I'm extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled. I placed an online order for three large pizzas and a pasta dish. While the pizzas were fine, I found what appeared to be a metal bolt in the pasta, which is completely unacceptable and concerning. When I called to report it, the manager asked for photos, which I provided. However, instead of taking accountability, he initially denied that the object could have come from their restaurant and even suggested I dispute the charge with my bank rather than resolving it directly. After I pushed for a reasonable solution, he agreed to refund just the pasta. Unfortunately, I'm still waiting on that refund. The lack of accountability and poor customer service speaks volumes. Situations like this should be handled with urgency, care, and professionalism, none of which were demonstrated. Really disappointing experience. read more

I've been coming to EuroItalia Pizza on and off over the years. Like others have said...it's a semi-hidden place compared to some other joints around the area, but that's not a bad thing. It's a nice and comfortable environment with friendly service. There's a very good amount of parking so no issues there. Whenever I stop in or order... I always go for a broccoli-rabe slice! I've gotta tell ya...their broccoli-rabe pies are fantastic! I'm from Brooklyn...and I've been going to pizzerias all over the NYC/Metropolitan/Tri-State area my whole life...and in all honesty-this place is one of the best when it comes to quality and freshness! They've got a ton of other specialty pizzas and calzones to choose from. If you come here...I guarantee you'll find something you'll like! 3.5 I'd like to start this review with a positive that I'm certain of. The best slices we had were the chx bacon ranch and the pepperoni. They were tasty, good, and fresh. There was also a nice fresh selection of gourmet slices when we went in which is what you want. There were however some underwhelming slices. I had a chicken, red onion, tomato slice that albeit fresh was somehow bland. I don't know what happened to the flavor but even the nice amount of cheese wasn't saving it. The husband had a bbq chicken slice that was alright but nothing to write home about. He said it was dry. I think that after it is reheated, it would help if fresh bbq sauce was put on top. Even though the chx bacon ranch was good I think the same idea would apply here too and I've seen that done in other pizzerias. Fresh sauce added when it comes out of a hot oven. All in all, 50% of our order was underwhelming and the other 50% was satisfying. If I return, I will definitely choose different slices than we had or repeat the chx bacon ranch one. 3.5 rating for this place. So my 7 year old son and I came here after a visit to urgent care less than a mile from here. He was craving pizza. I came here and ordered a small cheese pie for us and then last second I added a chicken parmigiana slice as well. We sat down and ate. The ambiance is okay. It's a small dining area, but fully functional. My chicken parm slice was barely okay. I was reminded of how delicious the chicken parm slice is at our regular pizzeria, ROMA II on Lockwood ave. EuroItalia's chicken parm slice was Sooooo lackluster. Bummer. However, EUROITALIA's small plain pie, as you can see in the picture, was quite DELICIOUS! The tomato sauce had the right amount of tang/zest and the mozzarella tasted of good high quality. I was also impressed with the taste of the crust. And truthfully speaking, I don't usually eat the crust. So this made Euro's pizza special for me. I'd stick to the plain pies here. Dare to eat a speciality slice of your adventurous. I went in there to pick up a pizza and the price was six dollars more.. Also they charge you a 4% credit card fee when in actuality merchants are charged no where near 4% for credit card use.. I would love to give this place a 0 but it's not an option. I just received a delivery that I ordered at 5:20pm. It is 8pm currently. I called at 7 to ask where my delivery was when the GrubHub app said it was on it's way and would be here between 6:40-6:50. We had a "snack" here on the way home from the pet cemetery in Hartsdale. It is the real deal Italian and the guy making the pizza was Italian. It was pretty good for a place in the middle of no where. It was in a strip mall with Indian restaurants, down the road there are delis ,diners and Korean BBQ. Awkward parking lot. They have interesting items that you don't find another pizza places or Italian restaurant should I say. They have an array of Parmesan items in thier glass case did I find to be highly tasty I haven't found one yet I do not like and they're very affordable be priced. As a person who grew up in Yonkers I have always had preferred pizzerias, and rarely strayed from those locations. Recently I went gluten free and my favorite spots were pretty much off limits. Yesterday I was really in the mood for Italian delivery and decided to see what Grubhub had to offer with gluten-free options. When I typed