My husband has shopped Pro-Caliber for a couple years. I was about to take my motorcycle safety course to get my endorsement and wanted to check out some street bikes (alas, petite legs and cant flat foot on a lot of bikes). The salesman was fantastic and let me sit on a couple bikes to see what worked. There was a 250 Ninja that caught my eye, however, we decided to check out all options (Craigslist, etc.) prior to committing. The salesman gave us his card and was invited us to come back if we wanted to check it out again. No serious pressure, which we appreciated. Next, we checked out the apparel section and helmets. The sales staff was great to answer my questions about the different brands and fit. I really liked the fit of the Shoei RF-1200, but didn't like any of the colors. He quickly brought us to the counter to check out the catalog and let me know that they can order any helmet for the same price. Even though we didn't buy anything that day, their customer service made quite an impression. Last week, I was taking the safety course and the sky decided to open up and pour down some rainy love. Not fun when you have to stand outside practicing using the "friction zone" to move your bike back and forth a couple hundred times. During our lunch break, I high-tailed it down I205 to Pro-Cal and easily found some riding pants in a reasonable price range. So completely happy with them! Happy Customer. Definitely. read more

Avoid this business as, all they do is lie and cheat you out of every dime you give to them. They don't care about the customer whatsoever. The owner can't even take responsibility for all his lies or the employee's. He still comments that the parts that they put into my wife's Can-Am Spyder 3 times were faulty when in fact the parts that they kept putting in was not the problem. It was a $94 part that I had to tell the manager and the mechanic to pleased look at as the problem. 4 months and $2,500 out of my pocket and they still say it cost them all this money because of their negligence. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. Keep your money in your pocket and go to a reputable business that cares about customers. I also tried to purchase a new bike in April of which, I had to confront the salesman and again, never d8d hea4 back from them. The parts department used to be a good deal, the prices for oem parts has went up, customer service has went down and the shipping time has got longer. I'm sad to say I will not be buying from procaliber again, Rocky Mountain's prices are better and shipping so much faster. I am writing this review as this was my first time coming to this place of business since I was in the market for a Yamaha R1. I live in the Seattle area, so it was a bit of a drive to come down with a truck and the time it takes get down there, and wanted to make it worth my time as a result. I had a trade in which I felt I got a decent deal for it, so that helped with the experience. I came in on a Saturday afternoon, which is a busy time for a power sports dealer, so patience is your best friend. The overall experience from my first impressions were good as they had a leftover blue 2016 Yamaha R1, so it was an opportunity to save a few bucks and a bit on sales tax. The ramp they had near the front of the building helped make loading my bike easy. The selection of parts, accessories and apparel was quite nice, though I did not buy any gear since I have my own stuff from the get go. Lots of brands they sell beyond Yamaha, to include BMW bikes, if you are a boxer engine fan. Jake Morrison (Salesman) kept excellent communication before I got down there to seal the deal on the Yamaha. I also like the no pressure, no hard selling attitudes that were displayed, it goes a long way to sell to what your customer wants vs. hard selling what you want to sell. As far as constructive feedback goes, since buying my bike, I have not yet had any kind of follow up to ask how I am liking my new machine etc. Every bike dealer I have dealt with in the past were good at follow up after I purchased a machine. The next thing would be was when I rode my bike for the first time after getting it back home (doing my pre-ride checks), the tire pressures were quite low, an easy fix and something to catch while prepping the bike for delivery to its new owner which leads into the next thing, cleanliness. When I ran my finger along the intake opening and parts of the fender, fairing etc., I had a line of dust on my finger, which could have been wiped off just before I loaded it up into my truck. As a watchmaker, appearance and cleanliness is the first thing a customer sees on their watch after a service, for it's what people see on the outside that makes the positive or negative impressions from the get go. It's all about follow through. Best part about this is that it's an easy fix and can help make the business be even better. I'm not the guy to shred people or businesses to bits as it's a place run by humans, people make mistakes along the way, however, the only way to improve personally and professionally is to give and receive constructive criticism from customers. We purchased a bike, cash, on 04/02/18 and today 07/20/18 they are still giving us BS excuses as to why our license plates have not been processed. By WA Law they must finalize all paperwork within 45 days By OR Law they must do this within 30 days We have missed riding almost the entire summer due to the incompetence of this outfit... so unless you want to a garage queen that never see's daylight, don't purchase a bike from them. read more

