Our server, Jared, was so professional, shared specific knowledge about the dishes and cocktails as well as spent time talking with us as people, not just another table to wait on. We both had the Percy burgers and salad which is outstanding in flavor and presentation. We came back tonight for dinner and happened to have Jared again. We also met Erin, a manager. Both continued to surpass expectations of the kindness one receives at a dining experience. Notably the staff works together in such a cohesive team that our waters are always filled up and our plates are always removed or brought at perfect timing like a symphony. We were blessed and surprised with "on the house" carrot cake as well tonight which was so delicious I can't stop thinking about it. The resturant has a great ambiance with a pond with outdoor or indoor seating. My husband an i ordered 2 appetizers, one was a jalepno stuffed with a pull beef marinated in an awesome sauce and a flat bread, both were delish. For our entres we both ordered the Hot Rock Filet. It was served with a cognac sauce that was a perfect match. We split a bake potato and wild mushrooms. Dessert was peach cobbler pie and i was full but managed to eat a few bites.

We started with the stuffed chili appetizer that was packed full of the most tender beef and had a cilantro cream sauce to die for. We both had the "hot rock" filet with cognac cream sauce which was spectacular. The filets were perfectly cooked and the sauce was so good, I wanted it on everything. We ended the night with a fresh baked peach cobbler that was the perfect end to a great experience. On top of all of that, the decor was beautiful and the service was friendly, attentive and prompt. Barbacoa is definitely at the top tier of restaurants in the treasure valley and could very well be the best. We cannot wait to come back.

Food: Steak Frites with truffled fries, chimichurri, blistard grape, tomatoes and sunny side egg. Dungeness Crab Dip Table side Salad Chef The steak was cooked medium temperature. It was a huge piece that I couldn't finish it. I ended up eating less than half and gave the egg to my friend to eat. I did like the fries. It was flavorful. The service, food, and energy tops every steakhouse I have experienced in Beverly Hills. The service alone can make this place a 10/10. They have a big wine selection and the food truly is worth the price that you pay. There are multiple servers, aside from your main one, who come to check up on you, grab any finished plates, etc. My server Jordan (who btw is absolutely phenomenal, he deserves all the recognition possible) stopped by my table while my boyfriend was in the restroom and grabbed his napkin to fold it for him to return back to. It's the little things that make this place great! They offer valet parking, which is free but you can tip, and your server will take your ticket for you and call the driver so your car is ready when you step out. Yes! I love Chandlers. From the moment you walk through the door, the restaurant exudes an upscale, elegant atmosphere, and every member of the staff is warm, welcoming, and professional. Our server, Kim, made the evening exceptional. She was attentive, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable, striking the perfect balance between professionalism and genuine hospitality. She truly elevated an already wonderful dining experience. We started the evening with a seafood tower, a bottle of champagne, and the beef carpaccio. The carpaccio was exquisite, beautifully prepared and full of flavor. I also ordered the lobster bisque. While I would have loved a few more chunks of lobster, the broth itself was rich, velvety, and incredibly flavorful. I would happily order it again. The steak selection is outstanding, including premium cuts from Idaho's own Snake River Farms, which was a nice local touch. I chose the ribeye accompanied by scallops, while my wife enjoyed the petite filet. Both were cooked perfectly and absolutely delicious. For sides, we shared the potatoes, asparagus, and Brussels sprouts. The potatoes and asparagus were the stars of the table, but the Brussels sprouts were also excellent and complemented the meal beautifully. The wine list is extensive and thoughtfully curated, with fantastic selections for just about every palate. We enjoyed a couple of outstanding bottles that paired perfectly with dinner. To finish, we shared the carrot cake and the butterscotch crème brûlée. Both desserts were outstanding and provided the perfect ending to an exceptional meal.

We had a free appetizer coupon and ordered the Texas Tonion. For entrees he ordered a 12 oz New York strip steak with baked potato and salad and I ordered the 10oz salmon that comes with seasoned rice, a baked potato, and salad. Fresh bread and butter was served, also. The Texas Tonion arrived quickly: hot and delicious. NOT GREASY! I prefer ranch dressing rather than the dip provided and Melannie brought it quickly. The salads were out fast. Tasty. The entrees were delivered long enough after the appetizer and salads so we didn't feel rushed. NICE! I don't enjoy starting an app or salad only to have my hot entree placed in front of me. Good timing here! So, that being said, my potato was warm not hot. His potato was hot and a little dry. His steak was delicious, seasoned nicely without an overabundance of salt, and cooked medium rare as he asked. My salmon was perfect. Again not overly salted but perfectly seasoned. The rice was good. It was a very enjoyable lunch. The atmosphere is conducive for conversation; we didn't have to yell over the music to be heard. Melannie was very attentive, checking back frequently, and brought another soda before I needed to ask. The only other cons, hence the 4 stars, is that my menu was filthy. I asked for a clean one and the hostess found 2 more that were dirty before handing me a clean one. Also, his fork had food stuck to it and my steak knife was greasy before I used it. I was so busy I forgot to take pics of the entrees. Sorry! They looked good. Take my word for it.

