I can here last week an hour after I dropped my iPhone 7. There are about 25 places to get a screen fixed around here within 5 blocks but I saw the reviews and when I called it was one of the most friendliest and most customer service forward calls ever. The gentlemen on the other line asked a few questions and recommended that I make an appointment to come in within he next hour so I did. I got there about 5 minutes before my appointment. Give yourself a few minutes to find parking. Not sure if the lot behind the building has parking but I parked in front of the post office 1 minute away. I walked in and was greeted by Sam who was straight forward with pricing and options. Within a couple minutes I decided on which screen and option and Sam told me it would be about 20-25 minutes. I sat in the lobby and within 20 minutes Sam motioned for me to come in. My phone looked brand new and he went ahead and cleaned it off, put a screen protector on it for me and i was done and out within 30 minutes. Screw the 'Genius Bar'. Those idiots make you wait forever and they act like you're a dinosaur for wanting to keep your old phone working. Ifone Repair Service Glendale is 3 blocks from the Galleria and they fix anything Apple ever made (also fix basically ANY smartphone). Appointments are easy, but not absolutely necessary. The price is not the cheapest in town, but not the most expensive either.... and you definitely get what you pay for. He stocks several different brands of repair parts and ALWAYS tries multiple different ones to ensure the best performance (i.e. the brightest screen, strongest battery life, and best sound quality). If it's broken and this guy can't fix it then it cannot be fixed, period. Go here first and save yourself the headache. P.S....
