Since my car is in shop, I walked across the street to where the quick care is. Everyone was really nice. Filled out paperwork and Dr saw me within 30mins. They even accepted my insurance. Dr Timothy E was very efficient and nice. He prescribed a few things to help me. I'll definitely go back and highly recommend. read more

I walked out and walked back in and I heard the nurse practitioner tell the girl at the desk that she had left for the day which was a lie cause I can hear her talking in the back. I can't recommend this facility. I had made an appointment on 07/02 for urgent testing and the facility confirmed my appointment for 2:30-3:00 pm. I arrived at 2:26 pm with every document they had requested and notified them via text of my arrival with my vehicle information because they require you to sit in your car. The response was 4 minutes so not bad. However, fast forward 30 minutes I had to ask them if they forgot about me. It would appear they did. They also lost my appointment, asked me the same questions over and over as well. It felt like they were trying to pass the blame on to me. Not a professional setting that I expected. I have my concerns. They also recorded my calls without notifying me. That's a violation of HIPPA compliance and other privacy laws regarding phone recording in Nevada. I have decided to file a complaint with the state of Nevada against them. I encourage everyone to do the same if you have experienced something similar. We are in the middle of a global pandemic and healthcare is very much essential and vital. At the time of posting this, I'm laying in bed with a fever and a cough. Not cool. read more

If I could would put 0 star! Worst service ever! Front desk and doctors! Avoid any procare if you can! They use to be pretty good but the last year or so just terrible! My entire family has a plan with them, and every one of us has had a terrible experience. One of us was sent to 2 locations when he went in for urgent care. Another time, the doctor simply said, "I don't know" when one of us went in with symptoms. My mom has been recovering from COVID and went in WITH an appt to get a prescription for her ears and throat. First, they refused to see her when she went in for the appt. Then they gave her a COVID test. Why? She didn't ask and she already knew she had COVID. Then they told her they would call her back, so she waited there all day for the phone call. No one called her. When I called them to ask why they didn't call her, they lied and said they called, but her phone was off. The next day, when I asked if she would be called, they said that they left her a voicemail. That was another lie. It should not take this many days for my mom to get a prescription, and it should not require us to sit there and wait for hours for a doctor to call us for telemedicine, and why lie about our phone being turned off when we're sitting right there, using our phones? She had no missed calls from them and no voicemails. This is a layered parfait of incompetence. read more

Nursing staff was professional and thorough. They are able to do bloodwork on site, which is convenient. Pricing is reasonable without insurance. read more

