This is a fantastic place to wash you car. Unlike gas station carwashes this is a tad bit more expensive but leaves you car spotless. They also have vacuums that are super powerful and helps speed up the process, so you vacuum up quickly and efficiently. If you get a membership it's only about $40-$45 for unlimited car washes a month! Great place. read more

I don't know what the job description for the employees are but normally I just see them standing around talking to each other but this employee was very attentive, and saw that I was struggling getting my form of payment out and assisted me. My car has very nice wheels on it. Camaro 2ss. Expensive wheels. My cars wheels have severe PITS in the rim. Expensive rims no less. Destroyed. Due to the lack of proper "staging" of the car on their "conveyor belt "!!! Instead of MAKING SURE the cars wheels are on the track. They allow you to be over or on it and pull forward and the car SLAMS down into the track. Causing the RIMS to hit the track and take big chunks out of MY EXPENSIVE RIMS!!!!!!!! I love these express washes. And the facilities are so clean and new. Its a nice 3 min of just sitting in your car staring at the streams of water, different colored foam, and the hum of brushes going against your car...kind of relaxing if you ask me. Only thing is because of covid, i couldnt park and use the vacuums. Every other space is blocked off w a cone, so on a busy sunday, there werent enough spots for everyone coming out of the wash. There were 4 cars just parked and waiting around for a spot. I decided to skip the vacuum and just go home. Feeling scarcity after the nice wash was not what i wanted to experience. read more

I've been coming to this car was since it opened up with my older car an 09 and I recently got a new car 0 miles I came threw the car was I have several different scratches and scuffs that weren't there mind you it's a brand new 2020 the manager was rude I decided to discontinue both my cars I pay monthly for all he said was the scratches weren't from us , okay well how do you know? Now that the obligatory good reviews are all here, let me be honest about this place. Please do not go here and waste your money. I've gone multiple times, and here are the outcomes (all washes were Premium Plus and above): my 95 year old grandma was almost crushed by another car mid-wash because they didn't put her all the way on the track, and they put the car behind WAY too close (they do this constantly); DIRTY CAR. Another wash, another dirty car. And I don't mean stuck on, hard-to-get-off dirt. I mean easily washable dirt. Another wash, it took a piece of my door handle, AND ........ dirty car, again! Take your car to the Foothill car wash, pay the extra $5, and get an actually CLEAN car, inside and out, with no work necessary on your part. read more

I usually get the mid tier wash and that one is solid. I decided to try the most expensive one today where they even hand dry and polish your car. I had a mishap one day where the wash pulled a panel off my car. PCW and Aldo the manager rectified this mishap with urgency. They paid for the damage quickly and communicated great. I visited today and had some issues with my window sticker for my membership. The assistant manager, Chris, was very kind and patient with me as he took the time to troubleshoot with me and ultimately applied a new sticker as a resolution. He even took the time to clean the residue left from the previous one. I highly recommend checking this place out. In the spectrum of automated washes, this one is really cool with friendly staff. Their prices are fair and the cleaning is great. If you are looking for a detail, this might not be the place for you but honestly the convenience and and friendliness make it worth it. read more

I usually was my own car but because I didn't have time I decided to get a quick wash. I Purchased the upgraded car wash package because my car was a little dirtier than usual because of all the rain, washes had been put off. But my car was not heavily dirty. Well I regret going here because saving a little time ended up costing me a lot more in the long run. Long story short...their equipment tore off my passenger side mirror cover (I folded in my mirrors as instructed) and they had to go in the was to retrieve it. When they found it, it had several scratches all over it. When we complained to the manager, we were quickly reminded that it is posted that they are not responsible for any damages from their car wash. I remember seeing that sign and not worrying about anything because I felt like that was more for people that do not follow the instructions, or have older or damaged cars, but not for cars like mine which is a new Toyota 4Runner. Well apparently, that sign is to protect the business owner and does nothing to protect the customer because they would not replace my damaged property and would only keep reminding me of their sign. Now I must admit, we did talk them into paying for half of my new part which was $64. But they were sure to keep reminding me that they didn't have to and it was a one time courtesy. So my $13 car wash ended up costing me $45 that day . In addition to this horrible experience, my car came out dirty! It had yellow spots all over it which were not there before and very difficult to rub off. My car is white so I could see everything. And it still had a layer of dirt on it, which made all the towels I brought dirty. So basically, I spent more time washing my car after the car wash that cost me $45. Also, there was a guy parked up near the office that had his whole passenger side mirror torn off his truck, and he said they were helping him fix it but won't pay for it. And then I drove by a few days later and saw another truck there with its passenger side mirror torn off. So I highly suggest avoiding this car wash because they do not maintain their equipment enough to ensure your car will get cleaned and come out without damage. But they will ensure you that they are absolutely not taking responsibility for your damage or the cleanliness of your vehicle after it goes through the car wash of doom. Never ever ever will I ever trust another car wash again. I'm only giving one star because zero is not an option. read more

