First off, I had a tight time frame as in I had to be moved out by 6pm, and I called Pro Movers Group the afternoon prior to this deadline. I ran and got a storage and gave them a call back. They said "Yea Shane, we got ur back so sit back and relax, we will be there around 3pm on the day of your move out." So the dreaded move out day came. Me and the wife had had most of our stuff packed in boxes besides kitchen glassware. With our minds full of stress on top of stress, a phone call came. It was Viktor from Pro Movers! I have to admit, we were stressing hard but once we got off the phone, it was like a HUGE weight was lifted! Just because we knew we had a professional group of movers for once, coming to properly and efficiently move our belongings to our storage. Especially knowing that Viktor (one of the owners) had fit us in literally 12 hrs before we had to be moved out! Right in time, Viktor, Andrew and Egor (who I swear is related to Joel Kinaman) came with all supplies and their 24ft box truck. I signed some paperwork and they got right to it. They all were VERY FRIENDLY AND DIDN'T BULLSHIT AROUND! I want to point that out! They knew what they were doing and we're very considerate, even with our little 6yr old running around helping here and there! They got our stuff loaded and took it to our storage and packed it nice and neat. Simple as that! Service with a smile forsure! Their accents were pretty cool and my wife got a kick outta that lol. They are an honest family business, whom are from the Ukraine, trying to make their mark in the movers industry. Martin Movers was the best moving experience I have ever had. Last night, around 8:45, I called to find out their availability for this week. I figured I'd have to wait till next weekend, but to my surprise, someone answered my call! A real person! He scheduled my moved for THE NEXT DAY, a holiday, at 9 am. Anthony & Rashad called the next morning, on time, to say they would be there soon. They weren't expecting to work, I wasn't expecting to move, but they were a great team and I am so grateful they would give up their holiday to help me move. Price was great and exactly what I expected. If you need boxes let them know ahead of time. Ask for the dream team, Anthony & Rashad, and your move will go as smoothly as you wanted! I never thought I would be moved so quickly and these guys were just great! Thank you a million times over, these guys kept me laughing all day, and when the unexpected becomes entertaining you feel like you're winning at life! Extremely satisfied with the service and professionalism of Pro Movers. Viktor was prompt with his communication, answered all my questions and we agreed on a date and time. One phone, one email that's it. 30 mins to appointed time Jason called and let me know his ETA. Jason and Mohamed got cranking from 1st min. Jason took a tour of the 2 bed room apartment, gave me an ETA, went through the paper work and they set off doing their job. I must say these guys worked at an amazing pace - no slacking, no resting. nope. They had all the equipment - tools, shrink wrap, blankets, hooks, hand trucks, boxes, etc. Everything got dismantled, sealed, wrapped, blanketed for safe transport. I just needed to tell them where things go when you reach the destination, that's it. You knew you were working with experienced professionals by the way these two went about it. Brain and Brawn made for a very efficient work. They made it in under the time estimate and had a very happy customer! I forgot to use my Yelp coupon and Viktor took care of it rightaway. Phew! I had an amazing experience with Pro movers group company! I was in situation that I had to move my whole apartment in 2 days and by recommendation from my friend who had en experience with moving with this company I called them and they were able to schedule my moving for the next day for time that worked for me! Which in many cases is impossible since you need to call at least few days or week in advance with any other company! Trust me I tried a few before them and they weren't available for the next day at time that I had free after my work! Victor made me feel comfortable that everything will be like I want! Movers Mohamed and Konstantin showed up and move my whole house/large furniture and all my stuff in just 2 hours! Huge truck and amazing guys!wrapped every piece of my expensive furniture in blankets and transported everything without me even thinking about the tiniest scratch! Just wow! Viktor and Ivan were great! They were on time and respectful. They called about 30mins before they were going to arrive and arrived on time! I needed movers last minute and they were very accommodating. I requested a quote on Friday afternoon (via Yelp) and Viktor called shortly after with a quote and an explanation of the services they offered. We scheduled the move start time to be between 2-3 pm on Sunday and they arrived EXACTLY at 2pm! They came with a smile and we're ready to move. They packed away my 750sqft 1 bedroom apartment in exactly an hour. And unloaded the truck in exactly an hr as well. They work hard throughout