I dislike sharing negative reviews but since health is my #1 priority I care for other's health as well. ALONG with their wallets!! When I met Dr. Tice I was excited to find someone who specialized in hormones and from our conversation I 'thought' was integrative... Yup... big mistake. Had a TON of blood taken, then was prescribed a bunch of stuff, then shot up with testosterone and steroids at my follow up appointment. I am someone that does NOT even take ibuprofen unless necessary. He did not take the time to go over side effects, and to work with my holistic and integrative approach... he just couldn't wait to shoot me up... and then have me book more shot appointments, with MORE upcoming bloodwork... What put me over my threshold, and prompted me to share my experience is... I just received an INSANE BLOOD work BILL from last month, and the TON of bloodwork I mentioned. The doctor and office SHOULD have been upfront about the potential cost... its ridiculous. Still shocked... there is NO WAY I would have authorized that amount EVER, EVER for a blood test. Its quite violating to say the least... He billed the heck out of my insurance.. over 2K for a BLOOD TEST! Yes, you read that right... 2K for a BLOOD TEST!!! No wonder my insurance didn't cover all of that... My bill is still shocking. So upset and pissed off right now. Just feel like a patient to make money off.. wow. Not to mention that he was going to do it AGAIN in 4 weeks for more blood! Can you imagine!!???? I had high hopes, but beyond disappointed. This place is a joke. I went there for an annual checkup. The nurse said they will contact me within a week for the blood test result. Two weeks passed and I heard nothing. I called them twice to ask for the result, no one picked up the phone so I left a message. They never returned my message. I called again the next day and was able to speak with someone. She told me that they were still waiting for the result and told me to call back next week. I called again next week. This time, the lady said she was not able to find my name on file and she had no idea that I went to their clinic and waiting for the result. Sounds like they somehow did not have my visit on record. She said she will check and call me back shortly. I asked her if she will return my call later on that day, she confirmed that she will call back right away. Well, she never got back to me. I called again the next day for the third time. After holding for a while, they finally located my case and I was able to make an appointment for blood test result in a week. The appointment is at 3pm. I checked in at 3pm and was waiting forever, even though the place was quiet with only a few patients. At 4:30pm I started to worry because they close at 5pm. I asked one of the nurse and she responded with attitude. She was not sure when the doctor will arrive, she said maybe the doctor will be able to see me in about an hour or more than that. She told me I can leave and reschedule for another appointment if I cannot wait. That was the kind of response I got when I had an appointment at 3pm, supposed to be in and out in 30 minutes and I had been waiting for 1.5 hours. They finally arranged a doctor to see me at 5:15pm. I will never come back to this horrible clinic. They turned a simple annual checkup into 4 weeks of calling back and forth, wasting hours of my time. This business is a complete joke. I would give this no stars if I could. It honestly is the worst service I've ever gotten. I have come here a couple times because they are able to get me in quickly, but every time I come I regret it instantly. The front desk is unhelpful and doesn't care about you at all. They take forever to get you back into a room even if you have an appointment! Once you're back, they ask why you're there and what you're in for. I told them I was in for a few different concerns and they told me that the doctor only has time for one problem and I'll have to come back for the other problems on another day! WHAT? I came to the doctor to get help but they can only help one thing today? Ridiculous. The doctor didn't even listen to my concerns this last visit and just left the room with me unaware if we were finished or not. When I got to the front desk to check out, they said they had a referral to another specialist for me and they faxed it over. I called the specialist a few days later and they never got the fax. (Mind you, this has already happened to me multiple times where the specialists never got the referral). Looking at finding a new place to go ASAP. As I am waiting 2 walk-ins come in and they allow them to be seen before me. My husband has seen Dr. Cappatocio at the Fort Apache location 3 times now. He has done both walk in and set appointment time. He has never had to wait more than 20 minutes to be called into the exam room. Dr. Cappatocio is a great doctor. Intelligent, caring and friendly. She has taken good care of him. We will continue to see Dr. Cappatocio for care as we feel this medical office and the doctor are both excellent. read more

I've never been so angry coming out of the Dr's office until now. I will give it to them that I was seen rather pretty quickly on a walk in (40min). The first nurse checked vitals and took some notes. 30 min later a second nurse came in and took vitals again and conducted a quick diagnosis for my common cold. Then I was told the Dr would be in. Another 30 min have passed so I walked out and asked if anyone's coming. They told me someone would be there shortly. Another 15-20 min later I went out and basically told them I was leaving. A Dr and 2 nurses yelled back we are going to see you now. The Dr took quick vitals again, quickly asked what I was experiencing again, and quickly diagnosed my common cold. Prescribed 2 over the counter drugs and 1 prescription based cough syrup. I was walked out of the room by the Dr where she pointed to the front door for me to leave. I understand if the nurses have an attitude triggered by the patient's frustration but no Dr at any caliber should have the same attitude. I would not recommend this place. Patients are already frustrated by their illnesses. Adding more frustration with the long wait and attitude does not help. I've never been disrespected at any Dr's visits in my life until now. Also, if you are someone wanting a male Dr, this is not the place. read more

If you care about your health this is not the place to go. I have hypothyroidism and their NP treated me for hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism, changed my medication and when I had called to ask questions about the new medication, I was told I would have to make an appointment. When I was able to make an appointment I requested a different provider and she knew by looking at my blood work that the original provider screwed up my medicine because she took me off what the previous provider had prescribed. I wanted a referral to see an endocrinologist. I got a call for the referral. It took me a week to get someone to answer to only be told they never received a referral. So I called my provider back to only be told they would send it over again. This whole process has taken 3 weeks. I asked to speak with the office manager because this person Rachel has been the one that has refused to do her job, on top of being rude. The office Manager tells me that I can't talk about her employees being unprofessional. Really?!! Who else am I supposed to tell how bad your employee is Jolianna? Also, when I asked to have a provider call me about my lab results they actually charged me for a Tele health call. I paid for an office visit, paid for labs and paying to have those results read! The Worst Experience I have ever received from a "so called" doctor. After waiting for over an hour he entered, already pushing the stop watch, stating he only had 10 minutes per patient and apparently I only scheduled for prescription refills. I requested blood work for an annual visit, and to justify the prescription refills, he again said he didn't have time and " I can see YOU are already in a hurry" after 2 minutes of him NOT wanting to hear me any longer, he, Jonathan navar, escorted me out of the office to a nurse stating I must reschedule. He never ever saw me before, but refilled prescriptions that he didn't even know if I still needed. The WORST! I will be going to a real doctor in the future. read more

