I haven't gotten my nails done in a good minute, moved to Westminster not to long ago so I started looking at places on yelp and found this one. I used to do gel dip powder, and Hellen recommended that I do the gel-x. So I did, I am pleased with my nails. It was a great experience. They are very sweet, and did a great job. But when I got up to pay I was told it was 172 dollars for my 8 year old daughter and my hands and feet. I looked at pricing based off of their yelp page. And I showed them the picture. Which I was told was not their review or page. When I proceeded to show them that was their page they tried to inform me that someone else posted that and those weren't their prices. Which i obviously wasn't aware of. Hellen and the other girls are very sweet! They do an amazing job. They were very sweet to my daughter, treated her very nice. But too overpriced for me. I was very pleased with everything up until pricing. I just think 172 dollars is very expensive. read more

I have been having my manicures and pedicures done by Angie and her employees for over a year now. I have even followed Angie from Orange to Westminster because she is that good! Angie is so sweet and down to earth & her employees are equally friendly too. They were really nice but they overcharge. I got my acrylic nails removed and was charged $20. I'm not sure if that's a separate price if you don't get any other services but that is just outrageous to me and I felt robbed. That is literally what I pay for a pedicure. I've been here two times. The first time was for a pedicure, it was fine. Second time was for color change. I specifically said I only want color change and do some drawing designs. The person did my nail went ahead and cut my cuticles and gel removal process was sloppy that cause an injury and some bleeding on my pinky. It has only been two days and the charm already fell off. Been here like ~8 days ago. Did the most expensive pedicure with gel and French tip including design and acrylic on both big toes. Came in today on Saturday August 3rd 2023 roughly 9:34 AM. Mind you they open at 9:30 am clearly states on the door. I don't mind waiting for a bit to fix one toe that I DO PLAN ON PAYING. These two ladies just looked at me UP & DOWN... as if they are judging me to see if I'm planning to get something more than just a "FIX" on my toe. She then tells me come back at 10am. They are so easy to take your money here but when you come back to fix a small thing they push you out the door and tell you 10AM when NOBODY WAS IN THE STORE! no acknowledgment no respect whatsoeveR. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE TO PEOPLE WHO HAVE NO RESPECT AND MANNERS especially when it comes to returning clients like myself and they just throw away. I'll be taking my money elsewhere because this salon isn't it. Mind you I speak Vietnamese as well. The other tech tells the one speaking to me to "Tell her to come back later". Like this is a paying customer and you have the audacity to throw clients away in such a horrific manner??? This store has no class at all. I got the signature manicure with added gel, Funny Bunny ( it's pretty popular right now), chrome and some heart and initial designs. Been here twice ! The last time I was here I got my manicure done by Angie and pedicure done by Julie. I usually get dip but Angie recommended builder gel for me and I am so glad she did! The process is a lot faster and costs the same price. I've had my nails for over a month and they have not lifted at all. Julie was the cutest and did such a great job on my pedicure, I usually have ingrown toe nails and she was very gentle and helped relieve the so much pressure in my feet! I recommend this cute and cozy shop for anybody that's close by. They definitely get the job done. They even have a stamp card for return customers so make sure you ask for one! Only downside is that the stamps are per visit and not per service. The first time I came I got a stamp for getting a manicure and the second time I also just got one stamp when I got two services done. Nonetheless I will continue to come to this shop, will have to find out what Angie and Julie's schedules are cuz they are my new fave technicians read more

Booked an appt here by accident thinking it was nail pro spa in fountain valley so decided to give a try right before the new years. Got a dip and pedicure. Pedicure was good but my dip was terrible and didn't even match my feet color as I asked. They took way too long on a client I spent almost 3 hours in here. Didn't seem like they knew what they were doing with a dip. Powder did not stick and the owner had to even take over to finish what was being done and tried rushing it since it was taking way too long: There were nail residue all over my fingers and I got nicked about 3 different times before I left . I had gone to another nail salon the last time with the same problem and the salon made it worse, caused me pain and made me bleed. I plan to return here.