Took my wife's CanAm Spyder in for an oil leak the 1st of April and, they couldn't fix it properly the first time, the 2nd time nor the 3rd time when, they are suppose to be CanAm certified. They kept trying to blame me because their mechanic obviously doesn't know a lot about the equipment. They would never answer the phone until I finally filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The supposed General Manager finally contacted me and, he tried blaming me as well for their incompetence for over three months. I finally had to tell him and his Mechanic that they might want to look elsewhere as, what they had done three times was not the problem. I even had to tell them where to look. 4 months later, we finally got my Wife's Trike back and finally fixed correctly. The Manager and the delivery driver both tried blaming the issue on a faulty CanAm Company and us and that it cost them hundreds of dollars to FIS something that was not at all their fault. It cost me over $2,500 out of pocket for their negligence and a $94 part that was all that was actually the problem. I would highly recommend avoiding this establishment at all costs. Look for and take your ride to a competent mechanic that actually knows what they are doing rather than making excuses and trying to blame the customer. read more

Have Parent Company doing an investigations on this sloop shop, if you value your life, your Friends and Loved ones avoid this place at all extremes. Not only did my bike come back damaged on paint scratched/ dings in chrome/ bike being used as a demo/ now there are engine codes flying off the computer with the ASB brakes chattering/ odometer no longer working/ radio and electronics distorted. Found wiring and antenna cable hanging down under tanks along frame exposed out of harnesses. Have documentation by pictures and calendared with these events. When I read Yelp Review "Ryan E." on here, I said Deja Vu not only my bike was completely splattered by bugs/ dirt/ water spots/ and crud not to mention a 1hr. service turned into a 3 week motorcycle captivity, I was out of town so could not pick bike up! Towed bike back where tow company documented and told me their observations which were documented also by the Parent Company. Was waiting till all investigations were completed but felt compelled to share some knowledge of what has transpired in case someone uses this review site before they do business with this unethical/ immoral place of business and place their lives in danger on products this sloop shop produces! Good selection of bikes, but it's hard to find a sales person. You have to agree to a price and terms on a bike before they'll let you test ride it. I'm not sure why on earth anybody would agree to anything before riding a bike. They give you some excuse about how they want to make sure you and they are "protected" but it's obviously just a way to pressure you into buying. I've bought bikes at repudable shops, and they're happy to let you test ride a bike with proof of endorsement and insurance. Otherwise what's the point of test riding it? Take the time to go somewhere else. It's well worth the effort. read more

my initial calls to schedule a service appointment didn't work out too well as they didn't call back. but the second time I got to Chris who was very good about getting me in the next day even though they had an Indian demo ride day going on. My husband and I are in the market for a wave runner so we decided to drive over and pick one up. After standing there for about 20 minutes waiting for a salesman, we decided to roam the place to find someone ourselves. We finally peeked into an office to try and find some help. A finance guy asked if we needed help and we answered that we would like to talk to someone in sales. He then proceeds to yell across the store. I can't remember the salesman's name, but it still took him about 2 minutes to get off his rear and come over to us. My husband asked about some Seadoos and asked if they scheduled test rides. The salesman asked if he was the same guy that emailed them earlier today. My husband did email them yesterday and again today but he figured that maybe they hadn't seen the message or maybe the message never sent...clearly the message went through. They read it but decided to not respond and then proceeded to ignore us when we arrived. Nevermind ProCaliber, we'll take our business to SK Northwest. read more

How do you define BAD customer service ?? To begin I drove from Hillsboro just to look at a particular used bike on their website. I walked in, found the bike, then looked for a salesman. after about 10 minutes I stopped an employee walking by , ha said he worked in parts but would send someone over. Another 10 minutes and a salesman came by, he said he was helping multiple customers but would help me also. I had several questions about the bike, He had no answers and went to find out, 15 minutes later he returned with some answers but not all. we discussed the bike price and I asked him to do the paperwork to get a loan for the bike and take it for a test ride. I filled out the paperwork ( an old Xerox of a not easily legible form) and he took it to their finance person. I walked around the store looking at bikes while it was being processed. about an HOUR later the salesman came by and said they were still working on it, I looked into the office window and saw a man looking at a computer. I walked around a bit more. another half hour later I looked back in the window and the office was empty. STILL no answer OR test ride. I waited another half hour and I left. The dealership had my name, phone number & email on the application ! No one bothered to call or email with anything "sorry we took so long" "you were turned down" "you were approved" NOTHING. I have been a biker for over 40 years, I have purchased a dozen bikes and accessories, but I have never been ignored as if my business did not matter in a bike shop, If you want BAD SERVICE this is where you should shop. read more

