I had my S580 trunk bent up badly, its a long story on how that even happened. I went every where that I had been dealing with for years and Ive had 5 mercedes amg models, etc. Everyone that Ive worked with in the past yeas not only quoted me ridiculously but also had a few month turn around time. I called Pristine Collision Center, immediately they answered all my questions got me in touch with their manager and not only did the give the best price, they also completed it in about 3-4 days once the car was dropped off they already had the parts ready to go! I highly recommend this place, very hospitable people! Fist picture is before and second is the after.

John went above and beyond to get the side mirror ordered and swapped out on my Rivian. All in all, it took a month to get it done, only because Rivian made it ridiculously difficult to get the correct part. John definitely put in the effort to make sure I was taken care of, and was transparent about everything. Labor cost was very reasonable, especially given the circumstances. Definitely recommend their services to all my friends and family!

I've been taking my cars to Arthur and Derik for years. They've always given me fair and reasonable prices, and usually complete the work within their estimated timeframes. In the cases that the work was not completed, it's almost always a supply chain issue for parts, which has nothing to do with their work. They are friendly and honest, and they stand by their work. I once had an issue with something they worked on almost 5 years prior, and they fixed it for free under a lifetime warranty on that part, no questions asked. I have no issues wholeheartedly recommending Beverly Collision Center, and definitely plan on working with them for many years to come. read more

This body shop is AMAZING!!!! 10000000/10 Derek and Art were always so responsive to all the million calls and text I've made to them. They were also very attentive following up with the insurance. They took care of my car like it's their own. I usually dont write reviews but please take your car here, you definitely wont regret it!!! As you can see, my car literally looks brand new!!! Im so happy i took it to this place and definitely recommending it to all my friends. They even washed it before I picked up my car. They did excellent work and did a great job matching the paint to my 8 year old car. They even went above and beyond cleaning the insides of my headlights, which the my dealer quoted as a $100 cleaning. I got into a car accident and I was searching for a Body Shop to take my vehicle to. the insurance company recommended me to a couple of different shops, but their reviews were awful so I ended up finding Beverly Collision Center called them and went in for an estimate, and ended up leaving my vehicle with them the same day I felt very comfortable. They explained everything in detail, what the process will be Overall, the experience was very great when I picked up my vehicle I was really happy with all the work that was done. My car looked better than it did before. The only thing was it took a little longer than expected, because of back-order parts but Arthur was always in communication with me and kept me updated with the whole process of the repair. read more

Took my car in for an insurance claim and the team here was not only friendly but extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Arthur and Derek provided such great service and were very professional. I had some drive side damage on my car from a side swipe on the freeway. They throughly inspected the car to make sure they noted every dent to give the insurance company a proper and correct estimate. Cut off by someone on the 210 and had my fender, front bumper and grill destroyed. Not only does that mean money down the drain, but more importantly my baby was no longer straight from the manufacturer. I was so scared that she wouldn't ever look the same. A friend had told me about Beverly Collision and I put it off because it is over an hour away from where I live. But honestly I am so so thankful that I came here! I ended up coming here because of how quickly they responded with my last minute schedule and their positive reviews. I was so panicked that it wouldn't look the same, but they calmed me down and ensured me that they dealt with a lot of nice cars (nicer than mine although I am biased lol). They weren't lying! The parts were all OEM, paint match was perfect and customer service was amazing. I couldn't be happier. One of the most honest business I have ever came across. I showed up out of nowhere. He attended to me right away. Was totally honest about the whole situation. Arthur is really knowledgeable and provides good information I need. I had a collision on the passenger side by a light post and I was asking a quote for repair. There was a 6ft white mark from the post paint on my passenger side and it was very very obvious. Arthur was able to give me a quote fairly quickly and I told him I'll think about the repair. Before I go, he was offering me a FREE cleaning and polishing service. My marks were gone! I still need to repair my dents but I'm very happy doing business with him. read more

