I probably should have looked at the rating here before booking because they live up to less than 2 stars. Booked shuttle and was a little cheaper than normal ride share. Plugged in all flight information and pick up time was scheduled for 5:20 which was 30 mins after the flight. When I checked on the status and realized they booked it for that time both driver and customer service could not explain why it was booked for 30 mins after landing. On top of the 30 mins after landing driver was another 20 mins late so now waiting at the airport for a total of 50 mins. Customer service chat stated not to pay attention to the tracker even though it matched the time I was actually picked up. I would like a discount on the fair but according to the customer support the driver was not late even though I have screen shots. Multiple calls were had during the ride and was not peaceful. Back windows were dirty for the amount that I paid. read more

Based on the flight data for 08/15/2025, your aircraft arrived at 5:39 PM, and our driver remained on-site until 7:10 PM, which exceeded the waiting policy. I understand your frustration that after immigration and baggage claim the process took longer than anticipated, and despite your communication with the driver, you were unable to connect. We booked a round trip for before and after our vacation. On the first trip, everything went well until we arrived at the destination, and the driver stated that our fare did not include a tip. I asked the driver if I could tip on the app (because I wasn't sure) and he said no, which turned out to be untrue. We then tipped him and he didn't say thank you because it must not have been enough for him. He was driver No. 904.The driver on the trip back was great. We have used this company many many years and were happy with them. This past time was unacceptable. We will not be using them again unless someone wants to contact me and explain why there was such a disconnect. We had an issue reserving a car on line. We than unfortunately had to deal with Malachi with a chat. This person kept apologizing. Not ever fixing our problem, just apologizing. This person was not answering our questions. We kept asking if there was a number we could call instead of texting. The response was no!!! We literally wasted over an hour the day before we were trying to leave out of town. We got so frustrated we ended up using them and grinning our teeth with frustration. because time was closing in. Our driver came and picked us up. The driver called and told us he would be a little late. That was very cool. When he came he was taking us to the airport literally driving 80mph on the freeway with the car in front or us, at his rear end the whole way. He was racing and slamming on his brakes the whole way. I did all I could do from not getting sick. After coming home....I ended up finding a phone number to call to file a complaint. Spoke with Shein. Shein said I need to email my complaint. I told this person I already wasted too much time I wanted to give the info over the phone and have them call me back. Shein took all my information and said an investigation will be done and someone will get back to me with in 24 hours. 1 week later I have heard nothing. I called back and got Shein back. Kept on apologizing once again with no help to resolve this matter. Unless I hear back from someone giving me a reasonable reason why a long time loyal customer would be treated as so. Prime Time Shuttle is worth your time. Other than the walk to get to them at LAX it was better than hassling with the uber line. Directions said to get on the green LAXIT bus to get to them but the bus said you have to walk over and they were the last of all car rides. Quite a walk with luggage. read more

Made a reservation months ago, received text msg confirming pick up at 6pm to head to LAX. On the day of travel, the shuttle was late, so I called the driver Julio to inquire his location. He stated that he was in traffic and will call me when he is close. At this point, I was worrying because it was an international flight. At about 620, I called the driver and he did not answer his phone twice. So I started to vent my concern with customer service, who was trying to be as helpful to me. At 635, I decided to cancel and request refund, I then ordered an uber which picked us up within 3 minutes. At 652, Julio the prime time driver was calling me, so I decide not to answer since I'm already in route to lax. My recent car reservation was canceled last minute with no further explanation. I had to call for an Uber to get me to my destination. When you reserve a car in advance you want a reliable professional source of travel. I had to pay more with other services like Blacklane because the driver will at least show up for the job. Great reliable shuttle service to get to and from LAX. Our most recent trip for winter holidays saw us traveling to China during the busy week before Christmas and returning after the New Year. Shout out to our driver, William Fuller who coincidentally dropped us off and also picked us up from LAX. He was on-time, very friendly and helpful. We even enjoyed listening to the football game in his van while we were riding. And the vans were NICE (Mercedes Sprinter vans) which were comfortable and very spacious. This company cancelled our trip 3 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time. I would trust the negative reviews and not use this company. Sent them an email this morning with my dissatisfaction. We reserved the shuttle beforehand, the car was changed without notice, which was fine but still not OK if I already had pre-booked via the website and chose a vehicle. One Saturday night your service was to pick us up at 10:50pm, I received both email confirmation and text confirmations, I wasn't able to locate the driver's exact location via the text we received. I called the number on the website at 10:40pm Saturday night to speak to someone at Primetime to assist with locating your driver. I was placed on a very long hold, followed by an employee telling me the driver cancelled my service. My trip was cancelled after the scheduled pick-up time. I booked a trip from LAX to the Rose Bowl on 1/1 with a return trip after the game. To make SURE there was no problem making connections/finding each other, I made the return trip pickup time 6:30. The game was over at 4:00. We stayed until 5:00. Then went to our ride pickup spot looking at a 1 and 1/2 hour wait. Then at 6:20 we were told via phone call: "no driver is coming, you will receive a full refund." In fact, we did receive a refund and no driver did come. We paid much more for a Lyft ride back to the airport than we had paid for our PTS ride. Not to mention waiting - it would have helped our evening a lot if someone told us sooner that the ride that was booked would not be happening. To be fair, the PTS driver getting us TO the Rose Bowl was excellent. Jessica negotiated extreme traffic congestion with expert moves to get us to the game in a timely manner. We almost missed our flight and just had to book a last minute Uber XL, which showed up within 5 minutes, in a nice clean, new SUV for about the same price. I had to wait 45 minutes for the Prime driver to pick my group up from LAX at 11:45am. Called customer service which played games. Their app states "check real status of driver on their app", which was 20-25 minutes off. The reason, I used Prime was to avoid using Lyft by going on a bus to the Lyft pick up location with large luggage. read more

