Took my vehicle for a diagnostic to determine why the airbag light was on. I was advised I needed a new clock spring and that they had one in stock. I was also advise I needed a new rear wiper blade. I authorized the repairs and picked up my vehicle a short time later that day.The very next day my airbag light come back on so I called and my service advisor ask me to bring the vehicle back. I was able to drop my vehicle off to them on Saturday and did not hear back from them until I called on Monday requesting an update. To make a long story short, the service I had just paid for on Thursday was in fact NOT done and I was further advised the part they told me they replaced wasn't the part I needed to begin with. Since my initial service advisor was off I was working with another advisor who stated they would install the correct part and the money I had already paid would go towards that service or they could offer a refund. I lost all trust in them to do any work since I had already paid for and signed papers for work that had not been done at all. I am just glad I didn't shrug it off thinking it was just a glitch in the airbag light because that could of cost me more money in the long run. Now I'm stuck trying to figure out if there are any good service departments I can trust to do the work Priority Hyundai didn't do. And even though they gave me a refund this never should of happened. Imagine how many other people are riding around thinking they had work done by them that wasn't done. read more

I try to refrain from using one stars unless it's to caution others from shady practices; I would be very careful about leasing here. The initial return was relatively painless and they warned us about the 400$ return fee that Hyundai scams everyone on when they lease a Hyundai (its a Hyundai problem, not the dealerships). However, we had two major problems after the return. First, we accidentally left a few small things with the car: an EZ Pass, 2 Seat Buddy's (love those things), and our plates. We called immediately to get them back, left a message, and we never received a response. After calling them several times and being told we'd get a call back, that we never received, we called Hyundai proper, who then called them and left a message for us. They still have not called back and we are out an additional 50$ worth of stuff -- not the end of the world, but quite annoying nonetheless. Second, they scam you on tires when you return. We returned our car with less than 40k miles and they claimed that 3 tires had to be replaced, despite the fact that they were regularly rotated. This cost an extra 200+ bucks. When I said I'd like the tires (as they fit my current car, which needed some new tires) they refused. Additionally, they also overcharged us on some of the bodywork, charging us much more than the phone rep explained it would be. All in all, I'll see if a filing with the BBB does anything, but don't waste your time on this dealership. I know I won't. The funny thing is that I'm in the market for a new car, and if they had have handled this appropriately, I would have considered buying from their sister-dealership, Priority Toyota. I made a purchase from them in May 2014. Within 30 days ( Still under warranty ) I needed the radiator replaced, which had a leak. They replaced free of charge. Later, my transmission went out. I took it to them and they said they couldn't fix it! Told me to take it somewhere else. I did, a radiator & transmission specialist, who said the cause of my transmission damage was a result of the radiator they installed. They would not accept responsibility. Three weeks of trying to call and talk to someone in charge - everyone kept saying " This is out my pay scale" They stuck me with the $3800 bill. So unprofessional. I find it great the this dealership has free inspections and oil changes however they take a really long time. I'm not one to just come up and drop my car off and hope it gets done within an hour. I always make sure to make an appointment for my services. I just feel like it is ridiculous that the employees can't give me an estimated time on how long I'll be waiting. I made an appointment for my state inspection and oil change in one day and they can't give a time it will be done. This to me is a little disappointing. read more

Had a scheduled appointment today at 10 for an oil change and a state inspection. My car wasn't ready until 5:15, more than 7 hours later. Was told it was due to short staffing. Then I get in my car, state inspection still shows it expires this month. I go back in and speak to the service writer who stated there was no order for a state inspection. I pull up my appointment confirmation and show him and all he can say is oh, well it wasn't what we went over this morning and the best they could do was get it in first thing in the morning. No apology, no sorry for wasting your time, nothing. I can see why their short staffed if this is how the office runs. Can't their systems see what the appointment was made for since it was listed on my confirmation report? So it literally took 7+ hours for a scheduled oil change, it's mind boggling. Just poor service all around and this is how it's been every time I come here. I will never purchase another vehicle with this dealership. read more

