At first you think you're getting a really good deal. Which overall pricewise it was. However, the tech has been very unresponsive and rude. Every single time he comes to my home. I asked for a prior notice since I have dogs in the yard and he refuses to call me every single time he has been out. Then he will come out tweak whatever he thinks needs to be tweaked and not leave the pool running as it was prior to the issue. I found Ryan's Pro Care Pool Service on Yelp and he responded promptly to my inquiries about taking care of my pool. I had maintained my pool myself, following conventions my dad had taught me. We've always been a DIY sort of family. But after getting very busy with work and other activities I was falling behind on maintaining my pool. He promptly came and inspected my pumps, filters, setup, synced up the pentair app, adjusted motor speeds, etc. He communicates maintenance schedules and when he plans on cleaning & replacing filters. He also recently recommended a newer vacuum which has also been performing much better than my previous one.
