I recently reserved an executive sedan two weeks prior to my trip on my return trip I was left stranded at the Ontario airport at midnight. I called the driver who gave pointless excuses saying that he had another passenger he was driving all the way to Riverside and wouldn't be able to get back to me till 1:30 in the morning. And I have been truly in desperation called my wife got her out of bed at midnight to drive 20 miles to Ontario airport to pick me up.Call the customer service was pointless I'll know in three days of my money will be refunded no way in hell would I ever attempt to reserve a shuttle with prime time ever again and if you know what's good for you you want either! I had a round trip scheduled for our return trip the company had changed my reservation from pm to am. Got a text just about 11 pm saying my driver was on his way. This review is for the driver that was supposed to pick up my family but instead left us stranded at the airport. I have used Primetime shuttle many times and never had a problem until now. I booked a shuttle for 6 people and 6 bags weeks ahead of time. When my family and I arrived at the airport, I gave them a call as you normally do. The first assigned driver they sent me wasn't available for some reason any more but they were able to dispatch and send another quickly. The customer service rep told us to go to the ride share pick so we moved all our bags over from the normal passenger pick up to ride share. However, when the new drive arrived he was on the normal passenger pick up side. I waved so he could see where we were to get him to drive over to the ride share side. Instead he took one long at our luggage and yelled across the street to me claiming it wouldn't fit in the big SUV he was driving. I tried to explain to him that some of the "bags" he was seeing were smaller items like my mothers tote bag, my diaper bag, and my baby's car seat, all of which were going the car and not the truck with the luggage. He keeping yelling that we had 10 bags and when absolutely did not. I tried explaining again, physically showing him the small purse/tote bags and the car seat. I let him know my baby was the 6th passenger so she would be riding in the car seat he kept trying to say was luggage. He even tried to say we had a wheelchair as well when we didn't, my 95 year old Grandmother was in one of the wheelchairs provide by the airport. He was being completely unreasonable and flat out refused to listen to me. After about 5 mins of yelling at me, he just drove off and left us stranded. He NEVER even tried to come over to the ride share area to see if our luggage would fit. I know for a fact it would have since my husband drove us to the airport we departed from that morning with everything in it and we have a similar sized large SUV. On top of all this when I called the Primetime dispatcher to let her know what happened, she said they would refund me but had the audacity to say they would charge me with no show fee! I let her know I would be disputing that which my credit card company since it was their driver who left. They ended up issuing a full refund and I was able to cancel our pick up back to the airport. I hired Prime Time Shuttle for a round trip ride from Orange County to LAX. To LAX We had a 4:00 am pick up time and the driver, Prince, arrived at 3:45 am. Van was clean and driver was pleasant. FROM LAX Our flight landed at 9:35 pm. The driver, Eddy, was waiting in the designated pick up area with the trunk open for our luggage. Van was clean. Emails are sent when the driver leaves to pick you up. It shows the driver's name, car, photo and contact info. You can also track your van online. I used the online chat for all my questions and they responded quickly. Overall a great experience and I would use them again. read more

Wiah I could do no stars for this company. 2 hours before my 540 am pick up time. I received an email stating my shuttle has been cancelled due to the driver's plans changing with no call made to myself or without them trying to find me a new driver! Since they cancelled my pick up with no help on thier end I went ahead and cancelled my upcoming return shuttle from the airport 13 days in advance and they then charged me a $5.00 cancellation fee. When I reached out to thier customer service team and stated that my cancellation was well within thier 24hrs requirement terms (not like thier 2 hour notice they gave me. Thier representative, Malachi West, stated he would forward my complaint to the main office and I should hear back in a day or two. Its been 6 days now and no response. Worst shuttle service ever! I booked for a round trip service to LAX for 7 passengers and 7 luggages June 7 and coming back on June 11. June 6 at night they called me that they don't have the van but they will call an Uber black and a car, which is nice of them but on our return flight, I scheduled a pick at 7pm for our flight arrives at 6pm. By 6pm they are calling to let me know that they have to can el my reservation for they don't have the van again. According to Kyle, the person who called me, is that they are trying to find the best solution and their best solution is to cancel my reservation. read more

Ride there was great but Cruise went out of country to Mexico and the night before we arrived back in Port they canceled our ride. Called them because we had 6 people plus luggage. They said sorry but van broke down they didn't care they were stranding us. Highly recommend never to depend on Primetime! read more

