I've had the opportunity to eat here twice in the last 2 months, both times with a large group of people (10+). The food is quite good here. I had a bacon cheeseburger and fries the first time and the grilled chicken salad the second time and enjoyed both meals. My burger was cooked perfectly, the fries are solid. The salad was nice and fresh and the chicken was cooked beautifully, nice and moist and well seasoned. With such a larger crowd, both times our orders came out correct, together and a good temperatures. No complaints by anyone about the food. The prices are reasonable and the portions are a good size. Service was friendly and we had several people helping both times to get our drinks and orders and separate bills coordinated. The place is tiny, but they were able to push tables together for us both inside and outside. No complaints about this place, it's definitely great for large groups for a casual meal. read more

This review is for their pizza. I used to live in NYC 7th and Broadway and this pizza at Primo's is one the best pizza's (NY style) I have ever had. I have eaten at pretty much every pizza restaurant in Prince William county and I think Primo is easily the best pizza around. Things I like: Crust-It is crispy and has a slight crunch to it when you bite into it. It is also somewhat lite vs most of the pizza places around. Sauce-It is sorta of sweet, but not too sweet and blends in very well with the cheese. Cheese-It is perfect and have even spoken to the owner to find out where he gets his cheese and he told me from farmers in PA. Things I don't like: There is only one around and it is 20 min from my house. It is worth it though and will choose it over any of the local places in Woodbridge. Please note that I prefer eating pizza in the restaurant itself because with heat and condensation, the crust gets soft. If you really want to judge the pizza I recommend you eat in the restaurant and you will not be disappointed. read more

Ordered 3 dinner entree's (lasagna, calzone, chicken alfredo). 2 out of 3 were okay but the chicken alfredo was really not good. Great pie. Excellent crust, nice touch with the toppings, sauce has just the right tang. Pizza was piping hot, right on time when I arrived. Here's the complaint: they use OrderSnap as their default online ordering app. BIG MISTAKE. OrderSnap screwed up my online order, creating unnecesary tension and drama. I later learned that Primo is featured on Grub Hub. I strongly recommend Grub Hub over OrderSnap and frankly cannot understand why Primo uses OrderSnap as their default app. Here's your advice, Primo: OrderSnap is poison. The very fact that I fought through the hellish nightmare that is OrderSnap to get my pie from you should convince you to drop the bad app. OrderSnap is headquartered in Rochester NY. My husband and I have passed this place several times but never stopping in. Since it is Friday during Lent, we decided we would give this place a shot. I am so glad that we did! I had the eggplant parm sandwich, which was so good! It was toasty and not too much sauce. Hubby had shrimp alfredo, which he said was really good too. They serve that with bread, which is warm, buttery, and garlicky! The service was great! They were so friendly and so nice. Primo is a hidden gem in Manassas. For anyone who is in love with Tony's, stop by Primo and you will be very impressed. Primo is almost hidden with it's location tucked away in the corner of a strip mall but has a lot of regular customers. After a few visits the staff will know your name and what you usual drink is. The food is quite good here. Definitely try the pizza, the sauce is a little more sweet than savory and the toppings and cheese are high quality. They have specials everyday that are always good. One of the things to note is everything is made there and the servers give you honest opinions of everything if you can't decide on something. Next to the pizza try the chicken salad and the sausage roll. Tip: they are very good about making modifications to your order so don't be afraid to ask. New to the area and in search for a good pizza spot - was happy to see that they sold pizza by the slice. I ordered and waited at the outside seating area, taking advantage of the unseasonably warm weather. We received 2 slices so I went back inside to ask for the 3rd slice. The lady behind the counter apologized and said she would bring it out to me. She brought out a slice that was made up of 2 halves. All I can say is WOW!!! Did not expect to be treated to a great meal with the right portion sizes for the whole family. I had the Tour of Italy and the Chicken Parmigiana was AWESOME! My wife ordered one of the Specials, Shrimp Asiago. She said the sauce was great with the right amount of shrimp. We also ordered the Garlic knots which where tasty with the marinara sauce. I have only eaten lunch here on a number of occasions and always pizza by the slice. Stopped in for lunch today, ordered, you guessed it, pizza by the slice. I really appreciate the ability to order how ever many slices you want, just the way you want them, as far as toppings. Ingredients are fresh and pizza was delicious. Slice size is very generous, that being said I probably ordered too many. Eating them in traditional style is a little messy since toppings are generous as well, impossible to keep some from falling off. One of these days I will have to venture into the menu a little bit, away from pizza. Service was very friendly and attentive. They have a nice little outside dining area for the good weather. We order from Primo weekly sometimes more than once. We like the pizza mostly. Subs are decent too. I would stay away from the Italian meals... Go to Bella Vita for that. If you use an app the prices are different depending on what app you use. Pay close attention to descriptions and charges as what is written vs what is charged is varies sometimes. Wow! Has this place changed! Business sold and new ownership means a whole new atmosphere. Not very pleased. We've been going here for nearly 8 years and loved the pizzeria feel. Always had some Italian music going in the background, which gave the place a cozy feel. Well, now I feel like I'm in a Mexican restaurant with fairly loud Latino tunes playing. Kids hanging out in the restaurant and in the parking lot, instead of families and friends like I remember. The food was kinda the same, but little attention was given to the order we placed, which really concerns me. The original owner always stopped by to check on us, say "Hi" and see if the food was good. Tonight, while the waitress stopped to check in, I never saw, or heard from the new owner. I;m afraid I need to lower my earlier review based on the last two visits there. I've only ordered pizza here as well as the wings so my experience is based on these only. My last two pizzas were not cooked as well and there was something very sweet in the taste. I couldn't tell if it was in the sauce or what but it really changed the taste to a less than pleasant one. If i could give it 0 i would. I will never order from this place again. First off, i order delivery, it takes over an hour. I add tip with my card to my order (should have never done that.) I get my order and the hispanic delivery man with the headset in is a pure jerk. They forget food i PAID FOR and have to run it back out. That was another 45 mins. The same delivery driver come back with even more of an attitude. My kids and i wont eat the food. i KNOW he or someone there has done something to it. And i will not put myself or children at risk.
