I used Priority Maids back in 2017 one time, for $30/hr for each maid for a minimum of two hours. I booked with Christina for two hours on a Saturday morning to start at 8am but the maids didn't show up until 9:30am. On top of that, they spent 3 hours cleaning. One maid was actually cleaning and the other just dibble dabbled around. When we were done, I asked the maids if I can pay them in cash instead of charging my card and they said yes. I paid them $180 in cash and later that Monday, I was charged $240 on my card. I tried calling Christina to dispute it. She would say she would look into it and ask the maids but never returned my call or messages. I feel so cheated by this company...if anything, this company must be a scamming business. read more

They delivered as promised and, at $33 per hour, easily one of the best deals around. There is a minimum three hour housecleaning service ($99 total). Service was reliable, thorough and efficient. The kind housecleaning lady easily worked around remaining displaced items I was still in the mist of packing for my move until I was ready and even helped me remove a heavy mattress from my home. My timeline is up now and have to go with the cleaners my apartment complex management wants to choose. Definitely would not bother calling/messaging/hiring this business. Update 5/16/19- Most importantly beware and not provide your Credit Card information, I made the mistake by providing my Credit Card and have been charged without my consent for April and May, I cancelled my service after their cleaners DID NOT show for April service. I have since had to report this to BBB and had to have my Credit Card company issue a new card and block this merchant. ---- I hate to do this but I have to say I agree with another review here which states IF they show up they do a good job and that's a TRUE statement! My issue is with the Customer Service I tried to give them a chance my issues were as follows 1st day of service they were to arrive in the morning and I received a text saying they couldn't arrive until the afternoon-the cleaners came and did a nice job. 2nd time I paid by check (which was cashed)only to find out they later charged my credit card as well-frustrating inconvenience 3rd - I had them scheduled to clean the 3rd Thursday of each month. That Thursday April 18th came and NO ONE arrived and no communication from company. I looked at my Credit Card statement and once again my Credit Card was charged on April 16th!! Two days before service was to be rendered. Extremely frustrated and I am no longer a customer. I emailed them to cancel service and will probably need to change my Credit Card number so I don't get charged again. We have been using Priority Maids for about eight months now. The maids they have are meticulous and friendly. Christina has been great and we have had to shift some schedules due to various reasons and it hasn't been an issue. Note this is a local small business and sometimes they don't reply within the next few hours. For our family, we want to support local businesses and deal with a real person than a giant call center. after a sub par cleaning we gave them another shot. they were supposed to come yesterday (friday) after nobody showing up for 2 hrs after appointment i followed up and apparently cleaners had been in a fender bender but would find someone else for that day or this weekend. at 11am i was told they needed an hour. after multiple follow ups they finally responded at 545 on a friday saying they were all booked up. waited all week for the cleaning then all day for the appointment. calling out of work this weekend to clean the house before in laws come. thanks, Priority Maids! read more

Very happy with the service provided from priority Maids. Appointments are very easy to schedule and they showed up exactly on time, love that, especially coming all the way from LA to OC just to clean my home. They were charming and polite and very hard working. I just moved into an older home a few weeks ago and am 8 months pregnant and in no mind frame to clean at the moment so they were the perfect gift to myself to be able to take a day off and just relax. The smell alone when you step into your home is worth having them over weekly, I just keep taking deep breaths and smiling, a clean home is a happy home and they do an amazing job here paying attention to every detail. Horrible cleaning company! I wish i could give them ZERO stars! Both ladies were there for 3 hours (6 hours total for both) so when they were done, they said the total was $120. I got an email from one of the ladies today saying that they charged my card based on the 6 hours total the maids were there at 31/hour (for being new customer). This charge was $185 in addition to the $120. I did NOT authorize the $185 & they said they just needed the card on file....Bullshit!!! $300 total for cleaning ?! There was dirty pots still left on the stove & a bunch of dust in the living room under the rocking chair!!! So disappointed!!! Will never use these people scammers again!!! And now, they want to charge me a "small" 5% fee for miscommunication with the maids! The owner didn't know that I had paid the maids before they left so she admitted to over charging me the $185 and will reimburse me but I still gotta pay a 5% fee for an error THEY DID. Lol. They responded promptly and came by within the time frame I requested. Two cleaning staff came to clean our 3500 sq. ft. house. There were few minor spots that were missed, which I notified, and they came back to address those imperfections. I thought the price and overall work was great. Being a small business owner I always give business owners the opportunity to fix a bad experience and make it right. I had my house cleaned by this company by a man and a woman I can't recall names now I think it was Juan. I set appointment up with Karina and have been communicating with her to come and see the half *ss job that was done. They were here for 4 hours and while the Male was busy scrubbing the restrooms and kitchen she was going around dusting. I'm not sure what cheap cleaning products they used but everything was in those Awesome brand bottles you buy at the dollar store. They mopped with an old rag wrapped around an old worn out mop head which scratched and dried out my wood floors. After he cleaned my bathroom sink I had to tell him to re clean it because there was still calcium around the faucet and i poured some limeaway on it so he could easily get it off but he didn't wipe the backsplash or wall above sink and was still dirty so I wiped it myself. After they finished my bedroom I got a paper towel with water and wiped my floor because it didn't look mopped and called Karina and told her they didn't mop was that included? She said yes for me to go tell him to come mop it and for me "not to be shy to tell them what I want" I've had cleaning companies before and didn't have to police them so I asked if they mopped my room and he replied nodded yes so I showed him the dirty paper towel and he shook his head since he didn't speak English the lady with him was translating for me. He went back and mopped it again and then I noticed my wood console in my room still looked dusty so I did the paper towel with water test again and see in pictures what happened. Karina called them in the meantime and I told her the lady was supposed to be dusting but not sure what they are using to clean but everything is still dirty. Karina said the lady was supposed to be his helper and she didn't know who she was that she wasn't on their payroll. I don't know what she told them but the lady came and confronted me and shouted at me "you told my company I don't clean!" She started to argue with me so I asked her what are you cleaning with and wiped the console with a wet paper towel and showed her the dirt she said the company doesn't give us good cleaning supplies I use windex. Windex on wood? Karina later told me they are supposed to bring their own supplies which I told her was all 99 cents bottles and their vacuum didn't pick up cat hair on any of my throw rugs so I let them use mine and I offered them my mop too which they declined. I sent Karina all the photos and told her I know my house needed a deep cleaning its been neglected thats why I asked for 8 hours but I if I had two people really cleaning for 4 hours each it would have been done they had to go back and re clean everything I pointed out so she gave me 30 dollars off and said she wanted to come down to see what we could do to fix it. I tried setting up the appointment for over a week and I finally gave up and spent the day yesterday going over everything they missed so I could have a clean house for mothers day. Priority maids quoted me $103.00 to clean a 2 bed one bath apartment but charged my credit card $191.95 without calling me or any indication of any added fee's. I called them for an explanation and they said my place wasn't clean, um isn't that why I called a maid in the first place, pretty rude response. It was a bit dusty but not gross and I don't have a lot of furniture. The blinds weren't put back, the hardwood floors didn't shine and overall just a fair rating for the actual cleaning. read more

