So I had to get my car towed from Costco Tire Center due to Tire Kingdom over torquing my lug nuts. Costco could NOT get the lug nuts off without breaking them. The did what work they could do which was replace the TPS sensors on the front two wheels and then said they did not want me to drive my car from their business. They apologized but said the car was not safe to drive. They said they would pay for it, that was how much they believed the car was not safe to drive and in the end they did. I called AAA around 4:00pm, the arrival time went from 5pm, to 6pm, to 7pm... the Costco Tire Center closes at 8:30pm so there was no way I could get the lug studs replaced and the car back to get the balance and rotate completed on the same day. Then I called Priority Towing, they were there in what seemed like minutes. I think maybe 20-30 but it was fast, they loaded the car fast, got me home, unloaded the car and the driver was off to the next job. WOW. The two for 6-7 miles ended up being $233.81 will all charges. Tow service is not cheap and I think for the price it was fair. I do see a lot of negative reviews and while these folks may have had a different experience. I sure did not want to wait around for AAA to show up eventually at 2am. Thanks Priority Towing for your fast and professional service. I will call you again next time I need a tow! p.s. If I could give negative stars to this company, I absolutely would, unfortunately, yelp hasn't gotten to that point, for whatever reason. The company is serviceable for law enforcement, but try to get a slight bit of customer service from the office staff, and you'll be completely out of luck. Such was the case this morning as my wife, who had an unfortunate incident last week on the turnpike, experienced. She called to get an idea as to how much it would be to get her car out and she had the unfortunate experience to speak with Michelle. I'm not sure what rock Michelle crawled out of, but I guess it's the one where customer service is not a requirement. The way she spoke to my wife or me, even when I called, was unacceptable. Michelle, who I'm sure is a wonderful human being outside of work, needs lessons in civility along with customer service training, human etiquette and all around decency. I have not ever, in my life, wrote a negative review on any organization, usually something along the lines of constructive criticism, but the way we were spoken to needs to be addressed. Please manage your company and train your employees accordingly. Human decency and respect should be reciprocal. If someone treats you with decency, it is only right that you treat them with just as much respect. read more

They lie to people ,to have your vehicle towed to their yard. Charge above and beyond to rack your bill up as much as they can. Then send a notice of lein and proposed sale within 3 days. So they can extort monetary gain and/ or auction your vehicle. The lady working the front counter is very nice. She deserves to work for a better company. They are crooks. read more

Off of southern, behind Shoot Straight...Very helpful, very nice. Fast and efficient! Not too much signage to find it, but an easy phone call solved it. How wonderful to have met Jason working at the Boynton Beach, Florida location. After being in an accident with injuries, our car was towed by Priority Towing while I was taken by ambulance to Delray Medical Center where I had to get stitches in my head. Our insurance company advised us to get our belongings and license plate out of the car as soon as possible so they could tow it to their company for evaluation. If I could rate them a zero, I would. My car was involved in an accident in Greenacres, FL. The city has a contract with Priority Towing. I am sure there is a pay-off involved somewhere as no official would use these rip-off artists unless they were getting a kick-back. Their motto " our customers are our first priority" is a bald-faced lie. What I was told over the phone and what happened at their yard were diametrically opposed. Over the phone, I was told I could come and take anything in or on my car out or off as it was my car. That is not what happened. After arriving at their flooded-out mud pit of a collection yard, I was told that I couldn't even retrieve my license plate due to their unwritten policies. If I wanted to remove the plate I would have to pay their storage fee and then pay for a tow out of their yard. I asked to see a copy of their policies, the office manager could not produce a copy and then went on to state it was an insurance liability issue. Rude, snotty people. I hope they lose their contract soon so others do not have to deal with them. read more

A few days later when they went to retrieve their personal belongings from the car the attendant was trying to charge them $40.00 to be able to go to their own car. My mother's car was towed on December 30, 2015 due to a medical emergency. My experience with Priority Towing was less than pleasant. I was quoted an initial fee of $200. And later was quoted a fee of $268.50 for less than a 24 hour storage/ towing by ANGIE who was extremely rude and said that the only way I would get my mother's car was if I paid the $268.50 despite the initial quote of $200. When I asked to speak to her supervisor, she informed me that she was the owner. Someone should have taught her the Golden Rule! On a positive note, TERRY in the Lake Worth office was very pleasant and followed up with me to make sure my mother's husband made it back to the hospital where my mother was. Worst towing company I've ever been to extremely unprofessional. Towed my car from lake worth beach because I left over night after a couple drinks... only accessible through dirt roads. Their tow lot was destroyed broken glass and car parts everywhere.. the lady at the desk has her baby with her??? Trying to run a business carrying a baby she was holding up the process drastically. Silly lake worth has 4 bars at it and you aren't allowed to park over night. My bad I didn't feel like driving and possibly killing someone so I made the responsible decision to not get in my car and Uber.. had to pay for that too. Benny's isn't worth it Delray Beach is nicer by far! They also cracked my grill so I hope they have good lawyers! And lake worth parking department has a number no one ever answers. I haven't used their services and after seeing their driver this morning, I would never even consider it. I was driving north on 441, in Wellington/RPB, getting ready to turn right into Southern. I'm in a small Fiat 500. The tow driver, in a big flatbed truck pulls up fast behind me and continued to creep closer and closer. We had a red light and it was not safe yet to make the turn. The truck forced me to keep inching forward because it looked like he was about to bump me. Then he swerved out alongside me and nearly took my car out, cutting off three other cars as he made the right turn. As i gathered myself and continued onto Southern, the driver was swerving in and out of the lanes. DANGEROUS DRIVER! I work for a reputable Car Dealership and we use Tow Services all the time. I would NEVER allow my personal car nor any of our company cars to be serviced by this company. read more

HORRIBLE AND RACIST SERVICE. Someone had to say it. They are extremely rude. They treated me as if I was invisible. I stood in the window for 30 mins staring at 3 people and asking for help. They totally ignored me. I was in a very bad car accident and was pretty sure it was totaled. I needed to retrieve my belongings from my car and it was literally impossible. My proof of insurance and registration was all in the car. They wouldn't let me get that from the glove box so I can show proof it's my car. So I fought with them for 4 HOURS I had to raise h3ll in order for them to go get the insurance from my car. They are a hot mess. The WORST type of humans ever. They say o got into my accident I called them from the hospital to see if my car was there and to ask questions as I have never been in an accident. Please do not use the company. Called AAA they sent out a driver...for the first 20 minutes he looked over the car. Tried pushing it on the bed, grabbing it on the hook. The car even pushed backwards a few feet close to another car behind it. After all of these steps he goes into his truck comes out with paperwork starts walking and documenting things on his forms. Then approaches (my husband/myself) informs us we need to sign this. When I said well what is it? Driver was unhappy with explaining the form excluded them from any damage they do to the car for unloading and loading. Meaning if he broke my windshield, scrapped my undercarriage it wasn't his fault. My husband started speaking with the guy as I called dispatch to get a better explanation. Dispatch stated we need to sign this its...it's a standard form and any damages needed to be taken up with our insurance company. I stated that makes no sense if my car becomes damaged that's no my fault. He stated "you both (my husband and myself) are being crazy. I'm pulling my driver from this call."
