I have bought A LOT of vehicles from Jim and Sam. Some problems with a few but they always made things right until they decide to screw me on my last deal. They installed a wrap on a new defender I bought from them. It failed and they sent a crew from Tampa to check it out and it was just not reparable. Had to be replaced. I chased Sam and Jim for almost a year until finally they just stopped responding and claimed I owed THEM money for the crew coming out. While they were there, Jim had them help me with a problem I had on the road home in a NEW Cadillac sports ESV 600. Something hit the car and a sensor fell out loose a small inexpensive trim item came off they replaced for me. NEVER sent me a bill for that which I would have happily paid! I had the faulty wrap removed and they agreed to pay me $600 for that. They didn't. And they promised to find someone to install the wrap. They never did. I found a pro shop to do it and it was going to be $3500. Ghosted me ever since. Sam has been reliably unreliable and Jim just lost a good customer. Turned into a real ass. All over a wrap THEY promised to fix! Nothing I've done wrong. I've bought a Cadillac ( took them 4 months to get me the title), Range Rover L, Small Range Rover, Expedition platinum Max, a custom F250, another F250 special edition, a Rolls Royce Dawn ( that came all messed up. Not their fault) , a new top of the line Jeep, Two Dodge Pickups, a new king ranch Explorer. That's a 11 cars over three years. They have become bad faith dealers and Jim is so self important now you'd think he was famous and rich...none of which he is. Beware. I think these guys are in financial trouble in my opinion. Had a wrap done on my BMW two years ago, these guys were fantastic to deal with. I was recently rear ended and had to have the bumper re wrapped, my paint under the wrap was pristine and the re wrap job was completed quickly and looks excellent. Prices are competitive and their work is top tier. As a female I'm always nervous having anything done on my car because I don't want to be taken advantage of, I will not take my car anywhere other than Pro Motorsports in Scottsdale. read more

ProMotorSports worked on my truck for a year. When I got the car back the work looked so bad, I had a 3rd party look at the car. What they found was counterfeit products being passed off as the real thing. ProMotorSports sells their image as doing athletes cars, but after reading this review, I ask all of them who have gotten work done to get it double checked. ProMotorSports over charges on most of the work done on my car as well. ( An example would be charging $6000.00 to install a stereo.) That would be fine if they did good work, but unfortunately they don't. I have spent months learning more and more about the poor quality job they have done. This is not just a disgruntled customer. I asked ProMotorSports for Alcantara Suede and they put in a knock off material, but charged full price. I asked them to put in a custom stereo and they botched the work so much that a worker evaluating got shocked. I asked them to put in custom leather interior and they gave Katskin seat covers and tried to pass them off as custom. I asked them for custom wood done throughout the car and not only did they not finish the job, but ProMotorSports tried to up charge me as the job continued. I found all this out by accident. If ProMotorSports' job wasn't so poor, I would never have had it evaluated and found all of this out. If you have gotten work done by ProMotorSports, check your invoices, do research to see what other places charge for the same work. Get your car inspected by a 3rd party to make sure the materials used are the ones you paid for. I highly encourage anyone thinking of using this company to think twice. This business is awful. I waited 10 months to have my new Jeep upgraded and was never completed. The work that was done was subpar to say the least. On average it would take me 3-5 days to get a return text or phone call almost every time I tried to contact the shop. That's if I had my text/calls were returned at all. Mind you that I had already prepaid for all of the work I was trying to have finished so being ignored over and over became infuriating. After 8 months of quietly putting up with this crap I decided to speak up and contact the owner. Well that just made matters worse. If I thought I was being treated poorly before then I was now being treated like complete s@$t. I was told very clearly never to contact them on the weekend and NEVER to contact the owner. Also Jim "the owner" flat out called me a liar when I told him my concerns about the lack of communication and the damage done to my truck by his staff. So if I can't someone on the phone during the week, and I can't contact them on the weekend, then when is a good time to call Jim? To top it all off the owner suggested that they no longer wished to work with me as opposed to addressing my complaints. Sam the lead mechanic told me that he would personally finish the work we had planned and we could part ways. I agreed and we set a date to drop off the truck. The day prior to the drop off I called and text Sam to make sure all of the parts needed to do the job were available. I did not want to pick up the truck at the end of the week only to find that they weren't able to get everything done because the parts were not in yet. This had happened several times so my concern was very warranted. So I tried the day before with no response. Next day same thing, next day and day after same thing. At this point I'd had enough and sent a text to Sam and Jim saying that I would pick up the parts that were in and they could cut me a check for the balance. Wouldn't you know it I got a text back in about 30 seconds saying that they no longer wished to work with me and that I could come pick up my parts and a check. Basically it was the old you can't fire me I quit routine. It's pretty funny that I can't get a simple yes or no text all week long but I get a response in the blink of an eye here. Then I get a follow up text from Sam saying that they did not feel that they owed me any money and they weren't going to pay. I'm talking about nearly $2000 here. $2000 that they have no intent on refunding me at all. So now on top of having subpar work done, and being utterly ignored for months, and being called a liar, I am now being robbed of close to two grand. Luckily I have kept all my receipts and invoices to prove otherwise but it seems like it's going to take a lot of time and an attorney to get it back. I'm not even sure that that's going to work as I am guessing that they can't pay the money because they don't have it to return to me. To sum it all up just stay away from this company. They are dishonest, and have far too high of an opinion of themselves to conduct business properly. All you need to do is read a couple other reviews on here to see that I am far from alone and dealing with this. If you don't want to have to hire an attorney and schedule a meeting with the Better Business Bureau you're best off going absolutely anywhere else. read more

Wow. These guys are awesome! I shopped multiple places for my color change wrap and got a ton of estimates. Within 5 minutes of talking to jim, I knew I had the right place. I had them do some lettering for my company as well and I told the artist where I wanted it. After looking at it where i wanted, I realized I wanted it a bit higher. I offered to pay to have it moved and they did it for free! Who does that? If you are looking to be taken care of like you are family, go see Jim and his crew. Adam (the project manager) gave me his personal cell and texted me updated pics of the project as it progressed. The crazy thing is, my project was probably the smallest one in their shop at the time and they treated me like I was the top priority. read more

Great Window Tinting Experience! I had been doing extensive research on places to have my wife's Tesla Model 3 windows tinted as the Arizona summer approaches. I had read and researched many of the available tints and tint shops available and the DubIR tint (I believe it is also known as Pentagon IR) that is available seems to be one of the best out there for heat reduction. There are some others that are close, but don't seem as high quality. The differences between shops is astounding as to which shop is willing to do what and why as well as the costs. Jim (the owner) was very clear and straightforward and had no issues tinting all the windows in the vehicle, except the front windshield as Tesla Model 3 design is flawed and has an issue with possible water damage to critical computer systems in front A-pillars, however, no issue with putting in a visor strip. He was also very knowledgeable on what level of tint works the best, (ended up with 20% on all 4 windows and back roof, 70% on sunroof over front seats so it doesn't overheat the glass, and 5% visor strip) is most appealing, and is most popular. I took his advice and the car looks great, is much cooler, and at an extremely fair price for the quality of product, compared to some of the other shops I looked at. I will be posting this on the Tesla blog site as well for any other people who are grappling with this tint issue as well. Crazy that Tesla doesn't deliver the vehicles already tinted in Arizona.
