This place is pickup/delivery only, with no seating inside. We ordered by phone, but you can also order through their website. Our order was ready in about 25 minutes, and parking was available in the building structure. We ordered the Meat Lovers and Oakey Smokey. It came out to almost $60, so definitely on the pricey side, but both were delicious and worth the splurge! I wish they provided crushed chili pepper and Parmesan cheese automatically but had to enjoy our pizza without it.

Some of the best pizza ever! Got it from Uber Eats for delivery and didn't disappoint. I would've done extra crispy looking back but still so good. The vodka sauce is 10/10. Love the pizza but the chocolate cake was sneaky good. Little disappointed with the garlic bread -- skip the mozzarella sticks too but everything else wicked good... just be prepared for an expensive pizza

Got a slice of The Original Prince. Pretty good pizza. The crust had a crispy edge. The sauce was balanced but was a little too sweet for my taste. Service was very friendly and prompt. Dining is available along the window counter. PSP is located on the first level of the Triangle Center. Definitely no issues with parking.

I came here to try the limited time "Avenged Sevenfold" pizza called "A Little Pizza Heaven". Maybe I got unlucky, the pizza was ok but not as good as the San Diego location, mostly due to the slices not being hot enough (especially compared to my experience in San Diego, which was perfect). While the pre-cooked slices were briefly re-heated in their oven, they probably could have used more time to get to the desired temperature I remember enjoying. Service was friendly though the slices are a bit pricy.

Everyone NEEDS to try Prince Street Pizza! There's a reason why it's so popular in NYC. Highly recommend trying both their square and slice pizzas. Love they heat everything up, so it tastes fresh and it's worth the wait if there's a line. The pepperoni is one of the best I've ever tried and love the hot honey they put on some of the pizzas. I don't recommend their "not ranch" sauce if you're not a fan of Hidden Valley ranch since they taste similar. There's a free parking garage that's less than a 5 minute walk from the place. There's no seating inside, so be prepared to eat it somewhere else or take it home. I've been thinking of their pizza since I had it and can't wait to go back!

I have been to other locations and really liked the pizza, so today decided to try this one while I was in the area. This one is located at Triangle Square, so parking is inside a shared structure. A rarity with parking structures is this one is free! It was easy to find parking and I walked around to the storefront with ease. This location is small; there is no seating, not even outside, and the hallway leading to the restroom was blocked off. You can order pizza to go and that's it. I ordered a slice of the Margherita, and decided to try their "not ranch". I usually only like ranch with pepperoni pizza sometimes but this was really just to taste the sauce. Service was friendly; I was immediately greeted by a friendly cashier and she offered to help with any questions I may have. I only waited maybe 5 min for my slice as she heated it up. Finally, it was pizza time. I ended up eating in my car, which I do much of the time anyway so no big deal. The sauce was garlicky and tasted reminiscent of ranch without truly being ranch. It's more of an aioli. Good, and would probably be nice with their pepperoni pizza. The pizza itself was underwhelming. It was warm and the crust was thin and crispy. The pizza sauce tasted a bit sweet and acidic, but wasnt the way I remember it. It was just OK. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing, or maybe today was an off day. Who knows, but when there are so many pizza places everywhere, there is a ton of competition and this one didn't wow me. I may try again another time with a different slice to see if it wins my heart back.

After trying Prince St Pizza in NY, I ran to check out the Costa Mesa location as soon as it opened. It's along busy CA-55N, but there's a large parking structure right next to the shop. There's no seating inside, but it definitely gives off a classic NY pizza spot vibe. To this day, the Naughty Pie is still my favorite. The whipped ricotta is heavenly and pairs perfectly with the spicy vodka sauce. The hot honey really ties it all together and it just wouldn't taste the same without it. And the crispy pepperonis filled with little pools of oil are such a guilty pleasure. Their pepperonis are also thicker which makes it feel more substantial in terms of bite and protein. I recently placed an online order for three pies a few days before a party, and everything was ready right on time. The double cut option is convenient for large gatherings if you have tons of food. Every flavor was a hit! Also love that they're open late at night for a pizza run.

