Five star pizza! There was a short line when I was there about 6pm on a Monday! They apologized for the wait and greet everyone, with a welcoming energy! I ordered 2 slices, the Fancy prince, which has fres mozzarella and basil and extra virgin olive oil on a crispy crust withe perfect amount of tomato sauce, pure perfection. I ended up taking the regular slice home and eating it two days later and it was delicious after I warmed it up in a cast iron skillet. It was just as good as the fresh slice. It looks like a small spot, but if you go to the back, there is a counter to add seasoning and get napkins. If you go a little bit further there is seating for about 20 or more people. If you have trouble with stairs there is seating for up to four people! They also had White claw and Corona as well as other non- alcoholic beverages. I think they can add some wine to the menu. My favorite pizza while visiting NYC and I heard there was a new location , so off to Brooklyn I went ! My friends and I enjoyed our pizza slices ao much that we came back that evening to grab a whole pie for our flight back to Orlando. This location is very nice and I loved the outdoor seating area. I see people complained about it being pricey but for me , I don't care about price as long as it's good lol. I'll definitely be back on my next weekend trip to NYC this August! read more

Prince Street Pizza is a NYC staple, so I was quite excited for their first Brooklyn location in my neighborhood. The pizza is greasy and delicious, but it's on the pricier end. With so much competition these days, it barely makes the cut as somewhere I'd return. They're known for their Sicilian slices here moreso than New York style, so depends on your preference. I got a couple different slices to try: Spicy Spring ($7.50), Naughty Pie ($7.50), Spicy Vodka ($7), and The Original Prince ($5). Since they do open really late (especially for this neighborhood), I'd probably return for a drunk late night snack though. read more

Stopped by this new Brooklyn location for their famous pepperoni square slice. I'm not a fan of squares but when in Rome ... tastes as good as it does in SoHo without the line and fuss. Inside it looks like SoHo with photos of celebs on the wall. There is an inside standing area to eat and a large backyard that was Not opened on the day I went. There is a restroom as well Very competitive pizza environment on Smith and Court St. $7.50 for a square (same price as Manhattan) is a lot. Came out to $8.17 with tax even though I paid in cash. I'm in a constant search to find gluten free pizza and I was so happy to see they had a new location that served it. A few things to note: - it takes 20 minutes to make the gf pizza so plan accordingly - they only make personal pies so be prepared to have leftovers or share - I asked for an original pepperoni but they told me that wasn't an option so ended up with the Naughty pie. I wouldn't say it was my favorite as I wished I had more pepperoni and sauce on it - the gf dough is a bit thick and a bit dense so wish it was a bit more fluffy The space is more spacious than the SoHo location as they have a backyard patio where you can eat, which is nice. The staff is also super friendly and if you order regular pizza, they seem to make it pretty fast. read more

I finally made it to the Brooklyn location after several missed attempts. I ordered two slices of Mercer Margherita and A Peach Tea. My slices were both delicious as was the Tea. The Brooklyn location has a beautiful outdoor area, and a clean bathroom. The Brooklyn location is considerably pricier that the Little Italy store. Two slices and a can of tea cost $17.96. I'm okay being in the minority regarding my review, since it seems Prince Street Pizza has turned into a hospitality group with about 20 locations across the United States, including Toronto. Nothing against hospitality groups, but at a certain point the business model is run as a mass production. I intended to eat here today but I found fault with two things: 1) their soda is on draft. I'm a huge Diet Coke or Diet Pepsi fan served in its 12 ounce can but you won't find any here. I just don't like soda on draft and I am certain it is cheaper. For whatever reason, they've stocked up on varieties of Snapple but my rule of thumb is to always eat pizza with an iced cold can of soda. Period. 2) : Under no circumstances am I going to pay $7.08 for ONE slice of Margherita pizza. There are plenty of pizza spots that will suit me just fine. I don't know if prices are the same across every location, but it's ridiculous. Yes, I walked out. They won't be getting my business. . And no love lost for me. read more

The vibes are great! I can tell the folks running this place really care about their brand and establishment. I really appreciate how clear they make it that families and strollers are welcome. It's not super easy getting a stroller to the back with the narrow passage and people waiting for pizza, but no one makes you feel bad about it. I really like their regular and fancy cheese. This was a good to go order that I picked up at 10 AM in the morning. It was obvious that these were pizza slices that were left over from the day before and were frozen to give out the next day. When was a slice with olives and onions. One slice was also olives, ricotta;but no onions and there was a Sicilian slice. It was a good deal because I got three slices for six dollars, but I would not have paid regular price for these. They were OK, but I wouldn't be in a hurry to return. read more

It's fine, not great. Definitely better than Baby Luc's by a hair. The original in SoHo was arguably the best hot pepperoni square slice in the city until the owners decided to come out and show their true colors (iykyk), and ever since then it hadn't hit as hard. Lines around the corner and for what? Now the Smith Street one opens and it's conveniently in my hood so I figured to give it a try since it was free slices on opening day! It was good. Dough is heavy and chewy. The slice was bulky and kind of stodgey. I don't remember Soho being like this - or maybe it is and I was just a fan before tasting many other (better) slices in the city. Fun addition to the neighborhood but I promise you there are others in the area that are sooo much more worth it. But if doughy $7.50+ cheese slices are your thing, then go for it. read more

I checked out this place last week and was disappointed. It's $7.50 a slice which I find way too much to pay for pizza. I had the spicy jalapeño slice with pepperoni. The ingredients were fresh and the sauce was tasty. The slice was really small and the bottom of the slice was burnt. There are way too many options in our neighborhood where you can get better pizza. read more