Save yourself some money and a lot or hassle: when you book a shuttle there is no indication that you might have to take another shuttle from baggage claim to their shuttle even though sometimes they pick you up at baggage claim and sometimes at departures. Poor experience over all. Was traveling from Burbank Airport to the Disneyland Resort. Ride from airport to Disneyland: While our driver was nice, he was not there at the pick up time, and then he lied and said he would be there in a few minutes, and didn't actually get there until 15-20 minutes later. I had my elderly parents sitting out in the hot sun the whole time because we thought he would be there any minute. We decided to extend our trip for an additional night, so I contacted the shuttle service in the morning to move our shuttle to the next afternoon instead of that afternoon. I was told you have to give 24 hours notice, so I couldn't cancel that day's shuttle without losing the full cost of the ride. Okay, so I asked to just move it to the next day. He said no, you can't do that either. We went back and forth for a long time before he said he could give me a credit, but it could only be used for the same locations. I finally asked if I could just use the credit for the next day (so moving it to the next day like I asked at the beginning), and he said yes. It was a very frustrating experience. Ride from Disneyland to airport: The driver called me right at pickup time. We were outside waiting for our bags, and he was obviously in a rush. We headed over, and he was rushing us saying he had another pickup to get to in an hour. I was confused since the ride said it would take at least 1.5 hours and we were on time. He received numerous calls during the ride where he lied and said we were closer than we were or that we were at the airport when we weren't. He then pulled up far away from our airline to drop us off (including my parents who need wheelchairs from the airport). He was on the phone and jumped out of the car before we could ask him to move up. We asked when he opened the door, and he seemed frustrated. This service is a mystery. I tried booking online and then called an operator. The live assistant sounded confused about local Los Angeles zip codes and the neighborhood near the airport. After about a ten minute convo and her repeating my dates times and pickups I didn't feel confident about my reservation. The next morning my pickup car never arrived and I scrambled to a Lyft to LAX. Days later I was still charged to credit card for a ride that was going to take place a week later ? I had an extremely disappointing and stressful experience with Prime Time Shuttle that I feel obligated to share. I booked an airport transfer for my family for a 5:45 a.m. pickup. At 5:23 a.m. -- less than 30 minutes before pickup -- my family received a text stating that the driver had "mechanical issues" and that no alternate drivers were available. That was it. No proactive call, no solution, no contingency plan. Because this was a time-sensitive airport transfer, I had no choice but to urgently book an Uber XXL for $139.46, nearly $66 more than the Prime Time Shuttle fare, just to ensure my family made their flight. When I contacted customer service, the experience only got worse. The phone agent offered scripted, emotionless responses, showed no genuine empathy, and ultimately went silent before disconnecting the call. Being told I would be "refunded" for a service that was never provided is not compensation -- it's the bare minimum. What makes this especially frustrating is the hypocrisy: Prime Time Shuttle requires customers to cancel at least six hours in advance to receive a refund, yet they feel justified canceling on customers with virtually no notice, regardless of the disruption caused. The follow-up email from "Malachi" simply reiterated company policy and declined any responsibility for the additional expense I incurred. No acknowledgment of the operational failure. No attempt at goodwill. No effort to retain my business. Reliability and responsiveness are the most critical aspects of airport transportation, and Prime Time Shuttle failed completely on both counts. As a result, they have lost not only my personal business, but I will also never recommend or refer their services to anyone in my personal or professional network. Back in February 2025, I saw several reviewers on different sites stating that their PrimeTime shuttle got canceled at the last minute. I decided, regrettably, to take my chances. I wish I hadn't. I can see why this business is not BBB Accredited. I reserved a roundtrip drop off and pickup to LAX four months prior to our trip. I also called and confirmed both reservation 2 weeks prior to the trip. There were 7 or us in my group, including 3 children. The pick up in Fontana drop off at LAX went as planned. The reservation for the return trip (LAX to Fontana) did not go as planned. This reservation was canceled the night before the pickup was to take place - less than 24 hours before landing at LAX! The email I received said the cancellation was due to my change of plans. WRONG. I did not initiate any cancellation. We were out of the country at the time and had limited cell service. I was able to contact PrimeTime the morning of our return flight, and all I got was "we're sorry for the inconvenience" and "we will refund the cost this trip". INCONVENIENCE? I have texted, emailed, and talked on the phone with representatives. They all say the same thing. "We apologize for the inconvenience". No one has been able to tell me what happened. Trying to find last minute transportation for a group of 7 including 3 children is more than an inconvenience. Their response felt dismissive. I DO NOT recommend PrimeTime Shuttle to anyone. They do not honor their agreements, they are not transparent, they are ok with cancelling at the last minute, and they minimize the impact their poor management has on the customer. UPDATE 7.12.25: After seeing the comment from Jeff at PrimeTime, I messaged him directly. I explained that I had already contacted customer service in three forms (as explained in my original post), and asked if he could help get to a satisfactory resolution. I never heard from him, nor from customer service, again. My conclusion: Jeff's comments are all about giving the APPEARANCE that PrimeTime actually cares about your cancellation, without actually caring.