Such an overpriced car wash that scratched my car. All the paint from the other cars were chipped into my paint. If you don't care about your car then come here but I would not AT ALL recommend. Now I have a car with scratches and paint marks. This place is a RIP OFF. $23 (normally $25) to get everything on the menu, and there are still a bunch of areas that were missed. On top of that, the "Wax n Polish" tunnel ripped off my front windshield wiper. I spoke to the manager about it and he blamed the design of the wiper. Said it was "too rubbery". There is a sign that says to tape them down but obviously they didn't. He told me to go try and tell the store I bought them from that "it broke while trying to install them." Didn't offer my money back or a free wash.. nothing. I will never go back here and will be telling friends and neighbors all about it. My new favorite car wash service. I only purchase the 13 dollar wash option and it gets your car really clean. I also love that they give you a towel and air freshness complimentary with you purchase. The track that's used for the drive through doesn't grip your tires. It's flat so you don't have to worry about getting your rims scratch up. The vacuum features have two separate sizes one smaller and narrow one wider. They also have a air hose too so you can blow out any debris that may be in small spaces in your car. Overall great car wash. I've been twice. read more

A while back, the car in front of me didn't put her car into drive when the sign said "Go." My car continued forward. I laid on my horn and the belts kept going. The car in front didn't move. I tried putting my brakes on and nothing. I tried putting my car in reverse and my car didn't move. I probably freaked the guy out that was behind me! Obviously we hit. The lady didn't realize what happened and finally pulled out of the tunnel, skipped the vacuums and was headed towards Foothill. I was a psycho racing to the side of her all while laying on my horn for her to pull over. It took a few minutes to get her to understand that we had an accident in the tunnel because she didn't exit. She followed me back to the office where we reviewed the video. It was obvious what happened. Whatever was dangling from her rear view mirror was swaying when we made contact. Long story is - she denied responsibility by blaming the car wash. The car was denied responsibility by blaming her. I ended up paying my own damages - some scuffs and hood stripes but not much more. Her car had bumper damage but I sure didn't pay. The next time I went to PrimeWash they had more enter at your own risk, we accept no responsibility for this and that signs up. It's a joke - I just refuse to get close to cars anymore. PrimeWash likes to sandwich cars in but I just look down while they are signaling me to pull forward or I flat out shake my head NO! I move forward when I feel like it. If they carry no liability for damages then I take matters into your own hands at places like this. read more

Seriously this place have to getting together, I been coming to this place since they are open, I got both cars on a monthly membership and I think they should set one line for pre-pay members. There is times where the line it's long. I pay for wash and wax, but employees are busy either on the computer or on the wash part of it and Customers have to wait longer, other times they put you through the wax and forget to turn machine on, which at this point you have to do it again‍ Finally almost half of the Vacuum are busy and others the Hoses are damage so you are not able to Use them. read more

My review after a year of membership.Today was the last straw. It's barely started raining at 1:30 pm and you're closed. When prime wash first opened they were good in my book. A little over a year has passed and there is a decline in there equipment and staff doing there job appropriately. The following are negative issues that I personally don't care for with them. 1. I've personally viewed one staff member close the tunnel a couple minutes early. 2. If you're the only one in que to go in the tunnel, all but one employee will only give you that prewash spray to the front of your car and not the back of your car. They will only do the back if they have stay out there for an other car. 3. The tire shine is hit or miss if it's going to work or work well and you have to bother them to manually tire shine your wheels if the tire shine didn't work. 4. One time the car behind me bumped me because they didn't provide an appropriate amount of space. 5. Same guy that likes to close up early, bangs on the restroom door the minute they closed to rudely tell you that they are closed. I personally think that they should have a monthly membership line, but that's their design screw up especially when you have cars lining up San Antonio, because they can't get them all into their property. So tomorrow if they decide to open, I'll be canceling my membership. This is a custom service industry and if you can't provide that, then you can't have my business. read more