We needed an ATV for our property but had little background knowledge of the latest products and features. Jeff Hilker greeted us at the door and proceeded to ask a few we'll considered questions while showing us several models from various brands. His easy going style and wealth of knowledge along with a very no-pressure approach lead us ultimately to an ATV that fit us perfectly. I say that after several weeks of ownership rather than an hour after delivery. Since the purchase we've talked with Jeff several times as well as visited the dealership and even bought some accessory parts. Called them to schedule a valve adjustment on my 1990's xr200r & they simply told me they could not perform the work lack of knowledge. This is piss poor motorcycle store if they can't work on a older easier bike. They should be stripped of being able to even sell motorcycles period if they can't work on them this is a flat out joke & you should not even have a mechanic that can't work on all types or various vehicles despite the year. Don't worry though I'll take it to a actual mechanic that will work on them & that is a skilled well rounded motorcycle mechanic I just was going to go to you guys due to being a bit closer. Which I shouldn't expect anything different from them bought a new 2020 rzr pro and they couldn't even get the cages bolts tightened correctly on it and I've had to bring it in several times already. I had been in here a few times before and couldn't get a sales guy to give me the time of day. They have an excellent selection though. Today I finally got to talk to a sales guy after looking around for 5 plus minutes and had actually struck up a conversation with another customer there about how you can never find a salesman here. If you're OK with paying MSRP and the set up fee then this place is for you!! The salesguy I dealt with was nice enough and didn't waste a bunch of my time but they wouldn't/couldn't match or even get close to a a deal I had found from another dealer's website on the same bike. My biggest critique about your dealership is the way people almost seem ignored when they come in. I bought a new Polaris UTV about a year ago elsewhere after coming into your dealership walking around, sitting in multiple units and after 15 minutes of not so much as a "hello" from the several employees I saw sitting around there I left. You guys are a huge dealership and obviously doing something right, but if I could offer a bit of advice from the consumer side maybe have a greeter or at least a policy of acknowledging people when they come in. Trust me I'd much rather keep my business local for many reasons but I also don't feel obligated if I feel I'm not being treated right or ignored. Initially i went in with money in hand to Buy a bike off the floor made a legitimate offer that is viewable on the internet for the set up fee and this Clown with the hair and the Cigarette tried to tell me they needed $1500.00 cash for the set up fee. $1500.00 for a set up fee Koko the Gorilla could have done a more efficient job. i go in there and they have the top 40 blasting so loudly I can't talk to the parts clerk and when one might ask them the simplest question that is right there in front of them on the microphice they can't figure it out and when tI go in thee with the simplest request part number in hand, such as a broken throttle cable they blow it completely and get me the wrong part I call on the phone ask if they have Part A. and they say Yea! come on down and I take time money and effort to go clear over there from where I am at and they don't have what they say they had. they got pregnant women angry with their mate working at the checkout and their mate is on the other side of the parts counter. either that or something else is going on like her sister called as soon as I need her attention. read more

I walked in to buy an Indian. I saw what I liked and since there's no price tags on the bikes, I asked the salesman "How much?" He told me "About $22,000". I began doing some math and asking questions about the price and financing, so there was no doubt that I was working based on a $22,000 price plus tax and fees. I went so far as to use a financial calculator to determine payments at the OAC rate etc. There was nothing ambiguous or in question regarding the amounts we were discussing. I confirmed this price with him several times. While it was more than I wanted to pay, it was something I could live with... until the numbers came back and the actual price was "about $23,000". The salesman tried to explain it away as him thinking that with my Veterans discount it would be $22k... that would be reasonable except for the two or three times he told me that the Vet discount doesn't stack when you use the $1500 trade credit. This was nothing more than an attempt to get it written up and hope that I'd miraculously accept a $33 per month payment bump. Avoid this business. Since someone seems to think that I have reviewed the wrong business, I can state definitively that I am reviewing the Pro Caliber on Mill Plain in Vancouver WA. read more

