When I pointed out that she was being rude, rather than trying to resolve the issue or offer assistance, she hung up on me. When your air conditioning is down, especially during the summer, you expect the company that installed your system to stand behind their work and treat customers with respect. Instead, we were met with hostility and a complete lack of professionalism. If the person representing the company--and identifying herself as the owner--treats customers this way, it says a lot about how the business operates. Hanging up on a customer is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company and will be taking my business elsewhere. Since we were unable to get help from the company that installed our system, we were forced to pay another HVAC company to assess the issue. Their technician found melted, burnt electrical wiring in the system and due to the high heat the screw welded to the metal. We are fortunate our house did not burn down.

I have the thermostat set at 69 and when it is bitter cold it shows that the temperature in the room is 60 degrees or 62. This company knows these particular thermostats have this issue as many customers with this particular one have complained. And guess what this company says there's NOTHING THEY CAN DO ABOUT IT.
