It was kind of late in the afternoon ( after 5pm) when I reached out to Jesus but he still answered my call (Thank You). DISSATISFIED When the window was installed I asked my tenants if everything was good and they said yes. I wasn't around at the time so I didn't check on it myself and took their word for it. 1 year later and the window leaked. I take a look and the caulking and is coming apart along the top of the window. It was a poor caulking job all together and he didn't even apply caulking to the bottom of the window as the pictures show. I called jesus and he promised me he'd go the next morning. Next morning, no show and no call to let me know he wouldn't be showing up. I text him and he apologized and promised he'd go in the afternoon. Again no show with no warning again. Tried to get a hold of him a third time and he stopped replying all together. Took me to call his window supplier to get him to reply. By that time I was over it and fixed the issue myself. He's a typical bad contractor that things are only good until their not. Will not be hiring again or recommending. read more

I needed an old garden window replaced, I called JJ and he came by the same day took measurements and gave me a quote and a start date. Unfortunately, he was involved in an accident and was out of touch for a few days and our start date was missed. He did reach out to me and we were able to reschedule. The job was completed flawlessly, my blinds were re-hung, they had to cut the stone slab inside the garden window and you can't even tell that the new window hasn't been there all along. Had my windows replaced about a year ago. The crew had them installed within 3weeks. Was going to have two doors replaced but I just got the run around on when they will be installed. Each time I'd call Jose he would say tomorrow but that day never came after 5 times of hearing that I canceled him. Now one of the windows are leaking so I called Jose to have it fixed before it starts raining again. Now I'm getting the same thing. The run Around. Unfortunately they were extremely unprofessional and did not do good work for us. No attention to detail. They just rush the job to get your money, but they do not care about doing the job correctly and will leave you hanging. Jose gives the runaround all the time and is an awful project manager. Wanted to give them a chance and wanted support this small business that didn't have many reviews, but that backfired. They have terrible communication and do not take accountability. They would not pick up or answer most of the time or would hang up like another review mentioned. They aren't true to their word to do a good job but will pretend to get your business. There are other businesses that are better with cheaper quotes with better materials. I just went with them first because they were nice in the beginning... or so I thought. Until they learn how to be better business people with kind customer service and respond respectfully to their past customers who paid good money for their bad services I would find other people to do business with. read more

They were not punctual at all. They stated they would stop by my tenants at 1:30pm and did not make it there until after 5 pm all while ignoring my tenants call and text. They also stated that they didn't have my tenants number to get in, but she contacted them and stated that they didn't return her text or call. I had to have another company come out and explain why there was no decrease in noise from the new windows. Apparently, JJ windows and doors put the glass in backwards!! The noise shielding part was on the wrong side. I called them repeatedly for 4 months and they kept saying that they were going to fix the problem and would be out the very next week. Buyer beware!! PLEASE keep on looking for a more reputable window company. We did a major renovation replacing 22 custom windows and it was an absolute nightmare. Wrong colors, wrong specs, crooked grids, poor installation, windows that did not lock, the list goes on. It took 8 months of waiting to finally get the 22nd window. The brand PREMIUM WINDOWS were purchased by JJ Windows which offer a lifetime guarantee but we are unable to get warranties as we are not the actual purchaser of the windows, JJ Windows and Doors is and they refused to get them for us!!! We spoke directly with Premium Windows us and JJ Windows HAVE to request them. The owner of JJ windows, Jose 'Gayo' Valesquez frequently showed up smelling of weed. He never showed up on time, excuse after excuse. This place is a joke and i would not recommend to my worst enemy.
