I really like the feel of this beauty spa, the location, and the staff are very professional. I think you will be in good hands. I got facials here and they really help me relax and I believe the organic products they used helped my skin a little. I was trying to get help with my hormonal dull acne that came up during my pregnancy. I think my hormones were just extremely crazy that I don't think the facials helped that much. I do know that the products work. I bought the cleanser, the exfoliate thing, acne moisturizer, serum, and mask. I followed the instructions and it improved little by little over 3-4 months. I tried it on my husband's face and it cleared all his skin in about 2 days (no fair). Anyway, I really liked the relaxing parts and the products they used. Emailed the shop and was able to get a Saturday lash appointment with less than 24 hrs notice with Mary, the owner. She is great at communicating via text and so thoughtful to squeeze me in as a new client. Her shop is actually on Poplar ave in Campbell downtown right across from the basketball courts heading to the Pruneyard. Super easy parking and not hard to find. Very cute inside. Prices are competitive with other boutique spas. She makes you feel comfortable and answers any questions you may have. GREAT service, really nice organic makeup and skin care products. There is something special to be said about the bond you form with the person that rips... I mean gently removes the hair from the unspeakable parts of your body. I am so fortunate to have found and formed that relationship with Jacqueline! I first met Jacqueline when she was over at Plum Spa and I have been going to her for waxing and facials ever since! Now that she has moved into the charming location known as Primrose Body & Boutique, I couldn't ask for a more convenient location (super close to my work). I just went in for the first time a couple weeks ago and I was impressed with the shop and all the fun trinkets, accessories and super cute clothes they had available. Not to mention, it was clean and well maintained... Which let's face it salon and spa cleanliness is definitely something to keep in consideration! I agree with Kate W., I hate to post this in case it becomes difficult to get in for an appointment... BAD SERVICE how Jacki addresses potential clients so rudely. I bought a voucher at a street fair thur green star marketingtexted me (please see posted text photo proof) unprofessional has to have the last word. My mom and I were driving to our appointment and like 20 mins before our appointment I receive a text from Jacki that she is stuck at her other job. She wanted to reschedule later that day which didnt work for me. Then she sends another texts saying she is running late I told her we were turning around as we were driving 40mins away. There was a complete misunderstanding in communication as I'm not at someone beck in call ...yes/no...go/stop. In my opinion the marketing voucher for $56 is a scam as Jacki didnt apologize or offer s solution. The money isn't important. And another negative point to address is when I bought the voucher the sales guy said the facial will be down Simultaneously and that was a lie too one after another for only 30mins read more

I found Jackie last year, luckily, when reading her reviews on Yelp for waxing. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my nether regions. She is instructional, patient and has an incredible bed side manner. While this isn't the most pain free treatment, Jackie makes it as pleasant as its going to get. LOVE HER!!! read more

I can handle tattoos, i can handle piercings but something about waxing my downtown makes me a giant wuss. i had gone to another spot for a few years then stopped because I decided the pain wasn't worth it. Vacation was on it's way so reluctantly I asked Stacy S. (see below) for the number to her "wax lady". It was time to suck it up and try the experience again. Much to my surprise Jacqueline is an angel from wax heaven! It was a completely different There was close to no pain, she was lighting fast and made me feel as comfortable as a person can feel in that position. Like Stacy, I met Jacqueline at PlumSpa about two years ago and have been going to her ever since. I see her for both waxing and facials and love her services. She is an extremely experienced esthetician and provides excellent advise and product recommendations for skincare. Every time I see her, I feel so much happier, more relaxed and even feel better about myself after one of her magical facials. Plus, she is extremely flexible and will work you in for emergency situations and is also very patient with rescheduling. Last year for Christmas, I also got my friend a facial for a gift and she absolutely loved Jacqueline and loved the experience. Definitely a great gift for special person in your life. This new boutique is so cute and is charming. It has a very nice feel to it -- if I was able to stop eating so much I could fit into some of the cute clothes. I have been going to Jackie for years because, quite simply, she's the best! How good is she? Well, I've followed her through three different salons and now, even though I live all the way on the east coast, I will ALWAYS make an appointment with her when I'm back in town. I trust her because she makes sure to take her time, uses the best products and gets to know you (which, you know, is nice considering she gets to see you without your pants on!). Making an appointment is super easy and she always returns calls within an few hours. I've recommended others to her and they have all had great experiences as well. I TOTALLY recommend Primrose Body & Boutique. And would NEVER allow my waxing to be done by anyone other than Jacki. She is always courteous, knows her profession extremely well, clearly finds joy in making others feel good about themselves and is very accomodating when it comes to her clients. I must say that I was baffled to read the poor reviews of Jacki and completely disagree. I have been to many places for waxing and facials and will never again, stray from Jacki. The only conclusion that I can come to is that there are many different types of people in this world, some of which are NEVER satisfied with the services they receive, even if it is handed to them on a silver platter. And yes, waxing is painful, that's just the nature of the beast, so be prepared if that is your desired service. It hurts, especially bad if you have allowed it to grow back fully. Cute, quiet spa. Very friendly, personable, and professional staff. I started to get bad acne around my jaw line when I stopped breast-feeding. I went to Courtney for a series of facials and felt a noticeable difference after the first facial and saw major improvement after the 2nd facial. My jawline had completely cleared up by the third facial. Courtney is experienced and great at what she does. She's very knowledgeable. The spa is super affordable as well, especially compared to other spas I've gone to where I didn't experience results like I experienced with Courtney. 10/10. Ask for Courtney when you go there! Especially when I asked her to clean them up a little since my regular girl has the flu? I was shocked. She asked me no questions and I found her manner to be arrogant at best. Maybe she didn't like the overall look of my brows but she should have asked. Now she has exposed a blank spot in my brow where there is a scar... she called it a cowlick when I asked her to explain what she had done. It's going to take months to repair the damage.
