Great people but very bad finished service. Found this place on Yelp because of great reviews and decided to fix my bumper damages here. So far one of the worst decisions I've made in 2021. I was told insurance will cover everything and they will repair everything so my car looks new again. After just 2 days bumper is loss and bottom parts started to come off. Every time when I drive over small bumpers on the streets under the hood base would hit every little ditches and bumps. I regret so bad that I took my car here. Hopefully they can do better. I have been meaning to update my review. After a week's time I received my car, noticed a whole bunch of tiny chips of missing paint from the front of my car. It seems as there was a step missing from the process; an extra coat of protection or baking. Not sure, as I'm not a Subject Matter Expert on this. Very disappointed. I understand if something hits my car when I am on the freeway but I hardly drive this vehicle, as it's a weekend car. DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP!! They lie to get customers and once your car is there they take advantage of the client & insurance company. I mentioned to Beverly Collision that my insurance company offered me to waive my deductible if I take my vehicle to one of their preferred shops, that's when Art at Beverly Collision said they can do the same and that they use better parts than the ones the body shops the insurance company uses. They promised if I do business with them they will cover my deductible, and once I left the car there they billed my insurance a ridiculous high bill causing my insurance to come after me for the bill for choosing a shop that clearly was beyond over charging so that the body shop can try to keep my car by putting a lien on it as Art told me he would. My insurance called it a total loss and decided NOT to have Beverly Collision fix the car. At the end my insurance had to pay them JUST TO REMOVE front bumper and side front fenders and apparently storage fees $5,800 and that was after a discount because the bill was much higher! And remember they did NOT do any work to the car, they just removed parts. My insurance charged me the deductible +. When I called the Beverly Collision Center regarding the deductible the person Art said I'm sorry I can't help you, that's your problem they charged you a deductible. So please if you want to take your Vehicle to deal with headaches, stress & insurance problems, then come to this shop!! I will NOT recommend anyone coming to this body shop! read more

After our truck was crashed my husband and I were looking for a high quality body shop to get it repaired. Arthur was so helpful! He explained everything from A to Z to us. He warned us that the place our insurance recommended would usually try to give us aftermarket and even used parts, which we verified after they gave us an estimate. A couple weeks ago, we had an accident that damaged the front left hand side of our 2016 Toyota Camry. This is our second car accident we have had in 15 years so we are clueless of how the process worked again. I drove around to two different collision centers and they did not display good customer service, in fact, it seemed as if they didn't want to take on another car. I live in Montebello so having a repair center was convenient. I happened to drive up to Beverly Collision Center and right away Arthur, the owner, came out and welcomed me. He inspected the damage and said, "We can definitely do this, don't worry". He put me at ease. What I loved about Arthur was that he gave me details, timelines and what to expect from my Insurance Company. In other words, he educated me on the process. He didn't give me any bullshit. He told me it would take 3-4 weeks. I explained to him I made the mistake of not getting car rental coverage and that renting a car for the next month or so can be pricey. He said he would work with me. He communicated with me during the entire process. Three weeks later, I received a call from Arthur that our car was ready. He went over all the parts they ordered, receipts from the dealer and the detail job that was done. The car came back as new. I was very impressed and thankful to Arthur and his team. My Jeep was involved in an accident and I didn't know where to begin due to the fact that I had never been involved in a collision before. I was searching on Yelp and came across this business, I contacted them and within maybe an hour or less I was in the shop getting an estimate to send over to my insurance. Throughout the process I spoke with Derek who was so so so helpful through out everything! I knew it was a long and stressful process but there was so many things coming at me at once. On top of everything, the adjuster assigned to me by progressive lied to me continuously and was no help at all. Derek was not having it, he stood up for me and thankfully I never had to speak to that guy ever again. I also went in to the shop for an update on my vehicle and Arthur was so nice and didn't hesitate to show me the progress done on my vehicle.