Of course they had an extensive wine menu, but even though we were both underage there were many options for us. My girls strawberry lemonade was pretty tasty. We made a reservation, so we were seated pretty quickly. The folks were so nice, the ambiance was pretty chill, having dairy queen as a general date spot this was a wonderful treat for us both. We ordered an appetizer of cheese bread. I thought it was pretty good quality, a little high price, bur I expected that because it's a higher end restaurant. Our entree's took a bit of time, but it was to be expected the place wasn't empty. I think we waited somewhere between 15 to 30 minutes after we finished our bread. But when they came, it was worth the wait. I ordered a 14 oz new york strip. My family raises their own beef, so steak is nothing new to us. It was so good, I took a piece home to share with my family, and everyone agreed, it was fantastic. My girl had the rotisserie chicken, falling off the bone delicious, Colonel Sanders needs to step up his game. Another thing I can say, I find usually in high end restaurants I find myself still hungry afterwords, not here, I was completely satisfied with my meal. We ordered dessert, it was the vanilla bean something or other, don't eat fancy so I don't quite know these things. Here comes my only complaint, the sugar coating tasted a bit like burnt coffee, but was still delicious and we ate the whole thing. Before she brought it out, our server asked about the occasion. She took a picture of us with our dessert, which had writing in strawberry sauce, "happy anniversary". Like I said, we don't eat fancy often, especially because we feel unwelcome in many places with as young as we are (18 and 19), but this place made both me and my girl feel special, thank you land and ocean. I cut our faces out for privacy, she took a good picture don't worry about that.

You can't beat happy hour vibes and birthday celebrations in one visit. Talk about a win win! I was that weird customer and got here exactly at 3 when they opened. To be honest with you, I loved that I got to spec out the bar area before everyone showed up. I got to appreciate the beautiful richness of the bar. It's just stunning. The red just makes the vibe sexy, mysterious and romantic. The tables were all beautifully lit with table lamps. I see people just falling in love with each other over a romantic cocktail here. I didn't really check out the dining area but if the bar area is this romantic, I can only imagine the other half of this joint. Cameron took care of us tonight. While I was waiting for the others to show up, I got myself a coke zero and chilled. I did peep out the menu and of course the happy hour menu. I knew we were in for a real treat. After the girls showed up, an old fashioned and a couple glasses of wine were ordered. And of course we got some food started! Oysters, fried caprese and shrimp cocktail. I know this food line up was going to be banger. One by one our food was coming out. Each appetizer was prettier than the plate before it. The shrimp cocktail was elegantly plated. The fried caprese was delicately garnished with herbs, tomatoes and a balsamic glaze. The oysters looked like they were just brought from the ocean fresh. Presentation was on point. I had to pass on the oysters. I don't eat oysters but I also can't have it cause of the new kidney. But from what I heard, the oysters were fantastic. I started off with the fried caprese, so good! The bread crumbs on the outside were savory and crunchy. The mozzarella in the middle was creamy and slightly melted. With the tomatoes, herbs and glaze in each bite...... wow. The ultimate flavor combo! Sweet, salty, cheesey and crunchy. To only have was hard cause I could have polished all 4! The shrimp cocktail was perfectly halved. Sprinkles of capers and microgreens added some earthy tones to the plate. I appreciate that they were sliced in half. It was easier to eat. I was able to cover each slice with some cocktail sauce. There was a nice heat from the horseradish that wasn't overwhelming. Enough to tickle your nose but not make you blackout. The fresh bread did make an appearance while we were eating. Better late than not getting fresh bread at all! The bread was out of the oven warm. I took a nice piece and slapped some butter on it. Fresh bread and butter will always be the best combo. I love the saltiness from the seasonings on top. It was soft, warm and crusty. I could have came here for a huge chunk of warm bread and left happy. That bread was killer. Cameron was great and got my friend, Laura a piece of limoncello cake for her birthday. Laura saved me a chunk of that slice of heaven. I was outside on a phone call when they started working on it. Grateful my friend was kind and shared her cake with me. Woooooooooww. We were making jokes about saying it would be our birthday every week so we can come in for limoncello cake. It was the perfect dessert to end our meal. I'm so happy we got to come in tonight. Food was chef's kiss. Cameron did a marvelous job taking care of us girls. The venue is absolutely gorgeous. And I loved how diverse the crowd was. The vibe was truly one of a kind unique. I look forward to coming back with my husband and having a romantic dinner here. I got the fun, light hearted happy hour experience. My next visit will most definitely be a romantic dinner with my husband kind of visit. I can't wait!

It started with the stuffed mushrooms, which were disappointing. They were basically just stuffed with sausage and lacked any real flavor or balance. My Hugo Spritz arrived with what looked like only two sips in the glass, which was surprising considering the price. Unfortunately, the entrees were even worse. My mom's steak was served cold, and her twice baked potato looked like it had been made the day before and barely reheated. Another steak and potato were exactly the same. We sent both steaks back, and after waiting quite a while, they came back looking like they had simply been microwaved. Instead of fixing the issue, both steaks were now completely overcooked and dry. We had chicken piccata pasta and that was honestly inedible. My chicken Parmesan was just okay, but the broccolini had such a strong chemical taste that I couldn't eat it. For what should have been a special dinner celebrating my mom's 50th birthday, this was incredibly disappointing. Between the poor food quality, long wait to correct obvious issues, and the fact that the "fix" made the steaks even worse, this was one of the worst restaurant experiences I've had. We left frustrated and wishing we had chosen somewhere else for such an important celebration.
