I hired Mike to celebrate our daughter's 11th birthday this year. We booked a 10 passenger limo with his company. He was very responsive, professional and kind. I'm one of those "be early" people and so is Mike, and he was so on point, I felt like he was my spirit animal all day long. We had multiple pick ups and drop offs, a bit of waiting because most other people are late-ish, but he was really great.
