repeated major problems shortly after purchasing multiple vehicles from the same business. The lack of accountability, communication, and concern throughout both situations has been extremely disappointing. I have felt dismissed and left to deal with problems that I believe should have been handled much differently. I purchased both vehicles from the Right Price Auto location on Dolly Parton Parkway. Brandon was the salesperson involved in selling me the vehicles, with assistance from other employees whose names I can provide based on my paperwork. I rarely leave negative reviews, but after everything I have experienced, I feel obligated to share my story. I strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership to do your research, check the vehicle history thoroughly, have the vehicle independently inspected, and make sure you understand exactly what you are buying before signing anything. My experience has been financially and emotionally exhausting. As a working single mother, being left without reliable transportation while still being responsible for expensive car payments has been incredibly difficult. I gave this dealership my business twice and trusted them with my hard-earned money, only to find myself dealing with major vehicle problems both times. I truly hope no one else has to go through an experience like mine.

I get the vehicle home, and immediately call rpa and tell them I discovered it in fact, did not have third row. Sales researched if a third row could be added, but it can not. i was assured that if it couldnt be worked out, they would have to resend the deal by sales. I then didn't here from them for about 2 weeks. I attempt to return the vehicle after they reopened from a blizzard, only to be told by the manager Bo, that wasn't an option I had, they would have to put me in something different. they told me to walk the lot and look around. they also admitted, and I have video proof, that they were "dumb founded" When I told them it didn't have 3rd row. weeks of searching their lot online and in person goes by. I email bo, he tells me if I cannot find a replacement on the lot, they'd have to go to auction for me. I email back and ask how that all would work and never recieved a responce, nothing else. Each time I ask sales about a vehicle on the lot that may be a replacement, I'm given no info and told to keep looking online for the info on new cars to get into their system, never once a followup on info for a vehicle I requested. I decided to hire an attorney. The contract contains an arbitration clause, so went filed for arbitration. The owner broke his own arbitration clause by not following thru with the arbitration. I did what the contract told me to do, as far as filing arbitration, but the owner adam didn't respond back to it, thus not allowing it to be settled per his own contract. months later i have him served, which took almost a month, because he was dipping and dodging so he again has 30 days to respond. he waits until the last day to get an attorney, and we have to give him and his attorney time to get caught up. so now they say they don't want to go to court and want to settle, but it's been a month and my attorney cannot get in touch with his. This owner and company have ZERO credibility and ethic. credit acceptance, who they finance thru, isn't allowed to do business in new York due to practicing predatory lending, but rpa has no issue with them being in TN. Adam and his company made this mistake, and have done everything possible, blatantly, to bury it and just put me off and delay every single instance he was able, and still is to this day. His actions track along side his ethics, and shows in his behaviors still. it has been over a year, and my attorney has only been able to speak with a Rpa one time, thru an attorney. if you want to make it right Adam, now is the time. I'm prepared to see this thru every step you want to delay and drag it thru, however I will continue to post appropriate reviews and reminders where ever I see it beneficial to do so. Be VERY VERY careful when dealing with this auto dealer. they do not honor their word, their own contracts, or return customers.

The service department lied and said that 3 parts failed and I would need to replace all at the cost of $2200. (Module, fuel pump and high pressure pump). Im mechanically inclined and didn't believe them. Well I'm glad I didn't, all I need to replace was the fuel pump which the part at their cost was $800+, I got it from a parts store for $300ish a replaced myself. Saved $1800 by not falling for their bs. They figured they had me by the b*lls since I was 600 miles away from home and tried to get me. Scammers. This is the type of service department that gives dealerships bad reputations. I was ready to pay for a pump, but to tell me it was both pumps and a module when infact it wasn't is disgusting and I feel bad for everyone who ever uses this service department as I fear they're all being hustled, even if it's for an extra $50. Run.
