The project included removing the old roof, installing a new Presidential Solaris roof, and putting in new gutters and water pipes. Contacted them for an estimate for some roof repairs (we had an inspection a couple months ago and…read morewanted a second estimate for the repairs) as well as gutter cleaning. I emailed the inspection report to them when we scheduled their estimate visit. They sent someone out who looked at the roof and said they couldn't go up there to inspect because the roof material (metal) wouldn't support his weight (despite the roof material being clearly stated in the report I sent them ahead of time and the previous inspector walking around up there no problem). The person they sent said neither he nor anyone else at the company received the inspection report I sent so I re-emailed it while he was here and he did a cursory inspection by walking around the house (i.e., not actually getting on the roof). He said they'd send an estimate within 5 business days. That was 13 calendar days ago, or about 8 or 9 business days ago, and I haven't heard anything since then.
