I have been going here for about 15 years faithfully every 2 weeks. That is a long time to be loyal. For the most part my nails have been good but the pedicures have not. After my last pedicure I got an infection and was advised by the Dr. it was bacteria from the nail saloon. Someone else I know got an infection there and lost her toe nail and never did the shop offer to make any amends with her. I decided to call and advise to please make sure the pedicure bowl was really clean before I come in and Rose, whom doesn't take any criticism kindly no matter how nice you are about it, advised that maybe someone else should do my pedicure. Well I will never return to Professional nails but the one thing I can tell you is the Professional is NOT what they are. The customer is always wrong there. Adios! read more

My new nail spot! I have gone a few times already and have really enjoyed coming to get my pedi/mani done. Having moved to the area recently, I had to "set up" all my beauty spots. As any relf respecting woman knows, that can take a while. Professional Nails is right by my home and office and their prices could not be beat! I typically would go to Bollinger Nail Salon in San Ramon, but as you chicks know, that can get pricey. Not here! I walk out with a mani/pedi that looks just as good and I didn't break the bank in the process. Everyone is friendly, from the staff to fellow patrons. The chairs are closer together than what I normally experienced, which encouraged conversations amongst everyone. I like to pull away and read my magazines, and you can do that too, no pressure. read more

Alright my nail place is closed tuesday and I was treating my lil sis to a full set so I thought I might as well get a fill. I have been getting my nails done for years and know how nails should be done. Hewas done in 15 minutes and skipped many necessary steps. My nails are very uneven and he kept stopping to watch tv. I kept telling him but he was too busy watching tv I will NEVER come back. Im very suprised to see 2 five star reviews. read more

HORRIBLE INEXPERIENCED NAIL SALON. All 5 of us got hurt. Made 2 of us bleed. Cuticle trimming and cleaning under toes was painful torture. Very sad to see all the great reviews and get the worst pedicures ever. We were all texting each other with how painful it was. I got a gel manicure last Sunday (4 days ago) and yesterday multiple nails started chipping and peeling. I went there today and was told that they didnt have time for me and to come back tomorrow. I am so upset with the quality of work for the $60 dollars I paid. I will not be returning I rather pay again for my nails to be done by a place I know does excellent work. Love this place! Clean, friendly and the service is fantastic. I always get compliments on my nails (white tips).

As far as doing the nails they do a pretty decent job but on being on time with clients they get one star. Last time I got my nails done here it chipped with in a day. For my next exoerience I came in around 12 pm and they said they were busy which I appreciate. She booked me an appt for 330 that same day. I came back and I sat in the pedicure seat for almost 40 min before anyone came to me. While I understand that they were busy, they shouldn't have double booked themselves. There were 3 people and 6 customers they were working on at the same time. I already had my feet in the water for the 40 minand at this point I just really needed to get my nails done or else I would've left. Will only be returning if desperate read more

This is a very clean and friendly shop! The new owners, Nancy and Ben, both do great acrylic nails. They have a large selection of powder colors, and a ton of OPI polish to choose from. Nancy has been doing my nails and pedis for years, she is very detailed and gives a great foot massage! I will be recommending her new shop to all my friends! read more

They have great massage chairs for pedicures and the salon is always clean with sterilized equipment. After reading the reviews I decided to check this place out. I am very picky when it comes to pedicures because I expect them to scrub and make my feet feel brand new after I leave. They did not disappoint! Not only will you receive a 25 minute massage, but they will scrub your feet until they are incredibly soft! They only charge $20 for a simple pedicure, but it includes the basics, so I will definitely be back! read more

Great service even as a walk in. My shellac nails stayed put for over three weeks. It's now almost the fourth week and I'm starting to see some chips and peeling. My toenails have stayed put for over three weeks as well (regular polish). The massage options are also great and very relaxing. Worth the extra price. read more

I found my favorite nail place locally. They do a good job and are experienced nail technicians. I'm very keen on cleanliness of every nail salon that I visit. This place do sterilize tools before use on each patron so I do feel comfortable getting my cuticles cut without worrying about getting an infection of some sort. Alissa always does my fills and I've had a couple of different people do my feet, I usually get French tip on my toes and I'm super picky, I'm glad they do an amazing job every time! I have been seeing Rose and Ben for over a year and they are both great. It's a low-key establishment with great service. My needs for a pedicure/manicure are met and I am happy with the end result. There are massage chairs and a TV to keep you occupied while you are pampered. The one star knock-off is soley due to the difficulty in getting the appointment day/time that I originally request. So I needed to find a good nail salon closer to my house. I came into this nail salon and we greeted very nicely. It's very clean and newly remodeled. They have the nicest spa chairs I have ever sat in. The back messages your shoulders and neck. The seat also messages your legs at the same time Amazing ! I wish I didn't have to give this review but I didn't have a good experience at all and ended up going to my regular salon to have my nails fixed. My nails were completely uneven, some short some long. I asked for ombré color which the tech said she could do to end up with a single coat of glitter that looked nothing like ombré. I had the best manicure ever! The NEW OWNERS of this salon have brought a level of expertise not often found in other salons in the area. Nguyet, the lovely woman who did my mani/pedi did a beautiful and careful job and amazingly, after almost a week, my nails have not chipped nor has the polish come off. Nancy is the best when it comes to nails. She is so fast, her nails stay on and she remembers what you want. I love the fact that things are clean and sterile so I don't have to worry about contracting some disgusting disease. What really impressed me though was that their tools were all in sterile packaging and new ones were opened for each customer.
