He was the only person who actually went under the house to look at the pipes and even took pictures which he sent to us. Communication afterwards was prompt and thorough via email, no pushy phone calls following up. We received two quotes for specific work to be done and they were very comparable to the quote we received from another local and well known company. Despite this I was concerned since I live 50+ miles from the property and don't have a mobile phone. I could envision the plethora of mixups that characterize today's business interactions.
