If you look at my review history you will see I'm one of those people that generally leaves very positive reviews. You have to earn a bad/warning review from me. Sadly they did. Watch out for the hidden 2K "Advantage Plan". It was never discussed or brought up and we caught it and refused to pay it when signing documents. Google describes these advantage plans as "a junk fee scam that unscrupulous dealers add to pad profits. They bundle worthless items and charge you anywhere from 500 to 2000 for them and hope that you won't catch it during the high stress Finance and Insurance phase of your purchase." It was a great experience up until that point but it tainted my feelings and impressions of the dealership and I would never trust them again. Never got the 500 fuel card either. read more

After 4 days of zero communication last week and a lot of frustration, Chuck Tucker, Guest Experience Director, called and texted both my husband and I and asked to speak to us to make the situation right. He is a delightful man who has been with the dealership 20+ years and knows what good customer service is. He was kind and apologized profusely. He said this isn't how Gary Yeoman Ford wants to conduct business. He offered us several remedies to make things better. He went above and beyond and explained he would have a meeting with the service manager to see how to prevent this in the future. They were more than generous to us, and we truly appreciated it. The bottom line... we will be back and hopefully we will experience the level of customer service that Chuck showed us. read more

This is work service center I've been to in my life. I left detailed instructions of what I wanted looked at/serviced when I dropped the car off. Cody (my service advisor) wanted to speak on the phone before moving forward, which was a good sign. But after speaking with him on the phone, they still had no clue what they were doing. Once I received the breakdown, each "customer states" was wildly off. The biggest issue was what they recommended for service. They wanted to flush break fluid that had just been flushed. They wanted to flush coolant that had just been flushed. Both things based solely off of vehicle mileage, rather than looking at the fluid and seeing that it is brand new. They wanted $3000 to fix a non-existent oil pan leak. I was a mechanic for 10 years, currently without the space or time to perform the maintenance myself, and thought "I can count on certified Ford techs to do the job correctly". They're charging dealership rates for less than Jiffy Lube quality of work. There is either gross incompetence or downright lying for a buck occurring here. I would highly recommend utilizing a different dealership or certified mechanic. At the very least, PLEASE get a second opinion before going through with their recommendations. If left up to Cody and the mechanic's advice, had I not known enough to know better, I would've spent more than $5,000 repairing non-existent problems. Lastly, if you can schedule next day service at a dealership, that's probably a sign people avoid them. Please don't go here for service. read more

Find another dealership! We called b4 going because there was a particular truck that we wanted to see. We were assured that we could do so. We drove 1.5 hours and upon arrival, were told that we could NOT see, nor drive the truck because they had scheduled a spray-in bedliner to be added to it that day. We drove a similar truck instead. We were pleased and gave the specifics of the truck that we wanted as they did not have it on the lot. We were left sitting for HOURS because they were trying to "secure the truck" from another dealer. Because we became tired of sitting, I asked for the VIN number of the truck that they were trying to "secure". Upon Googling the VIN, I learned that it was still in transit to the other dealer - not even available. I called the other dealer and was told that the truck that was in transit, was already sold. And yet, Yeoman's left us sitting for HOURS. I guess they were trying to find the exact truck elsewhere and did not want us to leave???? I would have greatly appreciated them being honest with us and not wasting our time. While we waited, heavy metal music was blasting over the speakers. I now know why they use that music to torture prisoners of war! Further, they asked us to fill out some of the paperwork for the truck that they were going to "secure". I'm assuming it was just a ruse to check our credit. Regardless, when the saleswoman brought the paperwork for us to sign, it was not even for the truck that we wanted! When this was pointed out to her, she just drew a line through it and said to sign it because she had "fixed it". We refused and she was mad that she had to redo the paperwork to reflect the correct vehicle! Are you kidding me????? We also had to listen to her tell us how she had threatened to throw down with a customer at her last job. From beginning to end, this was the most unprofessional dealership that we have ever encountered. After leaving, we made 1 phone call to another dealer, purchased the truck that we wanted, and had it shipped to us. read more