The nurse that assisted us once we got back to our room was amazing! He also was very kind and patient with my son. The doctor, Denzel was awesome! I went for an appointment regarding an issue I had, and the nurse literally googled the condition in front of me. Second off, the fake dr(not sure what to call them) diagnosed me with a condition, in which I was on medication for... and come to find out I didn't even have what she said I did. I wasted so much money on meds 3rd, I've been on birth control for a year and needed a refill. They insisted that I come in for a pregnancy test... My parents went to this doctor on Friday of last week for the first time and filled out all the paperwork. Today, my mom had an appointment today, for which she was fasting, to get bloodwork drawn at this location. She arrived 15 minutes before her appointment time, waited 25 minutes and then they told her that they needed her to fill out all of the same paperwork. When she asked why she needed to do it again, they told her that the lady that took her paperwork on Friday was off, so they didn't have it. The lady at the desk was rude and had an attitude telling my mom that if she didn't fill out the paperwork again, they couldn't let her get her bloodwork done. My mom just wanted to know where her last paperwork was and they told her it was only on the other lady's computer and she was off so they couldn't get it. Why would they put all of a patient's paperwork onto one computer that only one person can access?? Seems kind of irresponsible to me. What happens if neither lady is there next time she goes in, does she need fo fill it out again? My mom ended up leaving and going to a different testing location where they were able to get her tests done. read more

Not only are they unorganized and doctors here are incompetent, they don't even know the patients history before seeing them , maybe read up on your patient before come in. I've been coming here for 2 years and thought I just didn't understand the office protocol, my last visit with the 3rd doctor was a joke , I had to tell him that the 1st doc I saw told me I had Hashimoto disease, his response was oh really , like he never even thought to look at my file , this is 3rd visit with him , we talked about the adrenal mass found on one of my glands, then he proceeds to open the door to leave, I say hang on I'm not done yet, his response... unfortunately I only have 10 minutes per patient, if you need more time make another appointment! Mind you the first appointment with him I waited over an hour in the back before he came in , totally unprofessional today I tried getting my blood pressure medication for the second time after running completely out and they want me to come in for an emergency visit to get it refilled, IM DONE!! This place and their staff is horrible. If you make an appointment they will put you in a room at your appointment time but make you sit there for an hour while the doctors are at lunch. What'd the point of making an appointment!? They also never answer the phones, there are constant issues with getting medication refilled and sent to the pharmacy correctly. Waited a week for results and was told that the results showed that there were "not enough cells to determine". Myself and 2 family members tested the same day and got that exact same answer. Then the lab told me that someone at ProCare gave us the wrong test. I wish I could give them a zero. I will never go back. I have had enough. This last appointment was the absolute worst. I had an appointment at 3:45. I went right into a room, as there was only two people in the waiting room. I then spent almost 3 hours waiting in a room. No nurse and no one in the front knew what was causing the delay. I started keeping my door open so that I can hear what was going on. I overheard a man leaving say, "thanks for squeezing me in!" Wow, I am sitting there and instead of seeing the patient that has been already waiting hours, you see someone that you "squeezed" in FIRST!! DR. JONATHAN NAVAR, walked in without a care. Didn't start with a so sorry for the long wait. Just sat down and started talking then spent his 5 minutes with me. He says...as he is walking out..."sorry for the delay"...DELAY...I waiting 3 hours! This is not a delay! When I said this to him, he replied, "I've been here since 9:00 am! He works here and I had an appointment! This is an arrogant and rude doctor that is completely clueless on how to treat people!! This practice tolerates this behavior and this reflects on everyone there. read more
