Denise Weaver was very diligent in providing me specs on vehicles in stock as well as in transit to the dealership. Yes, we should expect this since this is their job being sales agents but Denise went above and beyond for me. She was patient and made the car buying process go smoothly. Due to many customers purchasing this day, it took a bit to get through the financing due to others ahead of me. Denise made sure to walk over her manager to apologize to us for a longer than usual wait time. The dealership is huge and has a very nice layout. Sales had their own cubicles that provided enough privacy between customers. The showroom was huge and clean. The sales and store was well placed and stocked. Jose was the Finance manager who completed the paperwork with us. He was also polite and this dealers electronic signature pad really made the fine print in most contracts, well easy to read. I had the option to buy out of town but really glad I purchased locally.
