Too expensive, bad experience, I took a window to get repaired, they told me to go pick it up at 9:00am I got there at 9:15 and the place was closed, text the guy and he told me if I can wait for an hour they were not there, after an hour 10:20 the window was not ready yet, they forgot to do something on the window, and the guy that repair it was not there, had to wait again.. If I could give them a -1 star I would. Not only are they extremely un professional. The customer service sucks. I sent for a quote weeks ago, they said it takes about 24 hours for a basic window quote, I had to call 2 weeks later to remind them about my quote, they never even bothered to call or email me back, they gave me an excuse about it being a special order so they didn't have a quote for me. I'm on 4 weeks and still haven't got a basic quote. Can you imagine if I actually order from this place?. The tech was on time and friendly. By the next day, I had my quote, very reasonable, and book my appointment. I was recommended to them by a good friend but reading some reviews specifically Jesse's I was skeptical about trying them out...I am a licensed contractor so I do work all over SoCal and it is difficult to find a good glass company. After reaching out to Jesse and seeing he was lying about their review I decided to give Princess windows a shot. I called to make an appointment and they came to measure the next day. Excellent customer service. Unfortunately, our home was broken into and the burglar broke our sliding glass window in the back yard. This happened on Sunday evening. I called various places on Monday morning and one of the business (can't remember which one) was unable to help us but recommended and gave us the phone number to Princess Windows. They immediately answered my call and scheduled the repair call for later Monday afternoon. I thought I had a single payne window and it turned out it was a dual payne glazed windows. Since it was a custom window we scheduled for later in the week. The receptionist kept in touch with me as to status and exactly when the installation would be scheduled. They were very helpful and courteous. The technician who came and installed was polite and knowledgeable and quickly replaced our broken window. Price was reasonable too.
