Spicy Spring, Spicy Vodka, Naughty Pie, and The Original Prince.
    Cindy Z.

Prince Street Pizza is a NYC staple, so I was quite excited for their first Brooklyn location in my neighborhood. The pizza is greasy and delicious, but it's on the pricier end. With so much competition these days, it barely makes the cut as somewhere I'd return. They're known for their Sicilian slices here moreso than New York style, so depends on your preference. I got a couple different slices to try: Spicy Spring ($7.50), Naughty Pie ($7.50), Spicy Vodka ($7), and The Original Prince ($5). Since they do open really late (especially for this neighborhood), I'd probably return for a drunk late night snack though.

Stopped by this new Brooklyn location for their famous pepperoni square slice. I'm not a fan of squares but when in Rome ... tastes as good as it does in SoHo without the line and fuss. Inside it looks like SoHo with photos of celebs on the wall. There is an inside standing area to eat and a large backyard that was Not opened on the day I went. There is a restroom as well Very competitive pizza environment on Smith and Court St. $7.50 for a square (same price as Manhattan) is a lot. Came out to $8.17 with tax even though I paid in cash. Plain slices were $5 each.

One of my fave slices in NY and stoked to stumble on their grand opening at this location ! Cant ever go wrong with grabbing a slice or an entire pie at any NY prince street especially this new joint! Quality and value under the same room! Seating in the back is the vibe! Service is simply magnificent! Go there now!!!

I finally made it to the Brooklyn location after several missed attempts. I ordered two slices of Mercer Margherita and A Peach Tea. My slices were both delicious as was the Tea. The Brooklyn location has a beautiful outdoor area, and a clean bathroom. The Brooklyn location is considerably pricier that the Little Italy store. Two slices and a can of tea cost $17.96. Thank U next.

What separates pizza places are either the ingredients, or in this place, what separates them is their crust. They make everything fresh right in front of you, pictures are below. Jennie took our order and she walked us through the menu. We ended up getting a big margherita pizza. My son got the 2 tomato slices, he isn't a big cheese fan. My wife got pepperoni, they have beef pepperoni or pork pepperoni. Mikey Love was really cool he came out and greeted me. My kids got a drink, and then guess what, their gelato was actually top tier. I went for pizza and found out the Geloto was was awesome. You go to a pizza place and then get gelato. They had vanilla and watermelon, it was so good. I got some for my daughter, I tasted it, and one of my self them one of my sons wanted some as well. Bernadette was making them and having a great time. Great Vibe here If you come to Brooklyn and you want great pizza, you need to try this place. This place is absolutely awesome.

I've had my eye on New York's top pizza spots for a while, and I finally made it to Luigi's Pizza. When my son and I arrived, there was already a line outside. I spotted Gio and his team busy pulling fresh pies out of the oven. I ordered a Grandma slice, a white slice, and my son went for a pepperoni slice. It's a cash-only place, and my order was ready in about ten minutes. The Grandma slice was quite dense, with a cracker-like crust. It tasted okay, but I wasn't sold on it and ended up leaving it in the box. The white slice was a bit better--with a crispy crust and a strong garlic flavor I really enjoyed. My son said his pepperoni slice was alright, nothing extraordinary. The service was friendly, and I'm glad I finally got to try one of New York's iconic pizza spots.

I've eaten here, come to the Bushwick Block Party to see Action Bronson perform, and spent enough time around Tiki Disco to associate the place with a particularly inventive, free-spirited period in the neighborhood. The dining area still has that wonderfully idiosyncratic character: exposed beams, communal tables, mismatched details, and an open kitchen turning out genuinely excellent pizza. What impresses me most is how naturally Roberta's became more than a restaurant. Food, music, parties, outdoor spaces, and an extraordinary mix of people all seemed to converge here, giving the place a cultural gravity that could never have been designed by committee. It remains one of those places that instantly takes me back to my bachelor years and an especially fun chapter of my time in the city, when Bushwick felt endlessly creative, and Roberta's seemed to sit comfortably at its center. This is the first restaurant we've been to with 20% auto gratuity for a party under 6. But the borderline dishonest part is that the check that you sign tells you in tiny letters that tip was already added, but has huge font for additional tip and written out tip calculations, so it is very easy to tip 40% without noticing. Sometimes I do tip extra generously, but I don't want to feel like I was tricked into doing it! Looking thru reviews here, I see other people also experienced this, including people in small parties who were locked into the 20% when it should have definitely been 18%. :/ So close to a good experience, but ruined by tricksy billing.