There are not enough characters in the world that will describe the horror of this place. First of all- I was crazy enough to buy my car from them because I fell for the "Priorities For Life." Yeah, right. Sales team was pushy (but I guess all sales personnel are) but the real problem is with the service department. The people who check you in outside are great, but that's where it stops. The service members are rude and you can tell they don't want to be there. Appointment or not, you're waiting for at least three hours even for a simple inspection or oil change. And the kicker- "topping off my fluids" instead of changing them which has caused my car more problems then not. I would rather take my car elsewhere and pay rather than ever come back here again. read more

I'd give negative starts if I could! On February 13th 2021 I had an appointment at 8am for an oil change and the state inspection for my 2009 Hyundai Sonata. I was advised I needed new wiper blades (which I had just replaced, but whatever, they were like $10 at Walmart ‍) and the big ticket item: I needed to replace break pads and resurface rotors. Only the front ones though, as it's stated on the invoice copy ending in 984. Which btw ended in a whopping (ultimately financed) $500 even. Two weeks, after I start hearing a noise of rubbing metal when I hit my breaks, I call to try and get an appointment to get them checked. I was told nothing was available until April 3rd 2021 when I'd have an appointment at 8:40am, i take it since working from home means I really just drive on the weekends. The appointment took around 3hrs until someone came back to me and informed me that they couldn't find anything and that apparently the noise was "normal" due to the "moisture in the air", you know end of Winter, beginning of Spring kinda BS. I, being a female severely under educated in vehicles' mechanics, believed their words and took off . I got no receipt nor estimate of repairs/services because there was allegedly nothing wrong. Another more week goes by and as the noise intensifies and now persists even when I'm not hitting the breaks, I call again to schedule another appointment because I'm growing concerned (as have my neighbors who advised I needed new breaks ) that something is definitely not right and that I was too naive believe the humidity BS. They tell me again there's no availability and the next one would be today May 15th 2021 at 10am. So I get there, they have me sign a copy of the service provided in February because apparently I didn't sign it even though I did sign the financing and obviously have a copy of the invoice, and at around 11am someone comes and lets me know that apparently the issue is that my rear break pads are virtually non existent, that at this point it's breaking metal on metal so much that even the rotors have been eroded into. Pretty much this car has been breaking because of the fancy new front breaks and the love of Jesus Christ. To fix this will cost another almost $600 and I'd either need to leave my car, and pray that the same Holy Spirit that has been breaking, has the parts available prior to EOB so they can fix it today or I'd have to come back Monday or Tuesday, "whatever works best for you". I decide I need another estimate, $600 is kinda high and probably would need another financing given I'm still paying the first set of breaks from back in February. Before leaving I'm asked to sign a document that states I've been informed of the issue and that they advise against driving in this condition as it is unsafe. Like I don't already know this and have just been trying to get my car checked for the past 3 months just to come spend 3-4hrs waiting on another $500 estimate! I ask also to please be provided with a copy of the record of my visit back in April and when they hand me a copy it says that I "declined services". I ask the lady that gave me the document to give me a copy of what is it that I allegedly declined or that I needed (which was nothing, remember, the humidity? ) but she explains there's no record of it and that it could have been that the tech mentioned it to the advisor but they forgot to log it(?)(Internally screams: What The Actual F). It took all the power in me to not demand for a manager, when I should have. I hope this review gets seen by either that manager or someone even higher and takes the proper measures for the incompetency and disregard for my safety from whoever said I didn't need anything or malpractice from whoever checked the car and didn't notice or omitted to mention the back breaks also needed attention. I mainly didn't ask for a manager because I was already feeling the blood boiling inside my veins and didn't wanna go internet famous because of this. So here's this review, which I'll post on every single available platform I can, so other users may revise what they believed were pleasant and efficient interactions and maybe reconsider. Really disappointed with my oil change service that I received. When I arrived, the place was just in utter chaos and unorganized. It took 5-10 minutes just for someone to ask for my last name and the service I scheduled. The oil change itself took roughly 5-6 hours as well as other "inspections" that were done to my car. Once I went back to the dealership to get my car, the representative that checked me out with all of my paperwork had no idea what they were talking about. I asked if there were any issues found during the "inspection" and the response was "Im assuming nothing, they didn't tell me anything and there's nothing on the paperwork" or essentially "I don't know." This was crucial to know considering the next day I was going on a long road trip and needed to make sure my car was able to make it. After all of this, the representative gives me the wrong keys to my car, the wrong paperwork, and the wrong price that we negotiated beforehand. Thankfully, I noticed the wrong car key but never realized the wrong price and wrong paperwork/information until it was too late. I did receive a refund, but was so fed up with the place that I didn't bother asking for the right paperwork. After all of this mess, the representative just tells me to go look for my car and points in a general direction of where it was. That was not the case. My car was near the middle of the lot surrounded by new cars, for whatever odd reason. I will never be going back to this dealership!!!!! read more

