This nail salon is always busy... That's a good sign, right.?!? They offer 15% discounts on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and there isn't a nail service that they don't perform. They are very knowledgeable about nails and aim to please. They have great massage chairs to use while you receive one of the many different pedicures they offer. They are also one of the few nail salons in the area that use Daisy DnD Gel Polish. It is hands down one of the best on the market. The actual pedicure was grossly overpriced, given the lack of attention to detail and products, i gave it two stars because the facility itself has the potential to be a nice upscale salon. Awful. Where do I begin? For starters, when I first arrived they acted as if I had done them wrong simply because I wanted a regular manicure and not a gel manicure. They left many cuticles untrimmed, my nails were not filed straight, when they put lotion on my hand (which was barely enough to even spread over my entire hand and fingers), they left the residue on the nail bed instead of wiping it off before putting nail polish on. The drying table had no fan and not to mention, I could feel (and see) a thick layer of oil all around the parameter of the table. The entire time different employees were shouting to the other what they wanted for lunch and what to order at chik-Fil-a, and then when their orders finally came, they left they're drinks right next to my wrist as my nails were being painted. My daughter got a gel manicure and as she was getting up to leave noticed that her nails were sticky and not at all glossy. it seems they are not clean, they are not hygienic and they have no proper drying fan and tell you that a purple light bulb will dry your nails. They need to wipe down EVERYTHING WITH WINDEX BECAUSE ITS SUPER GREASY AND MESSY read more

Paid for a pedicure with callus treatment and left with my calluses feeling tougher than I walked in! Awful! The nail technicians paid more attention to their conversations amongst themselves in their language that they did my feet! I now need to go home and do my own feet all over again to smooth out the calluses that they roughed up. read more

This place is awful. I went in for a pedicure and the nail tech (older Asian guy) completely insulted me and then laughed about it. As he started my pedicure he told me he would have nightmares about my feet. Of course the pedicure ended shortly after he made that statement. This was my first experience here and like any nail salon I expected to go there for an enjoyable and relaxing time not to have my body criticized and talked about. I really like this place. Cleanly, friendly staff, and reasonably priced. I have gone to 3 different nail techs so far and all of them have done a really good quality job, especially Heather. As gross as it sounds I'm very prone to ingrown toenails and dead skin build up on my big toes, even though I take good care of my feet. Heather got me straight, the sides of my nails look and feel phenomenal. Will be going to see her from now on for sure. read more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!Had a pedicure and S&S nails...as for the pedicure, I was in and out of the chair in 8 minuets...never even put lotion on legs and feet! As for the S&S...they charge more than most and do not even give the most basic of a manicure with this service - this is the only salon I've been to that does not include this. Without pushing your cuticles back to cover as much of nail as possible means your $55 nails are going to be grown out in a week...guess they want this to happen so you will have to pay for a fill!!! This place aims to turn chairs over as fast as possible....WHY WOULD YOU PAY MORE THAN OTHER SALONS CHARGE FOR LESS SERVICE THAN OTHER SALONS GIVE??? I feel like I might as well have opened the door and thrown $90 out in the street. The whole purpose of getting a mani/pedi is to pamper yourself a little....THERE IS ZERO PAMPERING HERE....it is a turn that chair over and take that money mentality ran salon!!!! read more

I have given this place two chances. The first time I went I thought every place has off days so I gave it another try. Big mistake. I went in for a pedicure. I chose the callous removal pedicure from their list. As the gentleman was working on my feet I noticed I was not getting what was listed in the description. I just let it go and figured he thought I said a regular pedicure since there seemed to be a major language barrier. To my surprise when he brought the bill I was being charged for the callous removal. I expressed that I did not receive several of the listed items in the description. He could not understand what I was trying to communicate. So I just paid and left because it is not worth my time to argue when all I am trying to do is have a relaxing afternoon. Also he asked me 4 times throughout the pedicure if I wanted a manicure. I said no the first time and felt it unnecessary to ask me another three times. I will never go back two tries was too many. read more