Arrived with my credit card in my hand, ready to buy, but the BS started right away: "let me write down a price, OK, see, that's way too high" ($1400 for prep!??!!! you bet your ass it's way too high) "but I'll take this to my sales manager, he can be a reasonable guy" (the credit card is sliding back into the wallet) "and I'll see what I can do for you. I'm on your side." (wallet has returned to pocket). Ten minute wait while the salesman and the sales manager watch TV. (Wallet is now in a zippered pocket.) "Hey, sorry for the wait, I got him to knock down the price to list plus $950 prep, I think that's a great deal!" (standing up and walking out the door, wallet will never leave pocket again.) I ended up paying nearly 2k less from a dealer in Centralia that was fantastic! (Powersports Northwest) They also did some warranty work for a buddies KTM...and screwed it up and tried to blame him. Cheats, liars and scumbags. Go to Cascade Moto.....hell go to nearly anybody else for a new bike (except Portland Motorcycle, they are nearly as bad) go to Cycle Gear or shop online at Motorcycle Superstore for softgoods but just don't get hosed by these cretins!!!! read more

I was going to reserve judgement on Pro Caliber Vancouver and give them a chance until I experienced what they had to offer for myself. I had a specific Yamaha Waverunner I was interested in seeing. A specific model and color. I spoke to a salesmen who told me that they had the specific model and color in stock, and that I was welcome to come in and see it. After making an appointment with a specific date and time, I arrived with high hopes. When I got there, I was told that my specific salesmen was already with another person (even though we had an appointment scheduled). Another one helped me and brought me to the back lot to look at the waverunner. After searching for 15 minutes, we returned inside to find that the waverunner in fact was never in stock. I mentioned to the salesmen what a waste of time this was for everyone involved and began walking out. On my way out, I noticed a manager's office and went in to provide some feedback on what I had experienced. Rather than apologize in even the slightest way, he got defensive and asked me if I had "ever worked in sales." I replied no, and then he said "you have to take what the day brings you so appointments don't really matter." I laughed and walked out. This place deserves every bad review on here. If they treat potential customers this way, I hate to think how actual ones are treated. I'll be purchasing my Waverunners anywhere but here. read more

Myself and three of my friends have foolishly made purchases at Pro Caliber. The sales game they play with writing down numbers and taking it to the manager has "sleaze" written all over it. In hindsight I wish I had insisted on following the salesman to the manager's office or just walked out the door when the salesman was gone. A good friend of mine bought a used bike there only to find out that he had paid MUCH more than MSRP for that same bike NEW. Yeah his fault for not doing more research but still there is something wrong with the sleaze that pulled that move on him. Every time I drive past Pro Caliber I am amazed they are still in business and feel bad for all the folks they have screwed over. Stay far away. Don't even go in there to look. read more

I had a terrible experiance with this place repairing my bike. I took my bike in to have an annual service on it and have a new tire put on and ended up living through a nightmare. They screwed up the threads on my final gear case and when they tried to fix them their service people screwed them up worse. I finially had to take it to a machine shop and pay $300 to have it fixed right. Also when I decided to really check out the rest of my bike I found that they had put the front tire on backwards. I should have checked this out anyway because you just never know... For me Pro Caliber Motorsports is the worst bike service ever and I have been riding for 30 yrs. read more