the move and are always hustling. Everything arrived in one piece at my place and they even asked where I wanted my items to be placed. Overall, Viktor and Ivan were great. Let's start by saying guys worked 9 hours straight with no brakes but lunch break for 20 minutes (I brought it with me to the drop off address and they said they won't charge for lunch time; pretty good deal hah) Things you want to wrap they do call Mark thinks you don't want to been taking care of anyway. Very responsive starting from morning heads up call to the very end of the day. They even fixed and adjusted few of my furniture pieces by noticing some loose legs on the table and chairs. Office let me know upfront that I don't need to spend money on mattress protection because they do wrap really all your bets really good with the stretch film and I saved like $40 in Home Depot for all the supplies that they include. I'm really pleased that being referred by my friends regarding this small company but I love them. Willing to recommend to anybody who is in moving need. read more

Viktor and Russ were absolutely fantastic! Their communication during the booking process was fast and 1000% transparent. No hidden fees, surprises, surcharges, etc. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of a mover for that aspect alone. On the day of the move, they were right on time and handled the job like true professionals. They were courteous and respectful with all of my belongings and took the time to ensure that they would arrive safely. When we arrived at my new place, we encountered the unexpected hurdle of having no elevator access to get my belongings to the 4th floor. This was no problem for Viktor and Russ, the professionals that they are, as they were able to get my belongings inside my apartment seamlessly and efficiently. Viktor and Egor helped move me out of my 1 bed/1 bath place in Cardiff where I accumulated almost 7 years worth of stuff into my new bigger place in North Park. Very professional. I was surprised how quickly they moved everything and had it delivered and into my home. Everything was packed tenderly and handled even more so. I've known Viktor for many years. He's an upstanding guy and Igor is too. If I would have known that they can pack up my stuff for me, I would have paid extra for that. At one point, he actually apologized for not being quicker in the move. Great guys. Great service. Moving is always a daunting task, so in general you try and simplify the process as much as possible. Professional Movers Group definitely was a big help in that regard. My girlfriend and I were referred to PMG by a friend of ours who spoke highly of the company. We were very impressed by the professionalism and courteousness of PMG's Victor and Max, who were on time and extremely efficient. they were very flexible when we had changes in our instructions and brought a 26ft truck with ample space for all our belongings. I just want to thank Victor and his crew. I had Mohamed and is partner help me move my place and the first thing I thought was "of course they'd send me the small guys" but these two not only wrapped but packed everything extremely quick and put everything in the new place with care. We had an issue with a couch not fitting and Victor himself came out to help and even though we went over an hour it was still cheaper than competitors. The last thing I want to say is I actually paid with cash and included a tip but didn't realize I overpaid them by $100 I texted Victor and he sent me a check back for the difference. I found these guys online and request a quote because of their nice reviews on Yelp. Viktor coordinated everything and made it very smooth and easy for me, from very first call to the last signature on the contract and me and my wife, who moved 3 times in last 3 years, were amazed how organized his team is. They wrapped and signed every piece of furniture so they knew where everything is going except few items. Previous movers were such a mess and we had to organize everything by ourselves which lasts till 3 am. I'm happy I found my movers and I am never going to look for another moving company again. OMG. I googled for some decent moving company in my area to help my parents move to SF and found these guys. They have reasonable prices and a very customer-oriented service. Firstly, my mum was going to pack things herself, but it wasn't a good idea, because as it turned out Professional Movers could do everything including packing/unpacking and it was a real relief for us! These cool guys didn't even give me time to pack all my junk in boxes. They showed up a little earlier and helped me to finish that "exciting" work. I was really glad that happened. They moved me and my wife so quick that they could sit with us and get some coffee while movers I had last time would still in the middle of job. These movers were awesome and very fast. They do NOT waste time. Therefore, NO extra charges for unnecessary time or wasted time!!! They take care of business. They are pleasant, polite and very careful with your stuff, but still fast. They are wonderful!
