Seriously, your search starts and definitely ends here. I was looking to get some work done on my 09 Nissan Titan. It was a huge job. The front bumper was to be replaced followed by a full body paint job. Primer was recommended from a friend. I still requested quotes from several places with well above average reviews anyways. Primer was the only place to step up to the challenge. I even came in the same day (which was a Saturday) for a quote. I met with James the owner. He is amazing, very easy to talk to and overly reasonable. He wasn't interested in making a buck as much as he was interested in producing superior work at a well discounted price. Along the way, asking him to do side jobs on my truck was welcomed and not an issue. He recommended a few places or did the work himself. I purchased an overhead console online which I planned to install myself. It was damaged in the shipping process. James repaired and installed it without charge. My radiator was damaged. James used his connections to have it replaced at a discount. My headlight was restored to it original clarity at no charge. I could go on forever. It was absolutely stunning seeing the end result. James and his crew of two, really worked their magic. I have gotten so many inquires about purchasing my truck and even more glares of admiration from others. The down side is now I have to park in isolated areas of the parking lot and walk further now. So thanks James for adding steps to my day!!!! You could waste your time with other places if you want or you can just save your precious time and heartache, and go to Primer. Thank you James and crew for pulling off the seemingly impossible. Looking for a trustworthy auto body shop that does the job right the first time? Look no further! Ran over some road debris that unfortunately buckled my fender in. Thought I was going to be able to save it myself by rolling it back out but the fender ended up becoming wavy and my poor fenders looked like bacon. Took my car to James and he was able to help me out at a very reasonable price. James is a very down to earth guy and you can tell by the way he talks that he is a subject matter expert in his field and the finished product on my car further proves that. I was always told "it's easy to find a good mechanic, but it's even harder to find a good paint guy". Wow let me tell you, that statement is 100% true. I recently bought a Front, Rear, Side Lip, and custom Grill for my 2012 Civic. I was thrown every which way people telling me to wrap the lip (because wrapping is the new thing) which led to them now telling me they've never wrapped an unpainted material before but he'll add some primer to it. After that went to another friends Dealership painter because he's the "go to guy" and will fetch for a good price, but that painter will take at least 2 weeks + because he'll have to prioritize company cars. Finally I just took things into my own hands and saw James has an extremely well deserved 5 stars. Showed him the lip, he did a test fit to make sure the kit would fit properly, said the kit would take just a few days and gave me an estimate that was definitely unexpected from all the other offers I got. As easy as that a week later everything was painted and mounted. Best of all James sends text messages AND pictures on how the progress is going! i came in asking for a paintmatch for a aftermarket bumper and sideskirts for my 2014 scion frs. James told me everything he was going to do make sure the paint was as close as possible. i asked him if he could also fix my fender cuz i had a quick latch that i wanted to get rid of and the hole that came with it. I am extremely happy with Primer Auto Body and James. Before going to James I had been to see several other repair shops and the quote James gave me was by far the best, plus he really worked with me in solving all the issues that needed to be fixed in the most reasonable and affordable way, taking time to evaluate potential options when necessary, and clearly explaining them to me. He was even able to actually fix parts that some others claimed would be impossible. We needed the rear passenger door, quarter panel and rim fixed and painted on a Toyota Camry '98. James went to a salvage yard himself and found a replacement door at a very reasonable price. He also added a wheel hub for free. James did a perfect color match and I couldn't be any happier. When I went to pick the car up it looked like new, I was truly impressed. James is very talented, reliable, honest with a great work ethic and great communication skills.
