Hands down the BEST place in town! I've been coming to Prince Nails for years and I've never been disappointed with their work. All the girls are sweethearts and do really good work. My favorite part is that they take the time to remember your face and name and will even ask how your family is doing (if they've met them). I get my nails done on a weekly basis. the previous place i would go to was getting too pricey, so i was recommended to try this place out. i have never been as satisfied as i am whenever i get my nails done here. i love their work, the nails are perfectly done! i always get compliments on my nails. sometimes theres a wait, but they work pretty fast...but do a great job. As far as pedicures, i really wasn't a fan. i continue to go to my old nail place, because i felt like their pedicures weren't detailed enough. Very Clean place, something i constantly look for. Overall i always come back, they have reasonable prices. They do accept atm/credit however, sometimes they charge a fee and sometimes they don't, so make sure to ask before you pay. read more

The place is clean and cool. That's 2 stars. Everyone was friendly. There were some annoying patrons there and yet the employees remained calm and professional. That's another star. At first I was iffy because I was first when it opened on a Monday and Kim started doing my manicure and I felt like she was rushing while filing and I'm VERY picky about how my nails are filed . But then after she noticed I wasn't happy she fixed them and my manicure ended up looking lovely. The only reason I give it 4 and not 5 stars is because I've seen better. Lol read more

Walk in waiting​ for about 1 hr ..I finally set down to get my nails done and feet . First of all they try to used the same dirty tools they used in a client before me .I ask for them to sanitize the tools they use before they use it on me ..The woman that was going to work on my nails got offended and started to talk to the man in front of the desk who I believe is the owner ..(Paula husband) little did they know my husband is Chinese and was seating waiting for me .The woman started to talking​ to Paula husband (owner) in Chinese and my husband text me saying I should just get up and go to some other nail place ..I ask him why and he said that Paula husband said in Chinese that if I just new that they haven't sanitize their tool in a month she would go crazy and after that they Just laughed about after ...it was already to late for me to get out because they were​ working on my feet already so I stayed. after they where done .I See that one of my nails look why off from the other one ..I ask if she can fix it because it was more short and bumpy .. that's when all the drama started ..the woman who was doing my nails got so mad and said to me u don't know how to do my job so don't tell me how to do it .I told her that I want her to fix it and then she started to talk to the owner in Chinese ..my husband who is Chinese gets​ up and start to talk in Chinese with Paula husband and they start yelling at each other ..I didn't know why then my husband told me let's go. .I was paying and my husband told me not to pay for my nails if they were not going to fix it because they look like shit to pay for my feet only .so Paula husband gets up from he's desk and tells me he will fix it for me . Little​ did I know he was going to do something rude af ...he cut my nail off ..i was thinking he was going to fix it and then didn't do anything to my nails and told me to get out .my husband got so angry that he told me not to pay for anything because that was rude af ..we walk out and later In the car he told me what he had said in Chinese .. I'm giving this place 1 star based on my recent experience, I've been here before for a pedicure and it went great. This last time was very Unprofessional! Came for a pedicure and the girl who was giving me the pedicure would completely stop in the middle of my pedicure to text and actually sat there texting while I'm waiting for my pedicure to be completed. I used to come here and loved how my nails came out, with the exception of the last two times. I came in January for my birthday and they left air bubbles on my nails and I went back in May for prom and the employee who attended me was on her damn phone the whole time texting and even answered a call! I wish Yelp had a no star review due to the lack of profession and for being unsanitary. I usually don't come here but it's the closest nail salon to my home. I decided to give them another chance since the first time I went did not go so good I promised myself I was not going to return to that location. The guy that did my pedicure really hurt me. 2-3-16 This second time around I got my acrylic nails and the guy who did them did a sloppy job and he also looked upset the entire time. Instead of smoothing out the nail he left lines all over the nail. I did tell him that they didn't look okay and he said that they look fine just to shut me up. Then I went over to do my pedicure and I wanted gel French tip on my toes but the lady seemed like she wanted to get me out and said regular French tip. I was extremely upset because she cut me on the side of my toe and I did say "ouch" and she went on the other side and did the same thing. I was bleeding on both sides of my left toe and it still hurts till this day. Another thing was that I needed my callus to be removed and instead of taking out the gel from the bottle that removes the callus with her fingers she used the long part of the pump to spread it out on my feet. I was so grossed out and just thinking of how many people she also did this to. Lastly, she took the bag off the container where my feet were soaking in and refilled the container with water. I was not about to dip my feet back in there but she took my feet and forced them in there, I just really hope I don't get some type of bacteria or worse!! Even fungus since my toes were cut up from the skin she pulled out. I'm really upset with this place and I feel like they discriminate against young people thinking they won't sue or complain!!! I'm 25 years old and I look like I'm 20 so I think they take advantage of that and maybe also because their supervisors are not around. I am never coming back to this place I rather drive far away where employees will treat me like a customer and do a good job I sometimes pay up to $70 just on myself!! It's their loss. read more

Bad customer service they get offended when you tell them that your not satisfied with their work. The man is rude and his wife is his lap dog. Got my nails done with the only guy working there and t was such a horrible job. I told him to fix them he said he would but he was only making my nails look worse. I was very nice never gave him an ounce of attitude. And he seemed really defensive he said to do them myself I told him that was his job and he said he would cut off my nails and I wouldn't have to pay. I told him I went here to get my nails done not to have them clipped off. He gave me back my money and said that HE would never give me service. Went back and they denied service. Didn't make it a big deal. The only person who I liked was Ana and she's on maternity leave. They don't like to admit when they're wrong. I hope this place gets shut down for their shitty and poor customer service. read more

Got my a pedicure and manicure right before Christmas at Prince Nails i have never been there saw it by driving by. I arrived about 4:30 got helped around 5, which was pretty good for it being the holidays. The woman that had completed my nails was very polite and nice. I waited approximately 35 minutes under the fan for nails to dry and was then recommended by another employee that they my nails were dry. As I grabbed for my car keys three fingernails nail polished had been ruined. I asked if they could redo and owner only wanted to place more nail polish over the ruined nail polished. I asked that they remove nail polish from all three fingernails they hesitated however with my insistence the owner agreed. The three nails had been redone. I then waited an additional 50 minutes until I was recommended by an employee that it was okay to leave and nails were completely dry. I left around 8. Once home the nails looked okay. Not great but okay. I decided to wait to the next morning to judge further. Once morning came I utilized natural daylight to focus on nails. It appeared that nail polish from both feet and hands had bubbled and smudged. They looked horrible. I then decided to return to possibly get my nail polish redone. I spoke to owner let him know and showed him my ruined nails. Owner stated that he didn't see it however he agreed to redo nail polish. Nail polish was removed I asked if I could change nail polished color thinking original nail polish was bad. Owner then said I would need to pay for a nail polish change which was going to be an additional $10. I disagreed and discussed with him that I had not worn the nail polished for single day and disagreed with having to pay additional money. I also let him know that i was not unhappy with the manicure or the pedicure however felt that the nail polish was cheap and wanted my nails polished with a different color. Owner then started to argue and raised his voice. He also laughed at my request to get my money back. After he noticed that his clientele seemed to be distraught by his own commotion towards a pregnant woman he agreed to pay me back $7 out of the $20, which to me was fine however he could have easily kept a customer and his money if he would have allowed me to just change the nail polish. I will NEVER return or recommend anyone to his nail shop. His lack of professionalism and mistreatment towards a customer was uncalled for and deserves no stars. read more
