I talked to Mike about reserving a party bus for a group of 19 friends for my fiancé birthday party. He was very quick in responding and giving me a quote. I had also changed the amount of hours I wanted to have the bus a few times, and he had no problem adjusting the itinerary and quote for me. When the bus arrived he had upgraded it to a VIP tour bus at no extra charge! The driver ( I believe his name was Adam) was on time and very accommodating to the group of women in high heels that didn't want to walk a block down the street to get on the bud. That was the only place he could fit the bus due to low tree branches. So he drove around the block to get closer. The bus was very clean, speakers were great and there was whiskey, vodka and ice on the bus as well. Overall it was a great experience renting from this company! We booked a tour bus sized bus from Princess Limousine this weekend for a VIP event. Mike made planning every detail of our trip simple and easy. He makes every effort to make the customer feel safe, happy, and taken care of. All of our guests loved him and were ecstatic when he was able to join us at our event later that evening. The bus was always early/ on time, clean, and though we did bring our own, it also came equipped with snacks & beverages. We drove from LA to Bakersfield to Visalia to Fresno and finally to San Jose. I am in the process of planning my son's 16th birthday party. I inquired with Princess Limousine service regarding the pricing to drop off and pick up his party guests as well as the pricing to simply drop them off. I received a response from Mike, who asked what the date was. I gave him the date of April 1st, and his follow up was the following: "Very busy day prom night.Price will be $900 plus gratuity. If you like to make a reservation please don't send us any credit card information via email. Call us for reservation her phone number is 818-841-1688." My specific questions weren't answered and when I responded that he never fully answered my question and that I would be taking my business elsewhere since it seemed that he just assumed that this was out of my price range, his response was "thank you". The Burbank area doesn't have proms until the end of April and most of the surrounding area doesn't have proms until the end of April or May. Not sure how Princess Limousines operates when doing business with them, but the customer service left a lot to be desired. I have rented several Party Buses including for my wedding and have never had someone be so rude or give me such a random estimate. I won't be doing business with this company. read more

I called a handful of places (basically the top 5 listed on Yelp) and Princess Limos was the only one to take shorter reservations (we had 1.5 hours) and had the best price. Mike was very flexible, understanding, and responsive throughout the process. Payment was very easy with a deposit charged to credit card and then cash (or credit) to the driver day of. We had the white bus and it fit our party of 29, with about 4 people standing, which was fine with us since it was a short trip. It would've fit 25 comfortably seated.