They tried to overcharge me and I got the same bike for $1400 less at a motorcycle place called Power out in sublimity plus the people at Power were super friendly and helpful.The worst part about Procaliber is the finance guy! the dudes a real shithead! He walks like a penguin and wears yellow 90's sunglasses. He cracked me up. But he is also an ASSHOLE! He was very rude to me and told me I would never find it cheaper than their price. Also, the guy quoted me on a loan with their loaning agency at a 21% interest rate. I didn't even think it would be possible to get a interest rate that high, plus I have good credit. On 6/28 we brought our 1 year old side-by-side (that we had purchased from them, along with an additional warranty) to their shop because the EPS and check engine lights had come on and the speedometer wasn't working. We were told the speed sensor had 13 fault codes coming up but it was just dirty so they cleaned it off and also highly recommended us doing the 100 hour service for an an additional $550 while we were there. Because neither my husband nor I are mechanics, we trusted their opinion. 5 days later, (we were out of town for a funeral) we got it back home and drove it no more than 500 feet to see the lights come back on and notice that the speedometer still wasn't working. I called them back to notify them of the ongoing issue and was told to bring it back in. Well, after arranging to borrow a trailer, nearly an hour and a half round trip and a quarter tank of gas each way to get it there and back the first time, that was the last thing I wanted to do again so, after some Googling to find out where the speed sensor was it didn't take five minutes for my husband, who isn't a mechanic, to clearly see that the speed sensor was completely broken, hanging on by a few wires. I called them back again to tell them what we found and all I got was a condescending, "I'm sorry ma'am, that wasn't our intention, you need to bring it back in". I asked to speak with he manager, who I was told was on vacation, so I was told that I would have to wait until he got back in 6 days. In the meantime, I sent pictures to the service writer that I had been speaking too who said he would forward them to his manager and would contact me when he got an answer. I waited a week with no answer so I called again and both the manager and service writer were both gone for the day so I left a message for them to call me. I called the next morning at 9:22 but the manager was busy so I left a message. I called again at 10:30 and he was busy. I finally got a call from another service employee an hour later who told me to bring it in. I told her that we had ordered the $20 part and had already fixed it ourselves and that I was extremely disappointed in the service, questioning how well, if at all the $550, 100 mile service had been done and also questioning the quality of service we would receive if we had to use the additional warranty that we had purchased and that I'm considering asking for a refund for the warranty I bought. She told me she would tell the manager my concerns and would call me right back. An hour later, I'm still sitting here. My receipt says they had the machine in service for 4.5 hours and no one noticed the broken sensor but my husband who, (did I mention isn't a mechanic?) with the help of Google, noticed it in 5 minutes. Maybe the service techs should learn to use Google. We never really liked the service received at Pro Caliber so we didn't want to go to them in the first place but their selection of machines is great. I'm sorry to say, lesson learned. Update - an hour and a half later I got a call back from someone in the service department saying that they'll refund our $66 diagnostic charge and they'll refund my warranty but I'll have to come in. I never did get to speak with the manager and there was no remorse, sincere apology or acknowledgement from then they they screwed up. Update #2 - Travis, the GM, saw my review and called me right away. He said that he had talked with everyone involved and in the end offered to refund my whole service. I would like to thank Travis for his efforts in wanting to make things right and for making us feel like a valuable customer. read more

The first time, it took me standing around for 30 minuets drooling over a bike, before some guy walked past and asked if "I need help". Yes. I wanted to buy a bike, this bike. Money burning a hole in my pocket. -but the one I was looking at was already sold, and it took another 15 minuets to get me to the right guy (that was in the little management/air traffic control tower customers aren't aloud in) who then told me that to get the bike that I wanted, it would be +$1k over the MSRP. (freight, assembly, delivery, doc fees, taxes, tags). I asked for a break down of the quote: I didn't want it delivered, I live in Oregon so taxes weren't an issue, and I wanted to register it myself so i didn't want them to process the tags. The guy told me it was a "not negotiable quote" ...Bullshit. I made the mistake of telling them that I was a new rider and this was to be my first bike. New rider I am , idiot I am not. Beaverton Motorcycles was way better and much more helpful and attentive. (I later found a different dealer that confirmed a quote for $300 under MSRP) The second time that I went in there was just for gear. Beaverton Motorcycles are closed on Mondays. I was there for an hour and a half trying on helmets and jackets. Never once was I offered any assistance. Not even a hello. 50% of the jackets that I found what had liners were not re-installed after the prior shopper apparently unzipped them and tried them on separably. Some of the jackets that have armor were missing parts. There were incomplete sizing scales, some jackets didn't have my size on the floor. I couldn't ask if they had any in the back because there wasn't anyone around. I also was disappointed because they are authorized dealers of Scorpion and Bell (two brands I was comparing), and they didn't carry the complete lines of helmets. I wound up spending +$400 on all my gear online. I do not recommend this dealership. read more

Could not agree more with every single 1 star review on here. Went in, ready to buy. Were greeted by a sales person. We were asking some basic questions, in regards to stock, comparison, price etc. Everything was like pulling teeth. The whole experience was extremely frustrating. Talked to Larry, the sales manager, who made disrespectful comments, which were none of his business in the first place about the purchase we were trying to make and the way we were going about it. Just hands done, one of the most awful experiences we have had trying to buy a $10,000-12,000 item. Guess what pro-caliber, we walked into Power Yamaha, and bought exactly what we wanted for $1200 less, cash deal. I don't know if you would have had an easier sell, if your people were not completely ignorant, rude and just plain disrespectful. read more

