However, they later added a 17% tip which I did not authorize. The amount is small, but the dishonesty is truly irritating. We'll certainly never deal with them again. If you do, make sure to get a written receipt, which they do not seem to offer by default. EDIT: After my posting here, the company to their credit has issued a refund. More importantly, however, they've changed their policies to avoid this kind of thing happening in the future. That is appreciated and will definitely earn them another shot. Thank you!
