I just had my house cleaned by Bertha and Jaime of Priority Maids, and it looks like a brand new home! I wish I had thought to take before and after photos. A little background: I developed a physical disability that made cleaning painful and exhausting, but I didn't want to admit to myself I couldn't handle things, so the house got really bad before I decided to seek help. I also have two dogs, one of which is a Corgi that sheds constantly. This was no easy job. I was told a bit before their arrival window that Bertha and Jaime were running a little late, and after seeing their work ethic, it was no doubt due to their diligence in the job before mine. They worked for four hours getting my house into pristine condition; I honestly don't think it's looked this good since we bought the place. They managed to completely eradicate two stains in our bathroom that I was sure were permanent (they came with the house and stayed no matter how hard my husband and I tried). I've seen sinks and faucets shine, but they're actually sparkling now. The floors and every surface in the house are immaculate. Best of all, the stress I didn't even know I had been carrying around about the state of my home is now completely lifted. Christina, the office manager, has been quick to reply to my every question and booked cleaners for us faster than I thought possible. We are now committed to monthly cleanings with Priority Maids. I had a great experience with Priority Maids. Bertha and Jaime came to help me with a move out cleaning. They were right on time at 8:30am, brought all the tools/products they would need for my 2 bed/1.5 bath apartment and were done in just under 3 hours. They were extremely thorough and when I did a walk through with my landlord a few hours later, she told me that the apartment was cleaner than almost any other she had seen at a move out walk through, which means I'm getting my full deposit back! No Show. Claiming that I never responded to my email stating if arrival time between 8:30 and 9:30 ok. Yes I might have over looked my email however they have never attempt to call me like Christine claimed. I tried calling them and emailing them starting at 10 when they didn't show up. Left a message on a phone number that they never answer. Finally I get an email at 11:51 not even a phone call stating that it is my mistake since I didn't confirm. read more

I have been looking for a reliable housecleaning service ever since the woman who helped me moved out of state. i came across priority maids because my neighbor uses their services & advised me to give them a shot. i'm typically pretty hesitate, but i decided to give it a try. booking was very easy and i was able to have a woman come to my home the following week. i was home when she arrived and pointed out areas that really needed extra attention & i left to run my errands. i came back a few hours later & can i just saw WOW ! she went above and beyond with the cleaning job ! my house looked completely spotless & smelled amazing. I emailed back and forth with Christina and was able to quickly setup an appointment. I explained to her that I had to be in at work and had to leave my apartment, so I would need the cleaners to be there no later than 8:30. She assured me this would be okay. 8:35 rolls around, nobody shows up. I tried to call the office number, no response. I sent an email to Christina, no response. 8:45 rolls around, still nobody. I call again and email again, no response. I finally had to leave for work. I just sat down at my desk now, tried to call, NO RESPONSE. Just got a call from one of the cleaners that she had arrived.. this is OVER an hour late. I told her that I had already left for work. She said oh, there was bad traffic. I responded that there was no call to inform me of this traffic and I would not need the services. VERY unprofessional and terrible. More like a 0 out of 5 star review. Scheduled a move-out cleaning for our empty apartment with Christina two weeks in advance. Confirmed a couple days prior. Day of the expected service NO ONE SHOWED UP. Christina was just as surprised as I was, as the crew had confirmed the prior day. She tried with no success to reach her team and wanted to know if I was available the remainder of the day. I was due to meet my landlord for the final walk through and to turn in our keys later that afternoon and I ended up having to postpone and completely rearrange my schedule for the next 3 days. I gave Christina a chance to rectify the situation by sending another team the following day. I told her to call me in 2-hours with a solution but I did not hear back from her within that time frame so I called another cleaning company who came out the next day as scheduled. When I finally did hear back Christina wanted to know if sending one person, instead of the originally scheduled 2-person team would be alright? By that time I had made alternate arrangements. Needless to say I was very disappointed and this fiasco caused me to make several additional unexpected trips to the apartment to manage the cleaning and final key turn-in. Although Christina tried to fix the situation it fell far short and I would not recommend Priority Maids to anyone. read more

Berta and Olga were great! They took the tough stains off one of my toilet bowls. I had tried everything and nothing worked. I am very particular and was pleased with their work. They paid attention to detail and cleaned the baseboards, blinds, vacuumed under my bed and under my dresser, ceiling fan blades, dusted all dressers, bedframes, bathroom lights, bathroom fixtures, which is very important to me, they cleaned underneath the living room furniture too. My son has allergies so keeping his room free from dust isn't easy. These ladies did a great job. Christina, the office manager, was very helpful and friendly. At first I was pretty skeptical about hiring someone to clean my place but I am glad I decided to go with Priority Maids. They did a phenomenal job in an adequate time frame too! I'm a working college student and am also in clubs at school and so sometimes I have no time to clean. I have used these cleaners twice and they are really very good. The first time they needed to clean the whole house very thoroughly as the previous tenants.....had not. The cleaner did a fantastic job but she did forget a few things I specifically asked her to do (wipe down certain specific cabinets, for example). After I asked her again, she did them, and well. The second time, Lupe and Lupe cleaned for us, and they were also really great. They listened to me explain everything, everything was cleaned, and the place looked really amazing. read more