I went in the other day to talk about getting new tires installed on my bike. The rep told me they were 2 weeks out on installation. For tires. Please! Then, I headed over to the sales department for a new face shield. They rep told me my helmet was from 1999 and he couldn't help me. It's an HJC that I picked up in 2008. I'm taking my money to Portland. Save on tax and get better customer service. read more

I would not buy or have a bike services here. They blew up my engine after I had it though their whatever point service. The tech never put oil in the bike and it seized after I got it home. The service guy said, 'Well you got it home." I would not trust this group with any type of Pro-caliber tag as their business... read more

Pro caliber did waive me to have my bike fixed at Harley within the 50 mikes so that was good of them, I am glad they went with helping me out because my experience wasn't great. I don't think they are looking to screw anyone I just think a better formula for the way they do things would be advised. read more

Every time I come here I leave upset because their parts people tell you one thing then always turns out differently if you order parts from them beware 4 days is more like 2 weeks and their service department takes 2 times to repair your bike I'm going to start looking for a place in Portland for parts and service read more

I don't really want to write such a brash review but when you're considering a purchase in the thousands of dollars range I feel it's important to communicate the experience to others contemplating the same thing. Buyer insight is free and has value exceeding a dollar amount. With that said, go in and make your own assessment. My girlfriend and I arrived at 11am on a Tuesday. We walk around a little and was greeted by a guy who asked us what we were in for. Typical conversation went from there. We are looking to purchase two new bikes or gently used bikes. He hands us his card and let's us walk around. Cool. Next guy greets us two aisles over, again with the same conversation, we ask to check out a few bikes. My girlfriend sits down on a Bolt and asks the guy if they all feel the same (ie, seat height, suspension, bars, controls, etc.) he replies with "you mean, do all the motorcycles feel the same?" Dude, are you kidding me? My girl grew up on motorcycles. She has 3 bikes in the garage now, you're insulting her. We shrugged it off and continued to ask questions. We came to the FZ-09 to which I asked a few questions about and to which he couldn't answer at all. I ask about a couple of used bikes and again he couldn't answer. What exactly are you selling me if I have to investigate and research my own questions, which I did? We wondered over in to the Indian side. Never greeted by the guy behind the desk, I had to start conversation and it was pretty much like talking to a wall. You guys have no idea what you passed up. We have plenty of money saved up to walk out the door with almost any two brand new bikes off of your floor. It could've been the easiest sale of your life. All the staff had to do was greet us, research what we are after, answer our questions and then test ride and bam! I was told at 11:30 by the second guy that if I wanted to test ride I would have to get there earlier, around 9:30am. Sorry buddy, I work midnights, 11am is the earliest you will ever see me. On a Tuesday with 2 other customers inside you could've surely done a test ride. You could've had a $23,000 cash sale. When we walked out I asked my lady if I seemed off (maybe I didn't have enough coffee or something) and she assured me that the entire visit felt off and weird on top of a sale associate making her feel stupid for asking a very important and informative question. Get your sales team up to speed management, they are a direct reflection of you and the brands you represent. We went to two other dealerships after our visit here, both of which offered test rides, no pressure sales and way better information. We will return to one of those shops next week to buy two brand new bikes. read more

Several years ago we purchase a motorcycle here. It was there on consignment. It took us 4 hours for an all cash, no trade in deal. Yes, there was about 30 minutes where they needed to contact the seller to see if he would reduce the price but still. That seems like a long time for paper work. There was only one other person in the whole show room. That would have downgraded them to three stars but read on. Over the years we have purchased parts here but we have decided to look else where from now on. Their parts prices are subjective. Last week we went in to check the price of a battery and it was $74. This week my husband went in to purchase it and it was now $114 for the same battery. That is a huge just for just a battery. Sorry, but we are done. read more

So I filled out a online credit app. They have bike I would like to purchase. They told me come in and answer a couple questions and then they left me standing in their lobby for over an hour until I left. They hit me with a hard credit ding then blew me off. This is why their on line presents sucks, it's because they suck. They won't get My $6,000.00 and I hope nobody else has to waste their time at this dealership. Can't believe they don't want me as a customer but that's okay. I will take my money elsewhere and hope everyone does the same..I will rate them -0. I am in the customer service industry and would fire the whole crew at pro caliber Vancouver location. Thanks for nothing. That is what you will get from my family and friends. Shame on you.
