Lunch special: soup and half "sandwich"
    Christian P.

Super excited about their new lunch specials (as of June 2026). I can't think of many places where you get such a generous and tasty lunch for only $15. I got the soup of the day (chicken tortilla) and their take on a Caesar that was served in a bread bowl with blackened chicken. On top of that, it comes with Cole slaw, pickles and a bag of chips! Service was great as always and the lunch crowd was decent but fairly quiet.

Burger is so filling , juicy, made to perfection. I recommend this place every time. Everything is always so good .

Food was good. I got steak tips done medium well, half of them were medium rare and the other half were medium well. My boyfriend got the burger, which was huge and the bread fell apart so it was difficult to eat, but tasty. The pigs on a wire bacon was very chewy but delicious. The service was fine. If you're looking for a quiet date night, this is not the place, especially if it's a weekend. The bar is very loud and it was hard to hear each other from across the table.

Main dining room and fireplace. Other photos don't do interior justice.

Every visit is stellar! Great menu, great ambience, stellar bartenders. You can't go wrong with anything at Prime One Eleven. PLUS, they have Real whipped cream! Any restaurant offering that, ranks very very high imo.

Great service as we sat at the crowded bar Gino and his bar staff made sure we were always taken care of The parking isn't bad as this restaurant is located in a shopping plaza We tried the pork chop and the filet The pork chop must have been marinated for a long time as it was a thick cut chop and was very moist and tender The filet was cooked beautiful seared on outside and rare on inside just as asked Reservation is a must They do take credit card

    NY Strip

This used to be a great place, the prices have went up and the food has went down. Went for a date night with my wife this past sat. Had not been in about a year. The cocktails were terrible, Bloody Mary was not drinkable extremely watered down. Oysters had zero flavor, got the NY strip which I ordered medium. Completely raw and chewy that I had to spit out. BTW I ordered the 8oz so if you see, that's almost the whole piece. Wife had the cod which was very dry. I thought about sending steak back but at risk of waiting another hour I decided against. These kind of process require good service and good food and this place has neither. I guess I should have checked yelp and saw the 3.3 rating and avoid wasting $300.00.

So many things are pitch perfect about this place from the comfortable seating to the excellent service to the outstanding food. I'm a fan and look forward to my next visit here.

Prime 111 is unbelievable! 10/10 all around! When they say Instagram worthy they're not messing around!! The food is phenomenal! Large portions with fresh ingredients. You're getting your moneys worth here and so much more. The dining experience was one of a kind. Everyone was friendly and professional, gave great recommendations and always made sure we had water.

We arranged to meet friends here more out of a convenient location. Boy were we pleasantly surprised. Let's start with the attentive service from the staff. Pleasant, efficient and not overwhelming. The drink selection is ample with great selection of locally brewed beers. The menu also has lots of options and yes on the pricey side. I opted for the Cesar salad with blackened chicken ( see photo). It's delicious my readers! Beautifully done and the chicken tender and tasty. Special kudos to the bartender Chris - thanks for the great service... enjoy!

First time visiting this venue. Popular upscale steakhouse in Trumbull. Happy hours gets packed and loud. Staff service is great and food is delicious. Will visit again sometime.

I came here on a very busy Tuesday with my 91 year grandma and parents to celebrate my induction into the honor society for school. I cheers with White Zinf wine. We all started with salads although huge they were delicious! My grandma and I got steak both cooked perfectly to our specifications. The other dishes came out beautifully plated and tasted very good although the steak tacos were slightly dry but that doesn't deter us from returning though. Our server was extremely attentive and friendly /funny. Place was loud for a Tuesday but that's ok enough to dine here. Jeffery D was top notch server. Will return bc of him!!!

I truly enjoyed my dining experience at this establishment. I indulged some delish fresh oysters that were amazing melting right in my mouth. Then for my entree I enjoy salmon grilled (medium) *you choose different spices to have the fish prepared.... to perfection along with vibrant veggies with rice an excellent pairing. The restaurant was huge with a low noise level started dinner at 5pm and the server was great explaining food/beverages on the menu very clearly and answered all questions.... lovely.

Up-charged us for item we never ordered!!!

It was delicious! This time, I reserved a table for four, including guests who were up to an adventurous evening. The place was hopping! A Friday evening fun atmosphere and a beautiful bar that reminded me of a Paris restaurant. We were seated at a great table with banquettes in a corner of the front dining room. Our waitperson was excellent- energetic, informed of the menu, friendly & interactive, I believe her name was Shamira. We received great recommendations for dishes on the menu accommodating certain preferences. Following Cocktails - from the usual order of Scotch, to the " Crimson" spicy, indeed. The "Wanderer" imbiber said she could sip them all night. I, being mostly just a wine drinker, ordered from the "unusual wines" - a delicious white wine from Languedoc named "Picpoul De Pinet, Feline Jourdan", which paired very well with both courses. Based on my enthusiasm we all shared a bottle with our Main Course! Total alignment. We shared Caesar salads, which were excellent. Everyone enjoyed their selection of a main course: Halibut with corn risotto, Shrimp & Grits with spicy red sauce (just right spicy), My dish was Mussels in ginger & lemongrass red Curry, paired with grilled bread for soaking up that sauce, Yum!; a Whole Red Snapper with Mole sauce for my husband - most adventurous diner of the evening! We stretched ourselves to order two desserts: Crème Brûlée and Goat Cheesecake! Sublime. On departing the Restaurant, we were thanked for dining by the Proprietor, Wesley. We had an inspiring conversation about Bridgeport's future. A memorable evening.