Horrible shuttle service. DO NOT recommend. Our driver was suppose to arrive at 1:40pm and did not arrive until 2:00pm, so now we are running late in getting to the airport in the comfort of knowing we will not miss our flight. The van itself is utterly disgusting. The interior looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years and has broken components - see broken air vent photo. I'm currently freezing underneath this "vent." More importantly, this shuttle is suppose to be NO smoking, but our driver has cigarettes in his cup holders. We only used this service for how cheap it is, but I would rather pay more for a better service. And if you thought this was bad enough, there's no barrier separating the last row from the luggage area. So, my friend is currently holding her carry on from hitting her in the head as the van is very bouncy as a result of lack of service. Again, DO NOT USE this service. Edit: Also, forgot the tracker had the driver positioned 30 minutes from the house when he was 3 minutes away. Would not rely on the tracker either as you may have the opposite situation. read more

Do not use this shuttle company. I had booked a ride, which had been confirmed by the company, leaving from Dodger Stadium last night after a concert. I was never assigned a driver and then 20 minutes before my schedule pickup I received an email from the company stating that my ride had been cancelled. So after we had waited almost an hour since the concert ended, we were stuck with no transportation. There was no communication from the company, we would have been willing to walk several blocks to escape the traffic at the stadium but we didn't receive any communication. The email stated I would receive a refund but I have not received it yet. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband made a reservation for 2 adults & a baby + six bags and a Jetta shows up to pick us up. Half of the trunk space was taken up by the drivers empty juice containers and car repair tools. We had very little time to get another ride So we drove 60 miles with a 50 pound piece of luggage on our lap crammed in the back of this compact car even though our reservation was for a full-size van... This company is a classic bait and switch. Our reservation was for a full size van- we paid for a full size van, a van was shown on our confirmation email and a damn Jetta shows up. We have been using Prime Time Shuttle for about 20 years often on and off. But this time around, was not happy experience! My husband is now handicapped and it's not always easy to get around , so when we arrived yesterday after an 11 hours trip, at this point all we wanted is to be picked up at curb side but, it was not the case! I was told by one of your agent that is was not possible so I asked her to make the arrangement because I have my husband on a wheelchair and that it would be difficult for him to get on a bus! she kept on insisting that it was not possible to be picked up in but to go to the green post outside the pick up area and take the shuttle to the lot where my driver is waiting. The agent checked the cost for upgrade for pick up at curbside , the amount was outrageous and was not flexible, so I finally said we would go to the lot. To finalize this story is: the rules have changed at the airport and I was not well informed or the informations should be more transparent especially if retained by internet ! I've used Prime Time Shuttle the last several times I needed rides to and from LAX and it was successful and their fees are very reasonable. However, a few weeks ago, the drop off to LAX, I got a little nervous because I didn't know if a driver was assigned to pick me until the day before my trip. However, he arrived without incident. But bravo... my return trip a week later, my driver Alireza (Max) was totally awesome with picking me up from LAX. My flight was delayed but he went beyond the call of duty to get me picked up and safely home; including little services that he didn't have to do. I do recommend Prime Time Shuttle, but I encourage you to download their app to confirm and track your reservations to ensure a driver has been assigned. But... like everything in life... have a backup plan! For the good drivers... Tip them well! read more

I would give it a zero if I could. We scheduled a shuttle pick up for 7/9/21 as our flight landed at 11:50 pm. We landed and reached out to confirm our driver. As we were live chatting them, an email came through stating that our driver had an "emergency" and no other drivers were available. We called customer service asking what our options were and the agent said there no were options but don't worry, we'll get a refund. We stressed that it was now midnight at LAX and the agent hung up on us. We have no record of a refund on our credit card. I will absolutely NEVER use Prime Time Shuttle again which is a shame because we have used them for the last 10 years with no problems. The worst customer service. We finally got a cab ride and the cab driver said that he knew of 3 other customers that Prime Time did not show up for that night. read more

Worst experience ever! What started out as a really positive experience ended horribly. I booked a round trip car for my 15-year-old daughter & her friend on Halloween to go to the Hollywood Bowl. The first leg of the trip went off without a hitch & the girls got there safely. Their pickup was supposed to be at 11:30pm. I started to get reminder emails (which was great) at 10:30pm with the name & number of the driver. Then at 11:25pm, my panicked daughter called me & told me Primetime called her to tell her ride was cancelled due to mechanical issues. When she asked what they should do, they told her "call an uber". WHAT???!! Stranding 2- 15-year-old girls on Halloween in Hollywood & telling them "sorry, get an uber"?! When I contacted customer service after my daughter's call, all they could do was say "sorry, we have no other drivers who can pick her up". How can they even run a CAR business without back up drivers? Especially on one of the busiest nights of the year? It was beyond frustrating & frankly very scary thinking about my daughter & her friend's safety. The company had no regard for any of it. I promptly called in the morning to speak with a supervisor & waited all day for a call back. The supervisor wasn't able to provide a higher level of help or explanation. Other than apologies & offer a refund & a free ride. I got the refund but declined the free ride as I will NEVER use the service again. Shame on Primetime. I had priced several shuttles to transport seven of us from the San Bernardino area to LAX and Prime Time Shuttle was the best price. I hadn't seen the reviews until AFTER I had booked and paid for the round trip. I was really nervous. Thankfully, we did not have any issues. Charles drove us to the airport. He was on time, very friendly and the van was comfortable. Upon our return, our flight was delayed. Our driver arrived when we had just landed. It took us some time to get out to the curve but luckily, Conrad waited. He helped with our luggage but he was more serious than our first driver. (Maybe he was annoyed due to the delay or airport traffic?) He wasn't rude, just quiet. We were very pleased with our over all experience. I don't understand why the service seems to be hit and miss. I would like to book again, but if the negative feedback continues, I'd have to truly think if the cheaper price is worth the worry. read more

