A friend of mine recommended this shop to me and it is the best body shop around. The owner Aviv was so kind and helpful throughout the entire process. Insurance took forever to send approval for my car to get fixed causing me to max out my rental days and Aviv provided me with a complimentary rental beyond that. Insurance didn't want to approve a headlight for me and the shop fought for me and was able to get it approved to get fixed for me. I also had another electrical issue due to the crazy impact and insurance refused to approve it but Aviv was so kind and still fixed it for me free of charge. Needless to say I need a different insurance company but I would definitely come to Pro Auto Body Shop again in the future. read more

From the start, the service was great. I had a car accident, and a couple of days later, I brought it in. They took care of all the insurance communication and set clear timeline expectations on when the car would be ready. Like with any repairs, there were a few unexpected delays and additional parts that were needed, and they were quick to inform me about it and were very transparent about the timeline of the delays. It was clear to me that they were doing everything they could on their part. After I picked up my car, a few more problems were discovered with reprogramming. They took my car back right away and ordered the parts right away. These guys don't waste any time on their part. I saw a McLaren in their shop, and it said to me these guys know what they're doing. I have driven by this place a hundred times and never knew a car repair shop existed. Usually, whenever there is a repair shop, cars are parked all over the street with missing headlights and marked-up paint. I don't know how, but they fit all the cars inside, and the times I've been there, it's always full. I'll include a picture of what my car looked like before, and needless to say, now it looks brand new. I have been going to Yoram and Aviv Cohen( father and Son mechanics) at Pro Body for so many years I lost count. You will never find better mechanics than they. They spend lots of time explaining what needs to be done. They look for the best value for parts. They figure out creative ways to make your car look nice and safe at the same time . They do everything they can to save you money but still safety is number one with them. They are very kind people. They're fun to work with . And despite the fact that I just got into a bad car accident and my car was totaled, Aviv and Yoram did everything they could to help me out with this difficult process. My car was 20 years old and it was very hard to say goodbye. But working with them made it a less sad process. They take care of everything from start to finish including car rental. They patiently explain what needs to be done. I have gone to them for little and big things over the years. That's how bad the repair was done that you assume my car was involved in another accident. My Insurance paid $10,000 for a repair of a 2009 car.. a used light does not mean a broken light. Due to COVID, my car was driven about a handful of times since I had picked up my car from this shop due to working from home. This was reported to the BAR and after thorough investigation, they did determine this shop had not perform up to standard. I have used Pro Auto Body's services twice, once in 2021 and once in 2023, and both times I have been more than satisfied. In 2021 I brought my 2014 Camry in to replace a front end bumper. Not only did they fix the issue in a tight timeframe, they did so at an efficient cost. I was so thoroughly pleased with the service I received that I brought the same car in for a windshield replacement in 2023.