Not too happy with my experience, I was looking for a bi-weekly cleaning and they were recommended by a close friend. For starters they were an hour late, understandable maybe previous home took longer than expected or couldn't find the home but an hour in unacceptable. In regards to the cleaning, very poor. They may have been tired from the previous home. There were things that weren't even touch or if it was it was half ass. Some parts of the counters weren't even cleaned. We have a $7,000 stainless steel oven, we left out a stainless steel cleaner just for it and it wasn't used and they must have used some type of rough brush because it is completely scratched. I had set up a day for a deep cleaning a week ahead of time, all my information was taken and the lady I spoke to seemed sweet. I never received a email confirmation, and when I called the Friday (2 days before my booked cleaning) no one answered. Saturday I called and messaged and no response. But NOT THIS TIME! kitchen- spotless bathrooms - spotless baseboards, ceiling fans, blinds, window sill , so many mirrors! All SPOTLESS! And do you know what my uberpicky PM said? NOTHING! he just sent me a 100% refund of my deposit. Getting my deposit (ALL of it!!!) back was great, but having that HUGE chore taken care of so I had one less thing to stress over while moving and working 50-60 hours a week was the best. Finally, I was so impressed by their service that I am having them come clean my new place this weekend. I had asked them to come on a specific day and after confirming with them over email and giving them ALL of the information they needed, all they needed was my billing information. I let them know that I was uncomfortable sending that information over email and took them up on their offer to have someone call me for that information. They not only did not call, but after calling them several times to get that information and leaving several voicemails, they NEVER SHOWED for the service. This was the cleaning of an 1,858 sq. ft. (4 bd., 2ba.) rental property with all vinyl plank flooring. The renters did a superficial cleaning when they moved out. I hired Priority Maids to give it a 2nd pass and fine tune the cleaning, including the Kitchen cabinets (inside/out), blinds, windows (inside/out), ceiling fans and 2 bathrooms. The floor was wet when I met them upon completion, so we didn't have a chance to inspect the work until the next day. Upon inspection, the maids hadn't cleaned the ceiling fan blades (filthy) or the outside windows. These were two of the key reasons I hired a cleaning outfit to begin with. There were two maids and they spent a total of 4.5 hours. I can't say that I would recommend them again unless physically present to monitor the work to ensure everything is done that was asked for in a reasonable period of time. read more

She did a great job making the kitchen as nice as it could be, and she cleaned the main bathroom very very well. I live with two other men. We are not very neat and nobody wants to clean. It's difficult for us to delegate housework. Finally, we decided one day to hire a professional service. I live in Downey, and this company came first on a Yelp search. They had a lot of good reviews. Oftentimes, it's hard to trust Yelp reviews. You're never quite sure how authentic they are. I am happy to say that this place does a good job for a good price. They respond quickly and professionally when you write them an email. They send a high-quality maid in just 2-4 days after you request help. For now, I'm going to keep using them. I requested a quote for deep cleaning my Condo and was quoted 220$ for the whole house including the refrigerator. Upon arrival Nina the Manager said it would cost an additional 20$ for the Fridge and 10$ for each window. This was never mentioned in the initial quote. Finally I had to say yes to the extra charges. I'm disappointed Nina never mentioned the extra charges in the initial quote. Basically She low balled the quote and ask for add-in's later which I find unprofessional. She had one Cleaner there and couldn't finish the job on time after 4 hours so Nina called to rush her and even sent a Supervisor to help. The both of them rushed through the 1st floor cleaning doing a terrible job missing tables, chairs etc. I had to instruct them to clean every piece.
