This is my second time having Professional Plumbing (Jonathan) work since becoming a homeowner. The first time was April of 2024: tankless water flush and kitchen faucet replacement. This time, July 2026 was for a toilet issue and tankless water flush (descaling). Both times Jonathan was super nice and comfortable to be around. He respected my house by putting booties on his shoes which was very thoughtful; some companies don't care but this details shows Professional Plumbing does. In trying out 6 plumbing companies throughout the years, I've realized Professional Plumbing is thee one I will be returning to from now on. There's no need to go elsewhere for me from now on. I called because I needed to have my angle valve under the kitchen sink replaced. The appointment was 12 - 2, but Oscar, my plumber, called and was able to come early. Oscar was friendly, clean, very competent, and quickly diagnosed my issue, I didn't need a new valve! He tightened the nut on the faucet. He told me he was not going to charge me for the call! Professional Plumbing was fantastic. I had noticed that I had some wet dry wall in the ceiling underneath a bathroom and was fearing the worst. Made the appointment via Yelp, and followed up with a call to the number listed to make sure I was on the schedule, since you can't count on computers, and was greeted by Liz how was very helpful fill in confirming my service appointment for the following day...oh this was on Labor Day and she still answer and provided fantastic service explaining what to expected and when to expect it. The day the technician, John, came out he called in the morning to confirm he was on the way, showed when expected, and was a very pleasant person to work with. I had a preset idea of what the problem was but took John's suggestion to do a water inspection and after some inspection he found that the leak was coming from somewhere other than I had anticipated. John was great he went and got the part required to fix the leak and sealed up the hole he had to cut while doing the inspection with some plastic and tape,remember plumbers do plumbing not drywall. When it was all said and done my leak was fixed and now I can have a tradesman that bows how to deal with damp dry wall come out and fix that issue. The price was more than far for the time and effort that John put into resolving my issue and I will, and have, already let there people know what a great experience I had with Professional Plumbing 5 stars and honestly more if it was possible!! read more

I had several maintenance needs at a new property I just moved into, and the Professional Plumbing team were able to come out on the same day and make sure everything was operational. They were able to help out with a complex gas line change, washer/dryer installation, bathroom handle replacement, and tub spout repair. My issue was a bit complex due to the unusual placement and previous tubing of my gas line and vent hose. We've had a new kitchen put in! So we needed hookups for the waste disposal, the sink, the dishwasher, and gas range. Standard stuff, but wow, the guys from Professional Plumbing made a beautiful job of it. Greatest achievement was to plumb in the washing machine in the old laundry room attached to the garage where the w/machine discharged into an old cast iron sink, which often clogged up and overflowed. (Ugh!) They performed a work of art to get the H and C supplies routed around the old iron drain and provide us with the modern hookup and outflow that most any other house would take for granted. I was delighted with their creativity and patience, completing what was NOT an easy job. You guys rock! Oscar and his buddy were funny, and gracious. Above all the job was so reasonably priced! We used professional plumbing bathtub stopper replacement and unfortunately found an issue with a hairline crack in the tub either from installation or during manufacturing which made it difficult to reseal the pipes and make it watertight after the work was completed. Jay and the Professional Plumbing team came back and investigated the issue and even though we think it was not due to damage caused by their work they stood by their warranty and offered to cover the cost of repair and reconnecting the plumbing to address the issue for us. It is rare to find a plumbing company who stand by their company name and standard of work and are willing to provide this level of customer service to ensure customers are satisfied. I've been searching for a while for a residential plumber who specializes in fixing intricate fixtures like my Cal Faucets shower controller. I saw the great reviews for Professional Plumbing and decided to give them a try. I was able to get an estimate within the week with Nick (who is also a Supervisor). I had called Cal Faucets before and got all of the necessary replacement parts, so when Nick arrived to give me an estimate, he was able to fix it on the spot. I live in a town home that has a shared wall with another unit. There was water coming up from the floor that we needed to detect where it was coming from. The plumber that came out was nice and very knowledgeable, however he was unable to say exactly what the problem was. I had to call another company to come out to pinpoint the problem. Received an invoice for $395 for them to tell me what it could possibly be. When I called about getting the invoiced lowered, they could care less. read more

Oscar came by the next day to assess the issue and determined it was a slab leak that required the pipes to be replaced.