I purchased a brand new 2018 vehicle from this location last year & the woman who sold me the vehicle was amazing. However In the year that I've had this vehicle the handful of times that I've had to get my SUV serviced left me frustrated. Their customer service in the service department is awful. The first time I had an oil change there I left with my car leaking, had to come in again with my 1 year old & wait 2 hours for them to fix the issue that one of their mechanics caused. Then I had an oil change scheduled that I was depending on taking their shuttle to get back home (which is supposed to be a service they provide). My appointment was scheduled at 3:40 since my mom who's shoulder was dislocated was watching my 1 year old & i didn't want to leave her with my mom for too long & I planned to drop off my car & take the shuttle back home until the car was ready. I call to confirm just to find out that their shuttle service ends at 3:30 which they failed to tell me when i scheduled my appointment & they suggested the shuttle service. So I asked if they had a loaner car for the two hours that my car was being serviced & explained my situation they told me I could pay $45 to rent a car for the day, I told them that it was only for 2 hours not the day & again explained my situation to the second lady that hoped on the phone, they again told me there was nothing they can do but I can reschedule my appointment. This company talks about customer service but this is the worst Hyundai dealership that I have ever had to deal with, they have awful customer service & I don't recommend them. If you're looking for a Hyundai I recommend Hall Hyundai in Western Branch they actually understand what customer service is about. read more

I bought my very first car from a dealership from Priority Hyundai on Friday. I was a nervous wreck! I brought my sister with me because even though I had done a ton of research, knew exactly what I wanted and had gotten pre-approved, I was so scared that I couldn't even think straight. The salesman, James, was very patient, answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable about the car that I was looking at. The finance guy, Jeff, thought he could get me a better interest rate than the one I came in with and did! It was such a surprise even though I have good credit, I don't have great credit. He was wonderful too with making sure I knew everything about each page that I was signing. And finally, Monica, was absolutely fabulous as well. She explained about the Sirius/XM radio system and Blue Link that my car came with, set up my first maintenance appointment and made sure I was completely comfortable with the whole experience. This could not have gone any better for me and I'm so glad that I didn't go anywhere else. Thank you for getting me into my new Hyundai Elantra GT and thank you for being so patient. We just purchased my first brand new car ever: a 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe. Donald was personable and knowledgeable. He greeted us instantly upon walking through the door. I was glad he helped us because he made the process very laid-back for us. The other department's staff were very friendly as well. I never got the impression they were trying to mislead us or rip us off in any way. They were really very fair in pricing and trade-in value and were able to work with us to get to where we wanted monthly payments to be. I am very happy we decided to check them out. read more

