Upon unrelated engine work this month, more damage from my accident was discovered. The passenger side inner fender is creased and crushed where my air filter goes through, as well as creased in a couple other places. The paint had been sanded down in a couple spots behind the grill, not re-painted, and is now rusting. My AC line was crushed and subsequently discharged my system... None of these things should have been missed if this shop did the kind of job the owner likes to claim they do. read more

Straight up thieves how this place is still open for business baffles me I dropped off my car at this place at the insurance request the car ended up getting totaled so I had to go pick up my car when I got there they had looted all my belongings and trashed the car they stole jewelry gold chains,watches,bracelets electronics phones,tablets,headphones,Bluetooth souvenirs,cologne,cigars,cutters,change,backpacks and even kids toys when I asked them why my car was trashed and where all my stuff was the got very defensive and denied everything be very careful when doing business with them. read more

Update from my previous review: I would not recommend this shop The management was very friendly and patient, however the workmanship was shotty and very over priced. I had some minor body repair and paint work done on my vehicle. The first time, it looked splendid (hence the previous review). But weeks later, the front end (the area where the repair work was done) was plagued with rock chips and scratches, as if they slapped on a coat of paint and 1 clear coat and called it a day. The turn signal lens that they had taken out to replace a bulb had scratched the paint that they had just done, and they failed to repair it, until I brought it back and complained about the rock chips and scratching from the turn signal lens. The manager, although covering up the poor workmanship with excuses, happily took the vehicle back to right the problem they had made. A week and a half later I come to pick my vehicle up which had been left out that night for pick up. The staff member whom parked it outside left the door open, which made my vehicle with the key inside vulnerable to theft,  and soaked my passenger side interior. I lifted my vehicle the other day to replace a fog light and found over spray on my fog light, the inner tie rod and suspension components, and BBS wheels that I had just recently purchased. For this reason I would never recommend this shop to anyone I know personally. read more

I've had an awful experience with Jesse (the owner) and his team at Pro Finish. First of all, his team had provided an initial estimate based off pictures sent over, but never double checked it physically upon seeing the vehicle in-person and waited until tear down to add on additional repairs that they deemed "obvious prior to tear down" while bashing another reputable collision repair shop for missing it upon visual inspection. When I went to address this with the owner, Jesse, he refused to listen to me and escalated his voice and attitude immediately. I recommend you avoiding this business wherever possible. Now they want me to just approve the additional repairs without bidding them out. Unfortunately, I'm forced to write this review as the owner wouldn't even hear me out. I'm working to move the car to another shop and discontinue use of services here. He seems to think this is an emotional response due to my paying out of pocket, and it's simply facts that he missed the "obvious damage" and waited until the car was torn down so I'd be pigeon-holed in to using their shop without bidding out the cost. The level of customer service is so shameful and to yell at customers is so appalling. He has a short fuse, very low emotional IQ, and was charged from the very moment I got on the phone with him. I had no chance in getting him to see how poor the service is or getting any sort of fair reaction. read more

I had an exceptional experience. The work was outstanding, and they even detailed it, as well as touching up some spots, that weren't part of what I went there for, at no charge. They were very patient with me, as I had to reschedule a couple of times. And they got done sooner than promised. read more

DO NOT take your vehicle here, ever. - There were bubbles in the vinyl decals they installed - The calipers were not installed correctly and they made contact with the wheels - They scuffed and scratched the trunk where the spoiler was installed, and left 2 nuts in the trunk cover. - They took 6 days to complete their "work" read more

I scraped a piece of trim and scratched the paint on my truck. I get several estimates from other shops in the area. Pro Finish was one of the best. I dropped the truck off and got it back on the day it was promised. Workmanship looks great and I enjoyed working with the people. read more

I have received the worst service from Pro finish in Kent. My car was stolen and needed body work which took over 20 days. They have paid for detailing since it had bad smell from cigarettes after it was stolen. There were still ashes of residue left in car even though the charged me full detailing . In addition, the windows don't go down and after I went back to them, the lady told me they don't do electrical work and i have to talk to my insurance again. All the care about is maximizing their bottom line from your insurance without taking care of the customer. I wouldn't recommend pro finish in Kent. read more

I was looking for a body shop to fix my right rear bumper and the right front of my Nissan Rogue. They were both scraped pretty good, well pretty badly. Since these scrapes were caused by me and me alone I was just going to pay out of pocket instead of going through my insurance. The first shop I visited wanted to replace the rear and front bumpers. I pointed out they were scraped not dented, still wanted to replace them at an outrageous cost. I said no thank you. Went to another shop and they said they only dealt with insurance companies and no out of pocket. Then it was shop after shop of you need to make an appointment (their bays were empty and so were their parking lots) I was about to give up and I spotted Pro Finish. I pulled in, expecting to just say "I give up." I explained my situation a young man went out came back in and said just a sand down, buff out and repaint and continued to the back. The young lady out front, who could not have been more professional and personable at the same time went out to take some pictures and write me up a quote...right then and there. We chatted, she worked, I ate their candy (it was win, win so far). She gave me the quote. It was by far the best quote I had gotten. I was tired and I thought, well even if it turns out not perfect it will be fine through the winter. I dropped my car off two days later. She said it would be done by Wednesday, I had read the reviews, thought, no problem I have another vehicle. Didn't hear anything, Wednesday came, she called said "Your car is finished and it looks beautiful." I went to get it and it looked beautiful. I have checked this thing out in every light imaginable and I could not find one defect anywhere. The outside of the car was sparkling, when I got in...well..the inside of the car had not looked that good since I got it. Everything had been cleaned and detailed. I was a bit in shock, I have had cars repaired before and never got an inside clean job. And then I looked down into my cup holder and there was a little lacey bag with two mints in it that said something like, "We hope you enjoyed your experience". HECK YEAH I enjoyed my experience. I am picky one I like to get what I pay for and what people say they will provide and you got to really shine to get 5 stars out of me (look at my reviews) I really LIKE THIS PLACE from the minute I walked in and as I drove away. My car is back, it looks good...and I promise I am TRYING to keep the inside as nice as when I picked it up! Thanks Pro Finish! YOU ALL ROCK! read more

Stay away from this company, it looks like my previous review was deleted. Paint over spray everywhere. They charged me to straighten the frame but didn't, had to pay another shop to do it right, the owner refused to refund my money. The bodywork they did is falling off, there are honest shops around that area that do awesome work, stay away from this place..look at the other 1 star reviews, save the headache. read more

Warning don't ever take your car to this shop. I made that mistake and regret it take your car to a real body shop. First they tell me my car will take 3-4 days to finish I call them 3 days later they have not started. It takes 13 days for them to finish something they told me would take 3 days. They didn't fix half the stuff I asked them to now I'm taking it to another shop. When I came in they said they will take care of everything.