Wonderful place to get creative and decadent pizza by the slice. The crust is the best around. This location is relatively new. I have eaten at their West Hollywood location and it was 10x better. The pizza is still amazing but the technique understandably takes a lot of time. Overall I loved the Mushroom pizza, you can taste each individual ingredient very vividly. It felt healthy and well put together. The Vodka slice is delicious. I would love to be able to buy that sauce separately! The Marinara was also good. I liked the simplicity. They definitely have the crust perfected! It's rich and buttery. There is just something missing in the final product. I will definitely be back to watch them grow!

We were in Newport and decided to try this location out since we liked the one in LA. This place was hard to find, it's on the outside of the mall on the ground level. When walking in we were greeted by the staff. They have the pizza lined up in the counter for you and a bathroom down the hall. Unfortunately the staff didn't know much about their rewards program and their website is garbage. The pizza was crispy and flavorful.

Was so happy to hear that there is a Prince Street location in Costa Mesa. This was my favorite pizza I tried when I was in New York and now it's close by! The naughty pie is my favorite! Thick crust, cheesy ricotta goodness, spicy thick pepperonis, vodka sauce, and honey drizzled on top. Amazing! The staff working there were efficient as our food was ready pretty quickly. There isn't really anywhere to sit inside, although there are some benches right outside. It's more of a pick up spot. I also noticed that they have a good lunch combo option- 2 slices and a drink for $12.99 which I will definitely try next time. There is a parking structure right next to their location. I will be a frequent visitor :)!

An excellent pizza that had great flavor and was the perfect portion! We got the houston jalapeno, margherita, and meat lovers. The Houston jalapeno was delicious and spicy with some sweetness from the hot honey. The margherita was probably my favorite, perfect balance of all the Margherita flavors. Meat lovers was the least favorite, the sausage flavor was a little meh for us. Service was friendly and fast. No seating but clean and fun pictures of all the celebs that have stopped by. On the pricey side for just slices but still a great once in awhile treat!

Great pizza but had this group of white hairs on my pizza today and the phone number listed is a dead line. Can't finish my lunch can we make this right?

Yes, the shop is small, but as soon and my girlies and I walked inside, we immediately were welcomed and given the ~shpiel~ of what to expect for a typical dine-in experience. I'm pretty sure we talked to the manager yesterday--very knowledgable and made us feel less intimidated with decision paralysis. There were tons of yummy options on display (...I'm looking at you, Chorizo pizza). For yesterday's visit, I got the Contadina which has Italian sausage in it (and a bunch of other ingredients that I forgot lol) and the Rosa pizza. I'm a huge fan of vodka sauce in pasta and the Rosa surely won my heart at first bite. One of my friends ordered the Japanese pizza, which also looked delicious. Will I be back? Definitely, just probably not as much since it's bit of a drive from where I'm at. Another pizza/piece of my heart is now with the Sugo shop. :-)

I ordered the Killer Bee pizza, and after one bite I understood why it's one of their best sellers. It comes with tomato sauce, mozzarella, Gorgonzola, natural pepperoni, fresh basil, and a drizzle of spicy honey. I wasn't sure how the spicy honey would taste on a pizza, but it gave every bite a little sweetness with just a touch of heat. It was a combination that really surprised me. The crust had a nice crunch on the outside while staying soft inside. The pepperoni had a great flavor, the cheese was excellent, and the sauce tasted fresh. Everything tasted fresh from the first bite to the last. This pizza definitely earned a spot near the top of my list. I'll definitely be back to try some of their other pizzas.

This Costa Mesa location is located just south of the 405 at Harbor Blvd. Go to Baker Street and turn left and it's right there. Easy Parking. One thing you gotta know about the deep dish pizzas, they take longer to cook cause they're just so big and need more cooking time, like maybe 35-40 minutes, depending on how busy the kitchen is.
