Her hand massage with essential oils was the cherry on top to finish my mani sess Mimi went above and beyond when she saw I was turning my head to talk to my friends on the other side where they were getting a pedicure. She stood up and asked if my friends are on the other side and I said yes, and that it was my best friend's pampering birthday celebration. I was really looking forward to a relaxing pedicure, but unfortunately, this experience was far from that. The chairs are uncomfortable, and at one point, the technician lifted the foot of my chair to hand me the massage controller, which caused the footrest to become unstable. I had to use my quad muscle the entire time to keep it from sliding away. I mentioned this, and while the technician was very nice and tried to hold it in place with her legs, it was still incredibly uncomfortable. The massage was also disappointing--it lasted less than a minute, and I wish I were exaggerating. On top of that, the door constantly slams shut every time someone walks in, which interrupts any sense of relaxation. I've been here before and had a great experience, but things have definitely changed. While the technician who did my nails was very kind, the overall experience was not one I'd recommend.I really wish I would have picked somewhere else. read more

Got there early for my appt , they did get to me till 10 after my appt time . Had to ask the girls to clean it chair off it was so dirty! The gal that did my feet hurt my feet several times and it actually hurts to walk now . The man that did my nail moved fast and was sloppy. Another girl had to go back and redo a few nails after. There is polish all over my hands and they told me " oh that will come off in the shower" instead of cleaning up the messy work. I'd say if you're desperate so you own nails or have you toddle do them , you're better off. I feel like I'm going to get an infection from Joe duty it was in there ! The smell is so strong I have a headache from it. I've spend money on some stupid shit but this was by far the worst use of my money. If you want a really good nail place go to PhenomeNail in Dublin. Unfortunately, not a lot of attention was given during my appointment which felt very rushed. I had a regular mani/pedi scheduled. I was told to sit in any open chair. All of the chairs were very dirty. The end tables were dirty and the technician didn't clean the tools she was using. I could see old nail bits on the clippers before she started on me. It all felt very unsanitary. If you're going to charge spa prices, please present your spa with cleanliness at the very least. I will not return to this nail salon. read more

This was a birthday treat for myself as I wanted a great pedicure. I recommend this for everyone to do at least a few times a year if you can cause my legs and feet were the softest they've ever been in a while and it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I can remember the lady who did my pedicure but she was quiet yet nice. She used this warm gel wrap around my feet and kept it there for about 10 minutes and wow, my feet felt so good. The foot soak was nicely scented and the lotion they used at the end was so moisturizing. She said that they make the lotion themselves in house using natural ingredients. I'm giving two stars because of my experience today with the technicians. I've been coming here for a year and a half with mostly good service, though a couple of manicures weren't great (looked half done and some were shiny while others were dull) and one tech was rough with my feet- he was doing a callous removal and just started zoning out while he just scrubbed the same spot for way too long- it hurt and I told him to please be a little more gentle in a very nice way. Additionally, the salon has gone downhill in cleanliness--several times I've been asked to sit in dirty chairs, and when I politely asked for them to be cleaned, the staff complained about me in their language- very obvious they were talking about me. Today was especially disappointing. When I showed up, there was one other customer there. So not busy at all. As soon as I sat down my usual manicure tech that I had booked gave me the color pallet and immediately asked what color I wanted. I said I wasn't sure yet, but told her an idea I was thinking about. She was being so pushy for me to pick a color and was making me feel so uncomfortable. She picked a couple colors that she thought we're close to what I was thinking about. She did three of my nails with three different colors to show me what it looked like which I thought was so nice and told her so. I didn't like any of them unfortunately and I told her in a very nice way. She started to immediately talk to the technician that was doing my pedicure, and I knew by the tone that she was talking shit about me and saying how frustrated she was with me, or something along those lines. I was feeling really uncomfortable. The other technician was laughing and talking like she was agreeing with her. She got up and went and found a couple colors that she thought I might like. I really liked them but she then told me she didn't think they had one of them. And then said she may have one of them for my pedicure, but not my dip manicure. She was all over the place and I was having a hard time understanding what she was saying and she was getting frustrated. I quickly made my decision and just went with it. Later on, the tech doing my pedicure, who I thought was asking me to bring my foot out of the water and place it on the foot rest, said no, not yet and the tech doing my manicure barked at me and said "just relax". It was so rude. They both started talking shit again and I felt so uncomfortable. I left feeling disrespected even though my nails turned out fine (minus the massage and cuticle care normally included- hand massage was 30 seconds tops and foot/leg massage was about 2 minutes). I know how hard they work and have to deal with peoples feet and hands, which I'm sure is not pleasant sometimes, so I try and be extra nice and always leave a good tip...but they clearly don't want to be there. I tried not to take it personal, but I left in tears. read more

