Saw it had been previously repaired half baked by the previous home owner or realtor. He provided reasonable prices and replacement options. He also fixed the flow of my A/C system into a room that was super hot during peak summer time. The team was kind professional and welcoming. I'm a super paranoid individual that doesn't allow anyone into my home without someone vouching for them. But when I met Jason his demeanor came off as your helpful neighbor that just happens to know HVAC. They do a great job explaining what (if anything) is wrong. They take a lot of photos to provide evidence and they don't just speak out of their butt! They don't pressure you into getting anything that you don't need, however, they do give you recommendations on what might make things run smoother/better, but there is absolutely zero pressure to get any of these extra things. This time, Mario was the AC technician who came out and did the maintenance check on our HVAC and furnace; he also changed out the filter in the furnace. He was super nice, really knowledgeable and we will definitely be requesting him for future services.

I had them set up in my garage so they have a clean flat surface to work on. They left my garage spotless. They had to install a new furnace and AC unit in my attic. It was 105 out and 130 in the attic. They never stopped or complained. They set up fans and got to work. They also installed a new X-Series outside. Wow this massive 5 Ton unit is quiet and thin. It is running in the other side of a wall and I cannot hear it. They took 6 hours to remove and install, test and clean up. That was impressive. David our sale rep was also great. He helped us get a deal we could live with. I also op-ed in the maintenance plan so I could keep a 10 year parts and labor warranty. Peace of mind to keep this running smoothly. I will use them again. The cost was fair. $14k- $18k depending on options. I called 4 other places and they couldn't match the cost and warranty.

A little background - I called the number on the main Quiet Cool website and spoke to the main manufacturing location. They are the one's that supply the fan's and I guess they just recently started doing installs. They were very unhelpful and had no idea what they were doing. I got discouraged, as they said our house could not have a fan due to our attic makeup. I had to hunt these guys down to get answers, it was like pulling teeth. So please, avoid the main manufacturing company for the installation and just go to the quiet cool guys. Cut to now, I searched quiet cool on yelp because I wanted to give the manufacturing guys mentioned above a bad review and that is when i found the quiet cool guys. So thankful for the quiet cool guys! I called and right away was met with professionalism and could tell they knew what they were doing. They scheduled us for a complimentary evaluation within a few days and had confidence that our attic would be able to fit the fan. They are the ones who have been installing the Quiet Cool products for many years and they have seen it all! We had Misael, Erik and Victor come out. They checked out our attic, answered my many questions and set us up for an appointment to do both insulation and a whole house fan install, within that same week. They came back for the install and the whole process took about 6 hours. They respected my want for no shoes in the house and they carefully laid plastic down in any area they would be walking. They did the install, gave us a tutorial, again answered my many questions and cleaned up very nicely. My husband and I had to do only very minor cleaning after they left, which we very much appreciate! We live in Long Beach area, and these guys are located in Temecula area, but they still service our area, which is so great! We have been enjoying our fan thoroughly. It is hard to tell if the insulation is making a big difference since our attic only covers a portion of our house size, but we are happy we did both.