Aside from a bit of miscommunication between both Arthur and I at the beginning, the process went very well and they made my car look like new. Arthur worked with my insurance company to make sure they approved a different ignition switch as my original was damaged and on a lengthy back order. Everyone was helpful, especially Derek. My car looked great when I got back after it had been repaired. the only reason im not giving it a 5 star review is because I was quoted 2 weeks for repairs (twice!) These guys really know what they're doing and I was given my car back very shortly after. I pick up car from this bodyshoop and a lot of parts from car was stolen. So far missing driver airbag, side mirror covers , central lock compressor. Think about if u want put ur car there . 5 min after I posted this review some one called me and said that he is owner of shop and starter treated me that I need to remove review It's very funny. How did u get my Cel phone number if I was never ur customer?? I already submit claims about everything what happened. To make think right just return what was stolen from car . Stay away from this shop. After I send all claims attorney of body shop called me and told me that they will return everything if I will remove my review. I even send all pictures of parts what was stolen. Car is Mercedes S600 and they took all interior part what's belong only to S600. When I come to meeting they showed me parts what was not on S600 before it's mean they stole them from different car or they already sold original S600 parts . STAY AWAY !!! read more

When I reached out to Arthur he went above and beyond to help minimize the barriers that slow down the insurance claim process; as a result; I was able to get my vehicle back better than before! I don't even know where to start, my car got hit so bad and the person's insurance did not pay for…read moreit. I was so sad, my car is brand new and I thought I will never be able to fix it and leave it as a brand new car. The driver and passenger door got bent and I had to lift it up to close it. I searched places through Yelp and found Yosemite Auto Body Shop. Sarah was so helpful even when she was about to leave, she was helping me without rushing, Mr. Lee checked and immediately knew what parts are damaged. He was so kind and helpful and gave me an estimate right away. I decided to wait and look for different shops as I was shopping around. The other shops told me that it can be fixed for 11k or 12k, I was shocked so came back to Mr. Lee. I live about 40 mins from this shop but I knew I can trust them, Mr. Lee said it might take about 2 weeks or less and yes it was fixed in less than two weeks. I got there late to pick it up and Mr. Lee waited for me, he was so kind and nice, they kept me updated and waiving some fees for extra parts. I do not have words for how grateful I am, my car was left as brand new, I cannot even tell that it was so damaged and the painting looks amazing. Leaving some pictures. He arrived right on time and spent about five hours repairing my vehicle. Sal was extremely professional, respectful, and hardworking. Yen took care of the muffler delete and Lee and two other very helpful gentlemen took care of my coil overs. I have to say I am very satisfied with the quality of work for the value. They quoted me way under anyone else that I had called prior to going with them. I will recommend A-1 Muffler Express to all of my friends and family. They all make you feel that you're part of the family. They offered me coffee and cold water while I waited for my car to be done. One thing to remember, they are experts in mufflers, exhaust systems, and not any other type of work. But it never hurts to ask if they can do it for you!

Beverly collision center has been the best body shop I've ever been to! I scraped the side of my car backing into a parking spot that was pretty tight and it caused harsh marks. I called a couple of body shops and they either gave me a ridiculous quote or they wanted me to take in the car first. When I called Derik at Beverly Collision center he just asked me to text him some photos to give me a rough estimate. Once I did he gave me a fair estimate I took it in and they fixed my car and returned it within a few days. I was originally planning my post-accident repair at another shop, but the shop would not commit to the work. So, looking around for an alternative I found Beverly Collision Center. I'm glad that I did, since the service was amazing! My car took a few months to repair, but that was all due to insurance and supply-chain delays (I've got a discontinued model for which it can be tough to get parts). They handled everything, kept me posted on the status of the repair throughout, and even detailed the car. I would happily take my cars back in with Arthur and the crew in the future. read more

when i brought my car in,i was facing about $1000 in repairs.my car needed a new part that was incredibly expensive and there seemed to be no getting around it. arthur evaluated the car and determined his mechanics could repair the existing part and save me a boatload of money.everything was fixed for about $290. the car runs like a dream.better than she has in years.Arthur was incredibly helpful during the entire process,explaining what needed to be done and what my options were. i will absolutely be returning here for future repairs. read more

I took my car in the morning and they had it ready by 1pm. Very professional and thorough. Arthur walked me through and showed me exactly what they took care of (I had my rotor and brakes fixed). That has never been the case at any other auto repair places I've been to. He even did premium Bosch pads at a better price than I was quoted for standard brake pads.
