I had my skid plate torn off during the last windstorm. Called around and was getting quotes from $150-270. Knowing it was a five minute job I kept searching. Pro One said that will only take a few minutes. Over the phone they quoted $25. They got my car in and out within a few minutes and didn't even charge me. This is the only place I found that didn't try to take advantage of a simple job. These are my go to mechanics from now on! And they are pet friendly!

Need a diesel smogged? Come here. I know there's another location nearby, I won't mention the name, but after dealing with them for years they are always rude. This place on the other hand is phenomenal. Not only can you SIT INSIDE, they have toys for the kiddos, a tv, wifi, coffee, and best of all NICE STAFF. Their shop is huge. Even though I've never had auto repairs done here I did hear a few customers very pleased with theirs as I sat waiting for the smog to be complete. I'm also digging the rodeo decor as well as the we support our troops signs. We will be coming here again and will be recommending to others!!!

they will give you honest, work evaluation and prices ask for Paul tell him Tony sent you- went to a dealership aka stealership - where they proceeded to give me a quote of twice the price with a long delay in repais to be fixed - simply take your car to pro one they will fix what is needed to do with a fair price in a very timely manner. Thanks pro one the truck is running great.

This is a 2 part review. Part 1. My mom who is a senior citizen needed a complete tune-up. She called around was quoted between $400 and $600. Pro-1 was one of the $400 range quotes and said they hoped they could get to it before she left for Southern California. They got the car done the next day. They had all of the parts they replaced available for her inspection and discussed it with her in human language (not mechanic speak). Sounds reasonable right? Well the total came in at $360.00. Honest and reasonable is rare in this business and amazing when you can find it. Our hat is off to Bill the Operations Manager as it is the policy of Pro-1 to treat people like they would want someone to treat their own mothers if they came in. Part 2. As luck would have it one of my cars had a charging problem just a week or so later. The first thing that came to mind is that Pro-1 will be honest and has earned my business. They took their time, spent a lot of time diagnosing the issue as the car is full of computers and displays and did not immediately have the same issue I experienced. They only fixed what needed to be fixed even though I had complained about the air conditioner and had authorized a complete service on it was well. It turns out that the problem was the alternator its performance was affecting the A/C. They called me every day that they had my car and gave me an update. The price was reasonable and comes with a 3 year / 36,000 mile warranty on the repairs.

I chose to try out Arrow Automotive because of their great reviews and responses to their reviews…read more I was not disappointed! I called to make an appointment for fluid exchanges as my car is nearing 90,000 miles. Before they scheduled the fluid exchanges I requested, they offered to do research to look into my specific make, model, and year to ensure that the items I was asking for would be due and pertinent. They called back within 10 minutes, gave me the research the found, and suggested a transmission exchange service and brake fluid exchange. I dropped my car the morning of my appointment and they were done before 2:00. This is the first car shop I've been to that doesn't smell of oil and tires. And the men behind the counter were dressed nicely in button down shirts with ties. They explained what the services would entail and what they should help with. And boy did my car sound and drive better than she has in a while! I recently went online to schedule an oil change and it was the easiest scheduling platform I've used. I even was able to get the day I wanted! Thank you for your exceptional service, care, clarity, and honesty. See you all soon for my oil change!

Called them ask how long to diagnose a radiator problem…read more They told me 1-2 hours. Fixing the radiator depends on the diagnosis. That makes sense. So I scheduled a 9:00 am appointment for a diagnosis. Took the day off. I got there at 8;45 am. They told me they could not diagnose it till 3:00 pm. I showed them my email with a 9:00am appointment They said, oh most people just drop their car off. Their appointments have no meaning. English words have meaning but not to them. I'm sure you can't tell them most businesses just give me the bill and I pay it later in the afternoon