OVERPRICED! Been here a few times and no matter what their prices say on the website, you'll end up paying more! Because they come up with a " + $10 or $20 for nail polish or powder nails". Website said $40 for powder nails and they charged me $60 ! Not even cleaned up or cut my nails just build on top of that. Only one lady is doing a good job there, unfortunately I forgot her name. With many options available around for a nail salon, it's hard to pick and choose especially having not done my nails for months due to the pandemic. The place is within the Trader Joe's complex close to Ike's and postal office. The salon was very clean and got quite busy after opening at 10am. Learned that they had just opened several months ago. Many choices of nail colors and options for pedicure. I chose from an opi line. It was pricey since I chose to treat myself and got a the non-standard pedi which included a coconut scrub and stone massage. It was worth it especially after so many months. Pricing for a regular pedicure is not bad and competitive especially in this area. I'll definitely be back and hopefully not for another several months. read more

This place scammed a health care worker through adding extra fees not mentioned and didnt even do what i asked for the first thing when i came in.. The first thing I did was show her what design i wanted on my phone Mimi said okay, and then later said she cant do tips now the color is already dry. Then, they did gel nels on my toes when i specificially said on phone regular without telling or asking me in the store me and made up some stuff about how if i used big diamond stuff would get stuck on my toe when i asked for design to be changed. Then they charged me 15 for diamonds that look sloppy and mediocre when she told me it was $10 for both initially and i had no idea shimmer and shape was extra but i think they just tipped themselves.. I see the other posts and am flabbergasted since she can do design maybe it was too late at night for her to care or some home issues from her laughing randomly when asking for maybe a flower or something extra but will be doing a chargeback. Photo attach is her itemized why i got charged so much. Really disgusting behavior. Also dropped a brush on the ground and didnt even sanitize it before going back to my hand. Meet expectations? I came here with two friends to get a manicure and pedicure. The service was excellent. They had multiple people work on us so the process was very quick. The polish lasted for well over a week and still looks great. I got the classic package and it was $50 for both fingers and toes. Can't beat that. The place is super clean and cheerful. Quality of service depends on the technician. My dip experience was terrible. My nails looked thick, chunky, and uneven afterwards. I went back after two weeks and had it removed and left with dips and valleys on my nail bed. Five months later, and my nail bed is still damaged. I've gotten a pedicure here once and it was alright. After 3 positive experiences, I thought I had found my go-to nail salon. Unfortunately, today was beyond disappointing. I was looking forward to a relaxing dip manicure and pedicure. As it turned, out, I was out the door in 45 minutes with an uneven manicure and pedicure and no attention to my cuticles. The massage was a joke I was up sold on a "shiny " add on for $10 that was already applied to one hand before I could approve of the charge. I found it interesting that there is a sign on the wall asking patrons to not use their cell phones to allow for a quiet environment. And yet, the salon professionals take no mind in carrying on loud conversations between each other which do not align with the messaging. read more

Excited doesn't even begin to describe the feeling when I saw that Pure Organic was opening nextdoor to my office. When they were finally ready to open, I went the first day for a dip manicure. I have since been back for a dip fill and a reflexology pedicure. Kim does an amazing dip nail manicure! I have never had someone with so much attention to detail, she is meticulous! I have been getting my nails done in salons religiously for 15 years - this salon is by far the best I have ever been too. While they are not the cheapest around, the quality of my services and experience are unmatched. The owner Katie is so sweet and her salon is as stylish and on trend as she is. I gave this place a two star because me and my friend I went together and both walked away with bad nail polish, we got pedicures and my friend only got 1 coat of polish leaving lots of places unevenly covered, and even though I had two coats there are parts of the nail you can see the second coat & it didn't fill the whole nail, along with not getting half the toes at the end, it was really nice looking & love that they had organic stuff, just wish they took a little more care in the paint job read more

I like the fact that you can select from several different types of pedicures, my favorite is the reflexology because I love a strong massage. As for the manicures, Chrissy is really good. For the pedicures, Phong is the go-to person to see! My girls like this salon because it is chic and very clean. Make sure that you have an appointment because it is easy to manage expectations for the time you are going to spend there.
