Honest. Knowlegble and a proffesional. Others tell you need this and that, Andrew diagnoses the problem and it's fixed period.

Happy, happy, joy, joy - that's exactly how we fell about doing business with All City Plumbing and…read moreAir. From the very first visit, their professionalism, knowledge and expertise were a solid ten. We gathered several quotes from other companies, and without a doubt, ALL City Plumbing and Air offered the best value, best equipment, and a membership plan that covers so much we couldn't be happier. A big shout-out to Daniel R. in sales, with his many years of air-conditioning experience, he answered every question and even brought up things we hadn't considered. Next, Chris came by to finalize the contract and was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. And finally, the two young men who handled the installation, another Daniel R. and Jacob, were fantastic. They arrived on time, worked seamlessly as a team, explained everything they did, cleaned up beautifully, and hauled away all the old equipment. Daniel R. even stopped by a day after installation for a quick follow-up visit, and we had no questions for him, who does that anymore? We couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. I never thought I'd say this, but paying this bill actually made me happy. Thank you, All City Plumbing and Air!

Beware of this company. They provided plumbing services at my 87 year old mother's house. The first…read morequote was for $19,000 for a redrain of the drainage system. Then they said there was tree root discovered in the line. They quoted $13,000 more to resolve it. There were no options provided for hydrojetting and a liner. We do not know anything about plumbing, so we did not question the additional cost. We had to trust the techs providing the service. We requested a refund and the company offered $4,000.00. We feel that given the cost, we are warranted a higher refund. The company refused. Although the owner states that options were given to my mother, they were not. I, (daughter), was there at the time of the tech's explanation of the work and so was my cousin. The tech spoke to my mother in Spanish, my cousin speaks and understands Spanish, and she also stands firm that no options were given to my mother regarding the option of hydrojetting and liner. If there were options my mother would have chosen the lesser cost. We are very upset with the dishonesty of this company. So, make sure you research costs of other plumbing companies before using this one.

Ryan A. Was great!!!…read more I pay monthly to be a VIP member. Till this day I still don't know what that entails. I was not happy with the customer this last time around, when I called. My air was not coming out cold. I called on a Friday morning was told oh we have to send the person who went to do your maintenance service just a few weeks prior. (Why? It was a maintenance!) in the case this rep might have done something wrong, which I doubt he did. Unless he did something intentional. So, I had to wait till Tuesday. I went days without air, no it wasn't extremely hot but I'm in menopause and not having air when it's warm outside is not good for anyone! Tuesday comes around and they cancel on me. At this point my blood starts to change temperature to warmer not yet boiling. I'm like oh hell nah!!! They reschedule me to Friday. I was not going to be home Friday morning due having to run into the office for a few hours. The service rep Ryan A. called me. I was rude yes cause at this point I was going to cancel my service with Nexgen after they came to see WTH was going on with my air. I informed Ryan I was not going to be home he asked what time would I be home, I said after 5. He asked if he can come between 5-6. I said ok. I explained to Ryan what was going on and what happened. He didn't even look at anything yet and explained to me what he was gong to check on. He didn't try to sell or tell me everything else that needs to be done or suggested to be done: Yes, I completely understand your air conditioner and maintenance is an investment to do the things to keep it running and intact. However, right now in this crazy world we are all having a hard time keeping food in our fridge and making sure we have money for gas to get by. I just needed to put this honest review out here! I am a female home owner and I make the decisions in my home when it comes to who I allow in my home to help us maintain what we have. Ryan didn't BS me. The service was not cheap but it wasn't something that would put me out till next pay period. I told Ryan I was going to cancel Nexgen due to the horrible customer service I had received, till the service he provided. He was patient, not trying to sell everything he could find on his lap top. He found the issue showed it to me, fixed it and explained preventative measures when we are able to financially. Not pressuring me. Thank you Ryan A with Nexgen.

I however used the wrong card with a higher interest rate realizing my boneheaded mistake, I called customer service and was able to resolve the problem with the right card. This organization is very professional and laidback at the same time. My system is a 20 year old system that limps along but still works and I was weighing the options…read moreof a tune up to get through the season or put repair money towards a new system. I sent out inquiries on yelp and Year Round was one of the contractors. They got back pretty quickly but I was unable to take the call for a bit and they were texting and calling a ton, very persistent. In general, the company seemed very friendly, very competent, but their pricing is quite a bit on the high side, and their sales tactics are a bit tired. I don't think they deserve a 1 star for it but fair warning to others to watch out for sales tactics. When I was finally able to field a call, they got a tech out the next day. Tech was very friendly, took amperage measurements of the capacitors and motors and priced out a new capacitor and fan motor for $1700 but mentioned a more senior tech was not far and he could come by and take a look. The more senior tech cleaned my condenser without me asking which, ok, cool, thanks, but that felt kind of like entrapment by doing it without permission so I was a bit wary that it was a tactic. They said that yeah the 1700 fix could get me through the season but that the system was on its last legs and that I should meet with a sales person to talk about replacing. I was a bit wary again, a dedicated sales person is a bit of a red flag. Told them I'd rather not, they then offered to replace the capacitor and the fan motor then and there and if I decide to buy a full system they'd credit that 1700 towards that. Again, I said no thanks (remember, my system technically still works), I'd rather not waste the tech's time if I end up buying anyway, which he hesitantly accepted. The sales person was supposed to come by in the evening and about an hour before they came by the fan on the condenser unit stopped working. I'm not saying they did anything to it cause I don't know for sure, but the timing was a bit too convenient so I'm putting it in my review. I went out and got it spinning again and it has worked ever since. He wanted to check the unit again when he got here and seemed a bit perplexed that when I said it was running fine. After he checked out the unit and we chatted about backyard stuff (guy was very friendly) we went inside and it turned into a timeshare presentation at my dinner table. He had laminated pages in a binder, package printouts, and everything. After some hemming and hawing about the differences between the units he shared prices. $24k for a single stage Lennox system, $27.8k for a 2 stage compressor Lennox system, and $34.9k for a variable rotary Lennox system. I was starting to understand why they were willing to "fix" my compressor at sunk cost with the bet that I would buy. The margin was huge. I asked if that included any duct work, he said no. I was about ready to say no thanks but then he found an excuse to "call their dispatcher" which just about made my eyes roll because this is such a tired sales tactic. TLDR, they "could offer my the two stage for the price of the one stage if I get the work done tomorrow" and that if I said no they wouldn't honor the offer in the future. I said I understood and said farewell. Again, very friendly, attitude seemed good, but there were so many coincident sales tactics that took place that made me feel really uncomfortable going with them.