Solid place to buy a car, however the "priorities" aren't so much there. Mike habib is an amazing sales clerk, helped me buy my car over a year ago and is still an amazing salesman to this day. I wasn't going to write a review however I'm sure this is not a one time occurrence, with just me. However, the service department of this company is absolutely lacking in ALL areas. The first time I brought my car in for an oil change WITH an early morning appointment, my car wasn't ready for two days. The second time was recently (early morning appointment) my car was ready by 1pm, unfortunately I paid for a tire rotation (50$ even though I bought the car from there and supposedly have priorities for life?) and they NEVER did the service. I had 100% proof of this because my car has different colored tire caps (I guess they never thought to check that). So, I contacted the service manager and Mike who agreed to help me, were understanding, and to get my car back in the shop. Meaning no car again for over half a day. Did I get my money back? NO, did I get any type of offer for anything regarding how crappy I've been treat when this is the SECOND car I have bought from priority. On to the biggest part, a week after receiving my service to redo my tire rotation, my car has a cylinder three misfire (I have a 2018 Elantra with only 15k miles on them, and over half that are highway miles from being stationed somewhere else). So I am now servicing my car at Checkered Flag Hyundai World, and they have been nothing short of amazing. They honor the warranty (obviously) and offer complimentary car wash/ vacuum. The service advisor told me exactly the time she would call me and update me and she was extremely helpful and understanding. read more

DON'T leave your car there for repair! I left mine. Several days later it was broken into, the dashboard torn up and the radio stolen. What did they do for me? Called the police. That's it. And offered to repair my damages - AT THEIR PROFIT - AS I PAID THE DEDUCTIBLE. Didn't even offer to repair it at cost - since it happened under their watch when i entrusted them with my car. Very smug. Very disappointing. Pitiful customer service. I took it somewhere to get repaired because I couldn't bring myself to give them cash to fix it. Why wouldn't they just set up a racket where they send their own guys to cause damage if they bear no responsibility? I'm only giving this place a star because I have to. My sunroof shattered. I called Tuesday to order the part, Friday I get a voicemail saying my parts have come in. Same day I call to schedule an appointment and they tell me they don't even have my name in the system at all that my VIN number doesn't exist and start a whole new profile. I finally get an appointment made for 0930 the following Tuesday. I show up they pull up my profile and say they don't even know what I'm there for and that they have a special glass guy that comes in from a separate location to do this sort of thing. The lady goes in the back and comes back out saying never mind we can do it. Warning number 1. After going through everything she tells me she's gonna get a price quote on my parts that should have already been ordered to the store so wtf. Warning number 2. She comes back out with a guy who then asks me to explain the whole situation on my car. It's a simple glass replacement. He goes well I'm gonna need to go through everything and make sure I don't need to replace anything..uh yah my glass that I had ordered in. He then quotes 2 HOURS OF LABOR. Plus my glass totaling in access of 585$. And that I no longer have just an appointment but an all day drop off. I get home and they proceed to request to communicate with me through text and say they will up date me with progress by 3. That's 5.5 hours you've had my car. 3pm rolls around and he tells me he has no new information at all. Which tells me you haven't touched my car at all. So at this point I call and tell them to just continue not doing anything to my car because this is frankly ridiculous. I set an appointment for a reason. I ordered my parts ahead of time for a reason. You all set up the appointment knowing what it was for you should have the appropriate people on hand to do the job in little to no time. So now I pick up my car I haven't had access to all day with no sunroof still because of lack of organization, communication on their part and poor customer service. read more

