Very disappointed in Lisa's work and customer service! I called ahead for an apt, after being there over an hour she asks me to come back later to get my eyebrows done! Wow, really! What's crazy is that as soon as I got to the shop I asked her if she would be able to do my eyebrows and she said YES! And if I wasn't already upset enough about that, I ask her if she could clean up the polish on my cuticles because she did a rushed, messy job, and she said "where, they don't look messy to me." I've been coming to Lisa for a while but I WILL NOT be back! Too bad because the men in the shop do awesome pedicures, but just not worth coming back if that's how Lisa is going to start treating her regular customers! read more

Had a male do my nails. I didn't catch his name. Anywho, it was a very clean and nice salon. Sadly when he was doing my nails he almost cut my cuticles - I had to tell him a few times not to sand down near my cuticles regardless he did it twice. Also my nails there were small pieces of hair stuck in the gel - they look nice from a distance but up close you can tell the detail isn't that great. . At the end he ended up facing timing someone while he was doing my nails. Unprofessional !! Also I was told $30 for the pink and white tip and charged $35 I just paid bc I wanted to get out of there. - also my nails were in pain later due to the technician bruising my nail bed. I went to another salon that same day had them taken off and had them properly put on. AVOID THIS PLACE!!! read more

the sign out front said white tip...$18. okay....that's exactly what my daughter got....then the girl tries to tell me $28!! I said no, the sign out front says $18.....I argued a bit wth her....did end up paying the $28..she said pink gel was "more".....the place is a RIP OFF with little shady ladies working there taking advantage...never again will I take my daughter there...not very sanitary either read more

I just have to say, both my wife and I have gone to Princess Nails since we have moved here from L.A. 10 years ago and they are the best, most professional of any nail salon in the Temecula area. I see in the reviews about having to wait, about a little scratch, speaking another language, really? What nail salon is there that you might not have a wait? My wife gets her nails done all the time and over the 10 years, she might have had to wait a handful of times, always when an appointment was late and pushed the time back, all things that happen in a Doctors office as well. As far as an accident where a tool might scratch a foot that moved, it is a part of getting a manicure and pedicure, and it has happened at the finest Beverly Hills nail salons, like the ones where we used to live, and TBH, Princess Nails does better work than any salon my wife has ever gone to, and quicker too, not two hours for a bad job like other local nail salons, we would never go anywhere else, EVER! read more

Very disappointed. I tried this place today because it's close to my work; However, I will never be going back. The salon is not that nice, and nor are the people who work there. They just act like they are put out that I walked in. I asked if they had time for a mani pedi and one guy said yes. But the guy who did my toes reeked like cigarettes, and I saw him on my way in smoking outside. He didn't wear any gloves and I felt disgusted that he was touching my feet without gloves and with cigarette leftovers on his hands and fingers. I told him I wanted my toenails cut shorter and he left my big toes long... this was the whole reason why I went to get them done. I felt like he didn't really know what he was doing and he messaged me for like 2 seconds... he never said "hi how are you today?" Or made any type of conversation with me at all, he just scoffed and talked in his language to the girl next to him the entire time. He also kept rudely and quite harshly adjusting my feet to where HE needed them to be, I have late stage Lyme disease and really bad hips, and it's hard for me to be in certain positions and I was in pain the entire time I was there. And no one ever came to do my finger nails. So when he was done I just say, "I don't have time to stay for my finger nails". I was already there for almost an hour. They all seemed pissed that I decided not to go ahead and do my fingernails but I didn't feel comfortable staying there any longer. When the guy was done doing my toes, he didn't even say anything to me... he just got up and left, and left the wet dirty towel under my bare feet. As an ex-manicurist, I am SUPER critical of who does my acrylic nails. Lisa has been doing mine for 5+ years and I have never had a bad experience. I have never had lifting or breakage. Her salon is sanitary and doesn't smell like acrylic is even being used. She is always busy so it is best to call and speak to her and make an appointment. I wouldn't go to anyone else!! read more

Not happy! I went in for a full set french tip. For starters the guy didnt remove the nail polish from my nails completely from the sides of my nails, then he clipped the top corners of the white tips so it doesnt cover my natural nail completely, he didnt glue them on straight either, one side goes up higher & ive had these nails on for 5 days and a few days ago the sides already started peeling up from him not sanding them properly. Very upset as i have had my nails done for less than $25 and they turned out alot better than princess nails read more

Disappointed! Went in with my young daughter for our nails and toes. An employees young son was in there and was ALL over my daughter, sat in her seat and wouldn't move, pestered her our ENTIRE time. Knocked over the nail cart etc... They were busy which is fine, but with one girl doing my toes, then my child's nails and toes it took a while. I wanted my gel polish removed and a fresh manicure as well. We expected to be awhile, which is fine if it's a relaxing experience. It WASN'T! After an hour and 35 minutes and the little boy disrupting our girl time I told the nail girl no manicure just remove the gel on my nails. She nodded and said ok. So she cleaned up my cuticles even though I said NO. They tried to charge me $15 for gel removal and manicure i didn't receive. I changed my mind bc the experience was irritating and I just wanted out of there. I left with crusty stained nails. No lotion, no oil, no polish nothing close to a manicure. Except a brief cuticle clean up, which I asked to not have done. I don't mind a wait, I don't mind paying but I expect respect, cleanliness and a relaxing experience. And the time before this visit the girl didn't even change nail tools after her client before me. (Barf) I wish I would have spoken up. My fault. So I tried it again and was disappointed in a new way. read more