It is a way better quality wash than you would get at a full service car wash because you are not waiting around for other people. Nor do you have to make sure someone will actually do a decent job on your car and not leave it in the sun until they can get around to drying it. Plus for the cost of 1 full-service wash you can get a whole months subscription that starts at $19.00 a month (no contract) and you can go as often as you want. I can spend time on my car and I know it's been decently done. Because I am the one doing it you really don't have to go all out but you have a choice if you want to save water and have a shaded area to detail your car, without hauling a car vacuum around. The hours are great; open early, and at least until dark in the winter. Summers its 8pm. If you use a cheap gas station car washes, you are lucky if you get soap for $10-12 dollars, if you buy a coupon book here, you can use them for anyone's car plus you don't have to pay extra for air to dry the little areas on your grill and wheels and a vacuum that actually works without putting more quarters in. I believe the math works out to less than 10 bucks per wash for a book of 5 coupons, (don't quote me because I don't use them anymore). I use the subscription it's a skinny sticker on your windshield. Easy. If you need to clean mats you have a sink, free to use (the only thing extra is a car freshener and microfiber towel when you buy a subscription) otherwise with a coupon book it's included. They also have a vending machine inside if you want buy an air freshener. I like using my own top shelf products. I know full well, none of the full-service car washes are using "The Chemical Guys" and "McGuire" products. I just keep clean micro towels in the trunk at all times. I keep the dirty ones in a bag and wash them when I get home. I keep all my products in closed box in my trunk. Now I know my car is getting the best. Besides it is a good workout. read more

Went through drive thru like I always do and the dryer broke my driver side mirror. I spoke to front desk and they said it has happened before. I left my number and did a claim. i finally got a hold of a manager and he told me he would check the camaras. Later he said that it was that my car was older and it happens to alot of toyota Siennas. My car is only 5 years old . I told him I needed it fixed. And he offered to buy the part do I can install it. I told him I would not install it and he needed to take care of it. Been 2 weeks and still waiting. If I could I wouldn't give them a star, I would give them zero stars this place broke my side mirror and when I went to talk to the manager they tried to say I reversed my car while it was getting washed. So do not come here because they will not help you or fix it. They said it was my fault that I was reversing inside the car wash. I asked to see the footage and they never sent it to me. I did file a claim and was told they will call me and still haven't received a phone call. So don't waste your time because this place is garbage! read more

Posted a review on 9/24/22. . . . . I am a customer who goes there every week and has had the top tier membership for 1 -1/2 years. My review was "Some vacuums weren't working / Vertical brush on north side hadn't been working / Rinse area did not get all the soap off the cars". . . . . let's check in UPDATE, It's been almost 2 months. The vertical brush has been working every week! The vacuum on the 3rd row from polish tunnel / 2nd stall from west doesn't work (my bad luck I pulled in that one) . . don't know if others work. Rinse area is the same . . . left plenty of soap on the car. When you go through you can see the problem. 4 of the spray nozzles are clogged and not rinsing off the soap. (same nozzles on Hudson sprayers). Luckily you got a guy like me to point it out! FYI . . McFadden-Dale Hardware sells those same nozzles for $6 each, I'd be willing to loan you guys a 9/16 wrench and show you how to swap 'em out one evening after work if you need. read more

Car wash ripped off weather strips, when my weather strips were perfectly fine before. Owner called me and mentioned that from his camera's(560p) he can see that from his perspective, aka over a picture or video he says my weather strips were already coming off. So he says with that being said he can not give refund when i purchase new weather strips. My go to car wash spot! I love that it's drive thru so you don't have to wait around. The lines can get pretty long during peak hours, but it moves pretty fast. They also have tons of parking spots for you to vacuum your car right after the wash. Vacuum is complimentary! Definitely recommend this spot. read more

Came in to sign up for the monthly plan. Had an issue trying to sign up not clear on the screen where or how to do it. No attendant was around so I just paid for the $14.00 car wash and went through. Parked the car and walked over to the booth. An employee walked up and I told him I wanted to sign up and what happened he said sorry they don't do that and I needed to sing up at the pay station. If I wanted to do the monthly it was at the top corner and that he was sorry he couldn't help. He mentioned if I needed help I should have asked but there was no one there to ask.
