I not only find James French Mechanical amazing but he is really quick to respond. My AC quit one day and he was out within the hour and it was a really hot day in the summer of 2022. He found what was wrong and fixed it right away. I had a question later that same day and he responded to my call immediately. James installed new venting in our attic for one-third the price we were quoted by another company. Now we are warm and snug in ALL of our rooms in our home. Additionally, when my daughter had an issue with her water heater that same day, he volunteered to go over and light the pilot for her at no charge. He made subsequent repairs to her heater at a very reasonable rate, and when the it finally broke down completely, he replaced it the next day for the lowest price.