This trip we booked rides to and from LAX and everything went smoothly. Our flight home was delayed an hour and Prime Time automatically adjusted our pickup time! In a private car headed home after receiving a text confirmation that our private van was at our arrival location and waiting for us. Unfortunately, when we arrived, there was no van. There was actually no one at the spot where people get picked up. A supervisor lady showed up in a cart and tried to help people. She then informed us that a private SUV was coming. 15-20 minutes later, still no vehicle. When we asked the supervisor lady on a status update, she informed us that there were no cars coming for anybody (about 5 parties) and to try Super Shuttle, which was located next to the Prime Time Shuttle area. Super Shuttle could accommodate, but not for another hour since we didn't have reservations. Thankfully, a private car company pulled up and offered us a ride. At a slightly higher price than we paid for our Prime Time private van, but that wasn't coming.... so, we could either take the car or be stranded at the airport for who knows how long. Needless to say, our family is very upset and we will NEVER be using this service again. I will also go out of my way to let friends and family know what poor service we received as well. 11/11/13 update: I just received a letter from my credit card company, that they agreed with me, and have credited the BOGUS RIP OFF FEE back my card. And, interestingly enough...it wasn't $4. NO, it was $8. They were Double charging me the rip off fee. Which is ultra ironic, as not only does the four dollars get referenced by Prime Time repeatedly, but I also recorded my conversation with their operator, in which she 100% confirmed that it was $4. Came into LAX, they were not there on time they sent a second car that one didn't show up they sent the third car that wasn't even with prime Time shuttle but an affiliate. I had my girlfriend's Aunt with us and they made it really hard for us to get to the car at LAX. I've told everybody I know and in my business to never use prime Time shuttle ever do not risk it. Manage your expectations, people. In project management, we always say you can do something cheaply, quick, or well. Pick two of the three, but never expect all three. That sums up Prime Time Shuttle. If speed is your primary objective, don't look here. If you want to get somewhere cheaply and in a safe manner, then this will fulfill that goal. I took Prime Time to and from the airport between LAX and a hotel in Hollywood. I had to wait about 20 minutes to be picked up at LAX, which wasn't bad. Then it took another 20 minutes to get out of the airport and then an hour to get to my hotel. I was the next to last person to be dropped off. Fare was $15. I could have taken a cab and been there in 30 minutes instead of an hour and 20 minutes, but the fare would have been over $70. If I do the math, the cab was about 5 times as expensive but not five times faster, so I think I came out ahead. Going back, the shuttle picked me up right on time (2 min early , in fact) and I was at the airport in under an hour, with two additional pickups. So this wasn't the best ride ever, but the drivers were nice, the vans were clean and I saved my company over $100. If cheapness is your goal, then sit back and enjoy the ride. But just don't expect this to be a quick way to or from the airport. read more

I made a reservation with PTS about 2 weeks prior to my flight. This is my annual Christmas vacation with my wife. I received a text from PTS around 0515 reminding me that my ride would be there at 0625. I was outside and ready for pick up by 0615. When no driver showed by 0645, I checked my reservation and it showed "no driver assigned"!!?? What the heck! I wound up missing my outgoing flight and had to make a reservation for the next day. As many of you know, getting in voice contact with PTS is next to impossible. Prior to 0800 I was unable to even get a call through, kept getting a recording that they were experiencing "technical difficulties. After about 50 phones calls, I finally reached a person that told me "there was emergency" and that is why I had not been picked up. They did refund the cost of service but they were completely unapologetic and uncaring about the cost of the flight I lost. I do NOT recommend this service for anyone. The potential cost saving for the ride to the airport is not worth the stress or potential cost of a missed flight. Will NEVER use again. read more