My friend and I both had burgers, which were delicious -- but what were REALLY awesome were the french fries. Slim, perfectly cooked and salted -- hoo mama. Other reviewers have mentioned that the menu has more of an Asian influence -- this continues to be true, and in fact, when we return I'd like to try some of those more specifically Asian or Asian-inspired dishes. One thing I perceived, though, was that the pickles on the burger were brined in something that tasted almost seafood-y -- I'm allergic so I don't think it was actual fish sauce or something, but something that gave it a slight fishy taste, like when you have seaweed. Anyway, that was the only thing I didn't care for -- but it didn't bother me enough to not want to try again! We loved the ambience and the location was also super convenient with free parking in the back. I'll update my review after my next visit!

3.5 stars We were on…read moreour way home from a road trip and were looking for a great lunch spot on our route, when we came across Foundry Kitchen and Tavern, which was located in the quaint town of Sandy Hook. As we drove through the village, we saw the restaurant on our left-hand side. It was housed in a historical brick building with a sprawling deck overlooking the Pootatuk River. It was a beautifully sunny day, so I immediately suggested that we dine outside. Unfortunately for us, the part of the balcony that was covered and offering live acoustic music was completely full. That meant that we were seated on the far edge of the patio with no shield from the strong sun or any ability to hear the tunes. In addition to the unideal seating, the food took a very long time to arrive, so I just sat there roasting. The server offered to move us inside, but we stuck it out for the view. I had ordered the Fattoush Salad with Chicken. The Mediterranean bowl included mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, feta, kalamata olives, and fried naan croutons, though I had omitted the red onion that was also supposed to be in the blend. I had asked for the red wine vinaigrette on the side and wound up not using much of it. The salad was fresh and tasty, but the chicken had an odd preparation. It was not grilled (like I would have hoped for a healthy salad topper) and not deep-fried, but was roasted or pan-fried or something, which I had not expected. It had a crispy skin, but remained reasonably tender at least. I also grabbed a few of my partner's fries, which were excellent. After we wrapped up the meal, I stopped inside to cool off and use the facilities, which consisted of a singular, unisex bathroom in the corner of the rustic dining room. There was a bit of a line, and they could certainly have benefitted from additional restrooms. I really did like the antique atmosphere at Foundry Kitchen and Tavern, but I think that the heat just made the experience a bit challenging for me. I would definitely consider returning, but would be more diligent in my seating and food selections.

Atmosphere/Appearance: Set out the way and right off Route 25 is this gem which is dedicated to the firefighters all over the country. Mark (the owner) is a volunteer firefighter himself so thank you for your service my good man. But the restaurant is large with a large outdoor seating area filled with umbrellas to block the sun or the rain if you're outside! Once inside you feel welcomed due to it's open concept, bright lights and upbeat music. The staff greet you as soon as you enter so that's always a plus. All over the restaurant you'll see New York Giants memorabilia as well as stuff dedicated to firefighters including a memorial table toward the back. I loved this. Service: Like I mentioned before the staff are super friendly and on multiple visits the owners Laurene and Mark chatted us up just making sure we were well taken care of! Food: We've been here multiple times so I've been able to try out a few things! The first of 6 wing flavors were the Lemon Pepper Buffalo which were fried to perfection with a nice crisp skin from the light dredge on them. It was a 50/50 marriage on the flavor between a lemon and Buffalo sauce. It was so well executed! Next up was the Honey Hot Tamale which blended Mexican spices with a sweet-nectar like sweetness. It also came served with pickled hot peppers, but the wings had a good spicy kick to them! Again, still crispy and a huge size. Next up was their Garlic Parmesan which was a mixture of wet and dry ingredients. Crispy skin and FULL of flavor. With many of these kinds of wings at other places, the flavor comes off so light, but these hit the nail on the head! Next up was the Asian Zing. Gorgeous, shiny wing with crispy skin, but this one had a sweet Thai chili flavor with some Szechuan pepper flavor, but it had more sweet than spicy. 2nd to last is their off-menu flavor called Cherry Pepper Gorgonzola! It's a MESSY wing, but OMG. This comes SLATHERED in a acidic, creamy, natural cheese flavor then covered with cherry peppers and spices. It tasted like a good pasta dish, but with wings! Lastly, we tried the hottest wing on the menu... the 911. Lol. These came out lookin' gritty, nasty and like they're supposed to when they're supposed to be stupid hot. Lol. These were still delicious and presented no immediate heat, but then boom. The heat ramped up and kicked in HARD. These were nothing I couldn't handle though, but super hot and topped out at about an 8.3 on the Weavi Heat Scale. Value: Come in on Wednesdays for $1.00 wings! You can't beat it! Other than that, the prices are extremely reasonable for excellent quality food. In conclusion, I love this place and I wish it were closer so that I could frequent it more often, but that's nobody's fault but my own! Lol. They may be seeing me pretty soon...