Had a decent car buying experience but there is where it ended! There service department needs some work. This all started in 2015 and went down hill from there. As my car was getting worked on I watched a mechanic damage my driver's side door and try to fix it with a pair of vice grips!! They attempted 3 times to fix it but couldn't figure out how to blend the paint. Then I was told I would have to go through the insurance company. Me being a gullible person I allowed them to talk me into trading the 2 toned car in on a new 17 model. I fell in love with the car and tried to fall back in love with their service department but it failed. I have made several appointments for basic service and my car has never been ready when promised. The only way to get them to work on your car is to stay in the lounge and miss work. If you drop it off they push you to the back of the line. This has happened on several occasions. The last time I had an appointment at 10. Dropped it off at 0730 and at 3:30 I was told they would have to keep the car overnight. I was told they were backed up from the day prior, not really my issue. It seems they need to not take appointments for a day or so, so they can get caught up. Also if Priority wants to advertise everything for life then they should have the infrastructure to accommodate those offers. Maybe a dedicated oil and inspection station?? This is the first time I have ever left a review on any company but this is where it has come too. I want all my fellow Tidewater family members to be aware of what they are getting into with this dealership. The cars are great, their service needs help. I have dealt with other priority dealerships when I'm not in Chesapeake and have had 0 issues ( good job Priority Nissan) but the Hyundai service department needs to have a consultant come in and give them some suggestions. read more

What a poor, unprofessional experience! We were having a problem with our 2010 Hyundai. Went on-line and made a service appointment at Priority Hyundai for Monday morning at 0900. Sept 7th. Now I know this was a holiday, but NO WHERE did it say service was closed and the system let me book it. When I arrived at Priority I learned that the Service Dept. was closed. I was not alone. There were three other cars there. I went into the store and spoke to a very nice gentleman in sales,, but he was unable to help me. I went back outside to fill out the drop off paperwork when another employee was talking to another service customer. He asked to speak to a manager. The employee stated he would see if he could find one.......not a good sign. After waiting a few more minutes, the other customers left. NOT leaving their cars. I went back into the store to see if I could find a manager where I spoke to a nice lady in sales. Unfortunately she was not able to help me either, I was asking about a loaner car or rental due to the inconvenience of the whole situation. I stated this was a poor way to run a business and turned to leave. At this point an older, slightly chubby man called out to me and began to lecture me that there was nothing they could do, I stated this was a piss poor way to run a business and left. The bosses at Priority should be aware of this type of management at this store, I am sure they would not appreciate it. I am also sure this does not reflect their values and beliefs. read more

Just bought a new vehicle from Priority. The sales person, JC, was very nice to work with and has since called back to check and see how the vehicle is doing and how we are liking it. Belinda was also a pleasure to work with. She got our BlueLink up and running and went over the various things it would do. Your finance director, Phil, was also very accommodating. After we signed the paperwork, we called him the next day to make a change. He took care of it with no problem. Would definitely return to Priority Hyundai to purchase another vehicle. read more

The customer service my fiancé and I received at priority Hyundai from their very own service director,Fred, explains it all. If the director is giving such poor customer service than that explains the other employees poor service. Here's what happened: My fiancé dropped off his car Friday night for routine oil change and state inspection on Saturday. We arrived at 1345 to pick up the vehicle. Fred literally could not find his keys. They were missing. He searched high and low..went outside, in the actual shop area etc as we waited patiently at the service counter. After what felt like 30 mins, it was more like 15mins I'm sure, he comes back and is like well....looks underneath some papers and bam there is the key. No apologies nothing. Just oh here it is. I was frustrated at the lack of apology but my fiancé was like "just let it go it's all good". The second he starts to drive down the road his pressure gauge for his tire comes on. When we get home he tells me and we look and sure enough there is a screw in the right front tire. UGH, what a way to spend our only day off, but off we go back to the dealer. Again no apologies, no empathy, no nothing. Long story short, they don't have a replacement tire available (of course) so he says they will patch it and we will have to come back in a week or so for a new tire...okay fair enough. So we wait. Around 1545 we are like what is taking so long so we go to the counter. Fred is nowhere to be seen. We are my fiancé's car in the parking lot though...it was done and no one had bothered to notify us so we were just sitting there for nothing. We ask for Fred to be paged, as you can imagine we were anxious to go on with our day at this point, it wasn't until I got an attitude and demanded our keys back and now that staff actually moved to locate Fred and find out keys. We left around 1600. No apologies. No customer service. They had absolutely no respect for our time. I had myself had been considering buying a car from this location but i can tell you how I never want to have to deal with Fred again and he has tainted my feelings towards that entire establishment. Hyundai should really consider revamping their service department or I believe they will continue o see their business suffer. read more

