They were super responsive with the best customer service I've ever encountered, clear communication and consistent follow-up throughout the entire process. I originally brought my car in after getting a warning to stop immediately. I called around and got multiple quotes and they had the best deal. Andrew who answered the phone was incredibly friendly and correctly diagnosed it as a battery issue right away. He walked me through the difference between a refurbished and new battery and I chose the refurbished option which came with a one year warranty. Unfortunately the battery failed shortly after but never in my life have I experienced customer service like this. They offered to pick up my car and drop off a loaner. That alone is exceptional. Owner Ivan took full responsibility without hesitation and the turnaround time was phenomenal. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. I don't live nearby but I will absolutely be coming back for all future service. They really take pride and joy in making sure that everything is done well and will provide a solution with the utmost customer service.

Recently, I needed to replace the evaporator core and expansion valve for my A/C, and the dealership quoted me almost twice what JAC did. Since it was such an expensive repair, I decided to give JAC a try, and I'm so glad I did. The first thing that impressed me was the size of the shop. They have multiple service bays, not just in the main area but in another section as well. More importantly, the customer service was outstanding. Whenever I called with a question, Kevin didn't have someone else relay the information--he got on the phone himself and kept me updated every step of the way. When the replacement part they received turned out to be defective, they handled it quickly and made it right without any hassle. Another thing I really appreciated was the complimentary rides to and from my home while my car was being repaired. Maria and Mario were both incredibly kind. Maria mentioned she had recently joined JAC after working as a parts driver for another company, and she had nothing but positive things to say about the people there, which spoke volumes to me. Then, over the weekend, while driving to Orange County and finally enjoying my cold A/C, I started hearing a strange wind noise coming from my convertible top. I thought maybe a seal had come loose, but when I got home and looked under the car, I discovered my engine splash shield had torn loose and was scraping the road. I called JAS right away, and they immediately contacted the parts department, ordered the replacement, and took care of it quickly. I want to thank the entire team. These are the guys!…read more I've had my Gen 1 Prius for 20+ years now and I wish I had been bringing my car here all these long years to begin with. Totally worth the drive from Burbank. These guys were, first of all, very responsive on the phone. They were proactive in communication and very accommodating with dropoff and pickup times. I brought my car in because it was behaving very strangely, all kinds of scary engine system warning lights flashing, odd noises when driving. I expected whatever was wrong to be thousands of dollars. Instead it was an incredibly easy and relatively cheap fix. They recommended me some other services that I hadn't performed in too long (changing the cabin air filter, etc) and offered me a good price for those too. They kept in good communication with me throughout and were always happy to explain the work. The work took one day. They let me bring my car in the evening before so that I didn't have to get up at the crack of dawn...spectacular! After I picked it up, it was still making some odd creaking and scraping noises, so I called them a couple of days later to ask about it. They had me bring the car back in the and spent maybe 10-15 minutes figuring out what was going on, while I waited. Turned out to be some improperly attached protective bit of the undercarriage (not their fault - i think this was the fault of the previous mechanic who had installed it), which they spent a further 10 minutes adjusting and then... voila! No more noise! They didn't even charge me for this extra work and sent me on my way a completely satisfied customer! They even helped me change my windshield wiper blades, which I was having trouble with due to a broken piece on the old ones. Outstanding customer service. Kindness, expert knowledge and incredibly trustworthy energy in every interaction, with every person I talked to. These guys know their stuff and they are honest and straightforward. A real gem in the auto repair industry. We are lucky to have them here in the valley.

He is also meticulous in responding to any service needs or possibly issues after the Installtion and has looked at my vehicle and checked things out many times after the install for free under warrenty to ensure the new install is working and maintained correctly!! I highly recommend buying a cheaper high mileage prius and then having Ricardo make it new if engine or hybrid is old or needs work, then you have a new car with new engine for very cheap price. I will never take either of my two prius c or prius auto any other shop