in Gluten free a few pizzerias popped up, but all of them returned just one gluten free pizza, except EuroItalia. They had a rather expansive list of items they could make gluten free. I ordered the Chicken Scarpiello lunch special. The food was delicious and the gluten free pasta was cooked perfectly (finicky stuff that pasta can be!). The chicken was delicious. It was tender, juicy and the dish had just enough spice to it to be enjoyable. The delivery took about an hour, which I'd considered average for a busy time for delivery. When it arrived it was blazing hot. The delivery guy was friendly, knowledgeable and didn't have any problems finding the apartment, which seems to be an issue for most other delivery drivers from other businesses (lots end up walking around the courtyard for several minutes before calling up to see where we are ). Overall this was a solid experience and i'll be ordering again. Nice to find a delivery location that caters to the gluten free crowd, and the food is amazing to go along with it. Well, then I went to order here about a month ago again, this time I got a phone call from someone in the place who knows something about gluten-free, to inform me ONLY the pasta is gluten-free on their GF dishes. Well, you kind of have to god damn SAY that on the menu. Not cool at all. Very misleading and super screwed up. We swapped out a meal in favor of a gluten-free pizza (assured by the guy that everything was GF on it), and we had to make up the difference in the Grubhub price so we needed to order something else. Fine, I ended up getting an Ice cream. Yeah, fine. The food shows up. The only reason he knew the pizza was gluten free was because it was a frozen pie (and not one of the better brands!), and they sent the wrong ice cream. They sent cookies n' cream, which has... GLUTEN in it. The pizza went in the garbage, the ice cream was eaten by my non-GF boyfriend. $45 for nothing. Fun times all around. If you want GF Italian food, go with Louie and Johnnie's. They don't have an expansive gluten-free menu, but they are REALLY careful. Last time we ordered online they called to tell us about the precautions they take to ensure there is no cross-contamination. I was passing by the other day and decided to give them a try. Real authentic Italian guy making the pizza. I've had the pepperoni and my friend had the one with bunch of stuff. It was really good. Perfect combination of the crust, cheese and sauce. The place is small but seems efficient as we had plenty of tables to choose from. They play European soccer on Tv and a large selection of bottled soda and juice. they apparently also deliver. The slices are huge and filling and the prices are reasonable. This is my first time ordering from this pizzeria, however I had to review this. I tried a few other pizzerias around the area which had great reviews, but all of them had some weird taste to their Pizza. I love a New York City slice of pizza, and although I don't think this has 100% of that NYC pizza taste, they come pretty close. At least closer than the ones I've tried so far. We have ordered pizza from here for years. They are always polite and our order is switfly delivered. Recently we took our family and dined in. How wonderful! We have a toddler and a preschooler. They swooned over the kids and took their pictures for display on an iPad that sits on the counter. How fun! The pizza was fantastic as usual. Everyone gobbled it up. I liked that they let us eat before asking us to pay. Its amazing how many places do the opposite. The inside was clean and there was more than enough space for four of us to relax. a semi hidden pizza shop in yonkers on central ave in a small outdoor strip mall far from the busier part of central ave . as soon as i walked in i notice that for a pizza shop in the middle of nowhere it's fairly crowded . you can get a variety of pizza , wedges , wings , garlic knots , pasta dishes , salads , dessert , etc . by the counter area you can get a glimpse of the different type of pizza and i have my mind set up on a mushroom slice and one plain one with a bottle of diet pepsi . grabbed my good and found a corner table , pizza ain't bad at all with nice thick crust being my favorite part of the pizza . i notice the prices are a bit higher then other pizza shops in westchester but slices are kindly big . if i am in the area during lunch time again and in the mood for pizza then i don't see any reason not to come back . read more

We used to order all of the time and my kids loved it. Now the pizza is just ok, nothing great and the guys that own/run it are downright nasty. Maybe tired of being customer civil (never were really friendly). they make you feel like you should be ordering more when you call for delivery and although they put out coupons to draw in more business from the locals, they don't seem to want to take them. I've also been ordering pies for a party twice a year for years. Yesterday ordered three pies and some other stuff and they sent no plates, napkins, forks - nothing.