I am so disappointed in our experience with this dealership. My 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe has a recall on the engine that we were not informed about. My car quickly became inoperable and was towed to Priority Hyundai over a week ago and is in need of a completely new engine. At the time, they had no loaner vehicles to provide us with. Now, almost 9 days later, they STILL don't have a car to provide us with. My husband is military and I work part time, we have a toddler, so not having a second car is unacceptable. No one there seems to care about our situation. I am under the opinion that regardless of how, we need to be provided with a replacement car, whether a loaner car from their lot, another Priority lot or a rental car. They said it could be WEEKS before we get my car back. Am I just supposed to survive that long without a car? My Sante Fe is there because of a manufacture defect, not due to any fault of our own. I will think twice before going to any Priority dealership in the future. read more

I am not bashing priority because I was very satisfied with their service at honda in chesapeake. I can't seem to say the same for the hyundai team. They really need to take a page out of their book and learn how to treat their customers. I was not at all interested in anything particular when I went their and wanted a realiable vehicle that was great on gas. The dealer Gene Birikorang insisted on the 16 elantra and whenever I asked about any other vehicle he said yeah but its not as good of a deal on the elantra. I was under the impression that they had too many on the lot to move and needed me to move one that day. It all came down to my trade in. They would of had my business that day if they were civil on their offer. They basically wanted me to give them my car for free and that wasn't going to fly. Instead of offering me a bit more they told me to take it to car max and come right back. Well see I have a huge problem with dealerships that give me the run around. I decided to go to tysinger in hampton and they were amazing. They offered full blue book value for my car despite the imperfections my car displayed and cut some more loses on their end to show me all the vehicles on their lot. They weren't trying to shove a specific model down my throat, they were patient and more then helpful in ensuring what I got was exactly what I wanted. Damn priority, as a chief in the Navy who has over 70 junior sailors that work for me and some, you not only lost my business but as well as my recommendation. Thanks for making my trade in look and sound worthless and thanks for not going the extra mile. Priority honda still has love from me. I can't say the same for your hyundai chesapeake location. Hello! I just wanted to let you know a little about my last experience at Priority Hyundai Service. I took my car in for inspection on Friday, 11/4/16. I was waiting for my car so what happened next I don't really understand. I had scheduled inspection, oil change and tire rotation. I waited for about two hours (which I don't think is unreasonable by the way) and was consequently called by overhead announcement to pick up my car. I went to pay for my tire rotation, asked if there was anything else, and was told "no". When I got in my car I noticed there was a "rejection" sticker on my windshield. Why didn't anybody tell me my car had been rejected? So I went back in, showed the person my rejection note and asked what happened. The lady I dealt with is very nice and I have absolutely no problem with her, I just want to make that is clear, I have no problem with her! Anyway, I find out there is something wrong with the exhaust system and to have this fixed is going to cost me almost $500! In addition, there were other recommended services added on to that invoice totaling almost $1600! I almost fell over! I didn't say anything at the time, I was too shocked. When I got home I showed the paperwork to my fiance, who consequently almost had a fit! He knows about cars compared to me who knows nothing about cars! I posted this whole thing on Facebook and a friend of mine whose husband is a mechanic contacted me with recommendations on how to get this problem with my car fixed. I followed my friend's advice and took my car to a reputable muffler specialist - the total cost was $30.12! That's a whole lot of less money than almost $500! I've had my car serviced at the Chesapeake location for over 5 years, and I've never encountered the poor customer service that I received today at this location. I had an appointment for 9:10 this morning, upon arriving I was told that my appointment had been scheduled as a drop off. I was not informed of that, at the time the appointment was made. The associate informed me that my car may not be ready until 5 or 5:30 p.m. I really didn't think that after scheduling me for a 9:00 appointment that they would wait until 4:40 to start my inspection. But, the most horrible and disappointing thing was the POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE by Nicole. She called me at almost 5:00 to inform me that my car had failed the inspection and that she wouldn't have anyone there to diagnose the problem until the next day, meaning after being without my car all day , I would have to leave it until the next day and wait God only knows how long to get it the following day. I told her that this was unacceptable, and she rudely told me that when they schedule appointments that they could take up til 5:30 to have your vehicle ready. I again told her that this was not acceptable, she then rudely commented, I'll just have a rejection sticker put on it then. I told her to put whatever she wanted on it, and asked to just retrieve my car. It seemed apparent that her customer service skills were very limited. My husband went in to pick up my car , and spoke of the rude attitude I had received while inquiring about my car. She then told him in essence, I was rude to her so she was rude to me. Really ???? and then she was rude to my husband. Anyone who works in the business and can't handle a disgruntled customer, without snapping back, as if you're in a personal confrontation, and not representing a business, is not cutout for the job. The customer should always feel valued, and their concerns addressed both with tact and professionalism. I am now completely soured on the services at this location. After years of courteous and professional service, one bad apple has spoiled the barrel. read more

