I also accidentally damaged the CMOS battery slot trying to fix it myself, but he was able to repair it with soldering and saved the motherboard. The repair took four visits since parts had to be ordered, and he was consistent and communicative throughout. He's knowledgeable, friendly, reasonably priced, and very flexible--he'll even come to your home so you don't have to haul your setup to a shop.
