I got the acrylic manicure and regular pedicure. The lady doing pedicure was in rush and really didn't abide to 6mins massage, also the nail paint came off the next day (regular nailpaint on feet stays toenails stays longer). The manicure started breaking within a week. Its an expensive place ($$$) and hurts if nails are not intact even for a week. read more

Well I really wanted to love this place! The location is great and the salon is big, clean and new! My problem is I had the worst pedicure ever! The foot massage if that is what you want to call it was wimpy. The polish on my toes is so bad! I have streaks on all my nails. Unfortunately I didn't notice while at the salon but I'm sure my young manicurist saw! That night I noticed a red upset bump near my toe nail bed! Ouch! It hurt for three days! I appreciate how these nice ladies (Lyn and Julie) accommodated me as a walk-in customer at 645pm on a Friday night. They were very friendly and provided great service. Aside from their quality work, they ensured that I felt comfortable. I took my two toddlers with me, who were busy walking around and asking about every single thing that they saw. But the ladies didn't mind and even took the time to talk to both kids. I walked away feeling happy to get a good mani and pedi for $35. While my daughter was ecstatic with her $5 colored nails. Hmmmm... This place has really great reviews so thought I'd give it a try. Called to see if they had time for a full set and a pedi. They said sure come right in. So I did.... Walked in and stood there for a minute until someone finally said HI. Big sign says CASH OR CHECK ONLY. Strike 1. They told me to pick my pedi polish out of their small selection of colors. So I did. Then no one told me what to do so again just stood around. Ok. Strike 2. Then the lady tells me to sit at the pedi station and put my feet in the water. FCUKING BIATCH. Water was HOT as efff. Now she's hurting me as she's filing my toe nails down. Ok get it over with. She told me numerous times 1) how young I look 2) she kept glaring at me after I told her I had a 12 year old daughter and 3) she used a peeler to peel my skin off my toe.. WTF!!! I've never had a pedi with this instrument, never again. And lastly, yes! I heard you the first 20 times .. I look young :P I had to pretend to sleep to get thru the rest. Strike 3, 4 & 5. Then Anna comes for my mani. Nice Lady. Kept calling me her friend. I think she was trying to do damage control lol She did a good job but it felt very rushed. Ok so a couple weeks have passed, my pedi is already starting to chip, but the horrible part is that they totally messed up my boyfriend's feet! I have been going to this nail salon for a few years. I have only worked with one nail technician. The standard of cleaning in this nail salon is pretty much obsolete. Using an old fashioned yellow sponge (bacteria magnets) and hand soap is not cleaning much of anything in the foot bowls. The nail tools are never sterilized, after each customer. Not sure if the tools are ever sanitized :( The technicians will have several conversations with one another in their language. Once I was getting my eye brows waxed and another technician decided to walk in the room talking away like I was not even there. There is no receptionist, so the nail technicians are constantly answering the phone in the middle of your appointment. And shuffling customers appointments. Cash & Checks no Credit Cards. read more