I wish I could give less than one star. I've been a priority member for over four years. I've never needed an appointment to come in to get my oil change that is included in my priorities for life. I just switched to a Monday through Friday job, so I can only come in on Saturdays. I was the first one in the service line this morning. I showed up 40 minutes early to make sure I could be in as soon as possible. At 7:45 a guy came outside and asked me if I had an appointment, and then told me that he could not take me because I was a walk in. He said they stopped taking walk-ins about four weeks ago. I think this is a ridiculous policy for your customers. I believe that this is not what I signed up for when I agreed to my priorities for life when I bought my vehicle from your dealership. Where to start?!? They're awful. Just horrible. Originally I had an older Santa Fe that was well within warranty. Had to take it back over 6 times for repair of the SAME thing. Because the service department is apparently so incompetent that they are incapable of fixing anything. First the "forgot" to order the part, then the part was given to someone else, then they had to reorder the part. Then they fixed it but not all the way. I mean, holy crap. My dad is a mechanic and has been for 30 years and he finally fixed it in 30 minutes one day. So, after several weeks without my car due to their incompetence, I decided to buy a new one after they promised that they'd give me a good deal since I had so much trouble with the service department. Told them I would only do it if I could get my exact car only newer. They agreed. I came to buy a car and they didn't even have anything that they promised!! We had already started doing paperwork when they realized they didn't have a car to sell me. So then they wouldn't give me MY car back!! So long story short I ended up now HAVING to buy a car from them. They're thieves. I don't know how they're allowed to stay in business. I have to take my car to their incompetent service department now and they're more incompetent than ever. You make an 8am appointment for an oil change and you'll be lucky to get your car back 10 hours later when they close. And even more lucky if they actually did everything you dropped it off for. I have never once had them do everything they said they would during a service drop off. And now they don't even do car washes as promised when the vehicle was purchased. Which was rolled into he price. All around the worst people out there. read more

I just bought a Hyundai Santa Fe here yesterday and I really can't complain about this place so far for being a car dealership. Our salesman, Gene was very friendly and knowledgeable with a great non-imposing attitude. He let me test drive several different cars more than once. Mr. business department James was a little pushy, but that is to be expected when you go to a car dealership. I am very happy with my new vehicle as it has all the bells and whistles... just wish they could have gotten the orange one, but it was over 300 miles away. If they had somehow been able to pull it off, that would have given them 5 stars. I loved Belinda, one of the managers. Full of life and enthusiasm and walked us through every question or concern we had. I will update my review once I get it in for my first service visit and tell you how it went. read more

It's so sad to write this review. I found the perfect replacement for my 2013 Santa fe. It was in priority nissan. The sales person said to wait a few days to have it brought over to so the dealer could save money on it. I already started the paperwork on it and they sold it. In so crushed at the experience that I took my business elsewhere. read more
